With never using a body shop before in Ft. Wayne I based taking my Lincoln to Hunters Body Shop based on the reviews and WOW! From the 1st meeting with Ron Hunter till picking my suv up the experience was flawless. They did a VERY professional job and I will not hesitate going back to them for future work. Kudos to Ron and his staff.

I had some paint damage to my tailgate. I took it to the dealer and three body shops. All of them seemed to be in a race to see who could charge me the most. Hunter was the only facility that priced it according to materials, time, and profit. They saved me HUNDREDS over the others and their work was beyond reproach.

Have used them in the past but this time they werent interested in the business. Keep treating your customers like an inconvenience and soon you wont have any.

If you’re with State Farm and bring it in because they are one of the authorized body shops they work with then be careful. I brought my car in after an accident and had body damage and the sensor to the gas tank was damaged. They told me they could fix both after body work is done 3 weeks later informs me that I need to take it somewhere else to fix the sensor. I take it to the Cadillac dealer to diagnose and State Farm refuses to cover it because they say I can’t prove it is from the accident since hunter body never reported that initially. If he would have been straightforward I would have had another approved garage look at it. The body work was excellent so if your taking it in on your own your experience should be fine but if a claim is involved be careful they don’t communicate with you and are lax with paperwork to insurance companies.

Went in today for an estimate of repair on my F350 due to a, not at fault, collision. Very professional and thorough service. Lots of pictures and concern and also listened to my concerns attentively. Truck goes in on the 28th for a 2 week repair job. Hope the work turns out as great as their service and reviews! Stay tuned.

My van looked great after the work was completed. It was done in the timeframe they gave me. They also kept it inside the building. Easy to deal with.

Best shop in town... HANDS DOWN! My 2015 Chrysler 200C was rounded off by a garbage truck. The body and paint work they did was FLAWLESS! My car is Velvet Red which is a 3 stage paint and is extremely hard to match. I was a color blender for Sherwin Williams and also managed a body shop so I have a very good eye for color matches and I literally cant tell their work from the factorys. Ron and Greg are great to work with. I highly recommend them and will only take my vehicles here in the future.

Trunk latch was stuck shut and the two other shops I took my car to couldnt fix it. These guys fixed it within an hour at a fraction of the estimated repair costs from the other auto shops.These guys seem honest and were easy to work with. Im a happy customer and would recommend this place to family/friends.

Had a repair here 15yrs ago, and will never go elsewhere! When required Ive had estimates done elsewhere and they are never as reasonable.Beyond price, Ive had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL care here, from Greg the owner, to the manager Ron, and everyone in between. Ive been in on multiple occasions believing I would leave with an estimate, and Jim spent 10minutes to fix it on the spot - at NO CHARGE! Now THAT is what I call taking care of your customer! Im talking about the use of compound to buff off opposing vehicle paint, and adding clips to re-affix my bumper cover! Thank you Ron, for another great service experience today! Had them repair a 2013 Ford Escape that was backed into. Drivers door and 1/4 panel were damaged. They did a fantastic job on the repairs, wouldnt even know anything happened. I also commend their courtesy during every interaction. Took them a week from drop off to completion. Very pleased with them!

Hunter Auto Body did an awesome job on my SUV. They are also very kind people and I will send everyone to there shop for body repairs on their vehicle.

I just stopped in to get some pointers on how to touch up some paint chips on the hood of my vehicle, Greg the owner took time out of his busy day to explain the process and was even able to provide touch up paint! Completely impressed and highly recommend these guys!

After I hit a deer 2weeks ago. I went to them and i could not be happier with the work done.They called me every step of the way.Answered all my questions. Even as they were working on it. They blended the color cant tell that they put a new fender and door. If I ever need body work done they will be getting the work.

They painted my truck roof and when the color did not match well, they blended it further down to a clean break point.I was very satisfied with their work.
