The guys at Wheelock are as honest & knowledgeable as they come. On multiple occasions theyve done the right thing by me, when they couldve chose otherwise. In 2 specific cases alone, one engine replacement and one exhaust system replacement, theyd saved us $6,100 vs other quotes.Highly recommend.

We have been taking our vehicles to Jims for years and it has been a mistake the whole time. We bought a vehicle, a 2001 ford f150, and we took it to have some front end work done, ball joints, C-V axle, and tie rods. Three days after we got it back, we left for a ski trip to Vermont. On our way back, the driver side wheel came off and it flew to the other side of the highway. Luckily no one died!! It could of been something mechanical, but is highly unlikely because the passenger side had 2 lug nuts out of 5 finger loose!!!!!! He keeps trying to deny it and say that he torqued the wheels down, but we all know that he is just lying to stay out of a lawsuit. This also happened to us 7 years ago on a different vehicle!!!! He does very shoddy work and treats his customers poorly! It is my mistake that I kept taking my vehicles there. Never again will he see business from my friends and me!!!

Been here for a few things now. Not only are they down to earth but theyre not looking to pad their pocket books. Rates are much more reasonable/cheaper than any area chain, plus theyre nice guys.

Most trusted auto machanics we have ever used. We used this shop for over 20 yrs. The owner is straight shooter and not jacking up the repair price to get work done. Because of his popular work you may need appointment 2 weeks out.
