I had the pleasure of working with Jose Canas, he was friendly and very knowledgeable. I didn’t have a lot of time but I was in and out very quickly I’ am loving my new 2021 Audi Q3 highly satisfied with his customer service!

I called to get some information about an E-tron lease. I spoke with Jose. He said he would get me a quote in a few minutes after we talked. He never bothered to get in contact with me again which I guess is a good thing for him if hes that busy and does not need to sell anything near the end of the month. His tone was condescending anyway and he acted like he would be doing me a favor by selling me a car. I was able to do business with another dealer who wanted to sell me a car but I just wanted to post about my experience here.

Was looking to buy a Porsche Boxster I saw online. Couldnt find it and no one came out to greet me. I even walked over to a different one that was already sold to show interest in buying. Im not going to walk inside and ask them if I can give them my money. Make an effort folks.

Service is horrible. We brought our Audi Q7 in for a recall fix, got it back with no power steering and no oil. After going in to ask about it they were very rude to my dad and told him to leave. Had to go to the auto parts store and purchase the oil and power steering fluid to get back home. Drove an hour back to our house and now it wont start and smells strongly of gasoline. I dont know what they did, but this is NOT the condition we brought it in.

Audi Ft. Wayne is the place to purchase your auto and have it serviced. I have 100% confidence in the vehicle and their good work.

I have had so many issues with their service. I have been in several times and my issue still exists. I called twice this week because my car is shaking really bad when I break and both times they have said their system is down. The sales side is great, but their service side is just bad.

Bought a new S5 from Dale. He was the best an most accommodating person I have ever dealt with. I can be a tough customer but this dealership was amazing to deal with. Quick and best deal around! I drove 2 1/2 hours just to deal with this team. I also recommend Audi care and tire and wheel coverage for any new Audi. It saves you tons! I will be back to get another vehicle from here.

I leased a2018 Q5 from them and while I didn’t decide to stay in brand for my trade when the lease was up, this dealership and Ed Bean in particular were awesome to work with during the turn in process.

The service side of O’Daniel lacks follow up and customer care. Very shortly after purchase I discovered an issue with a vehicle I just purchased. I contacted Kent in the service department and he is very unresponsive. All I received was an email to call a 800 number for the manufacturer. I have been attempting to get a solvable issue addressed for two weeks and they seem like they are too busy or don’t care. Before you purchase a vehicle with O’Daniel think twice if your going to have to require they care on the service side.

Jose Canas was fantastic to work with! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and you can tell he truly cares about his customer base. I purchased my first Audi, a certified pre-owned and it was by far the best experience I have had making a vehicle purchase. He was very understanding of what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations. My wife and I had to bring our two small children with us, and everyone was understanding and welcoming, even with two little kids that can’t sit still for long. Thank you Jose for everything, we will be back for service without a doubt!

Best automotive purchasing experience ever. This is the kindest most respectful team. They truly work together and are kind with each other. I have had such awful experiences in the past that I was truly dreading looking for a car. This was the smoothest most comfortable transaction. When I first called, I spoke with Jose who really listened to me and what I wanted. He was kind. What I didn’t know was he took detail notes from our conversation. He scheduled a test drive and made sure a vehicle was available. On test drive day, II was contacted by an individual to remind me of my appointment and informed me that I would have a different salesman. When I arrived I was truly impressed that the new salesman, Ed Bean had read up on all the notes and made a smooth transition. He had the car ready and off we went. They put the car on hold until we could return with out trade in. Aaron, the manager, was ready to test drive our vehicle and appraise the car. He was kind and complimentary.. Casey, the document guru, was kind speedy and helpful. I have never seen an auto dealership act so much as a team. Thank you for being so kind and patient with us. We look forward to picking up our vehicle. I highly recommend this amazing team! In addition, as a healthcare worker I was impressed with how clean everything was and how self conscious they all were. Everyone wore masks, and used had sanitizer. They had hand sanitizer in several locations and a washing station. Very impressive!

BEST customer service around! My car broke down on the highway and Curt in customer service jumped into action to quickly help me to arrange for a tow truck and then had a loaner vehicle ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The entire service staff is always extremely friendly and helpful.

This dealer is the worst experience ever had in my life. I took my Audi Q7 with a liking and it lasted 3 weeks to return it to me and when they returned it to me the car has a very strange sound that I had never made, I ask them to fix that sound because I did not have it when I delivered them, they tell me that leave and that in a week they tell me what they have and how much it will cost me to fix it. I immediately tell him that it is not my responsibility that they did that and how he is going to charge me for something they damaged and they tell me that they are not responsible for the vehicle even if it is in their possession. The attitude was horrible and a hostile treatment after them doing that to the car I could not drive it even 2 hours after they return it to me.

I never imagined purchasing a vehicle sight unseen, out of state, 3 1/2 hours away. When I came across a vehicle of interest located at this dealership I was very hesitant but decided to reach out and take a chance. I was connected with Geoff Soule and his service was beyond exceptional. He answered all of my questions in regards to the vehicle and eased my hesitation right away. When I decided to take the leap and make the drive to check things out myself, the vehicle was just as he described. Needless to say, the drive home wasnt in the same vehicle as I drove up in. I always love going to the Odaniel Audi Dealership, it is by far the best dealership Ive visited. They have a decent selection on hand of Audi gear from jackets and bags to windshield wipers and etc.

Like all of Maury ODaniels car stores - clean, competent and fairly priced. This show really cares for their performance lines. Always the first word in service and probably the last word for Porsche/Audi for 250 miles around.

Bought from this dealership before. Thought they were great....Took my SUV for service with brand new wheels on it. After they fixed the issue my wheel had a scuff on it. Somebody ran a curb with my car at the service. Tried to nicely explain to the service manager my situation. He wasent understanding at all. I have to buy a new $300 wheel because of these people. The service manager says I was just trying to get money out of them. Never ever go here if you love your car. These guys will look into your eyes and lie. I bet the owner will respond to this rating and make up a story....Disgusted with Audi service here at Odaniel.

My first interaction with the ODaniels family of dealerships came shortly after I moved to Fort Wayne from Indianapolis, after I hit a deer. I took my Audi to the dealership for repairs, and to say it was an abysmally bad experience would be putting it nicely. The collision department was rude (when I could get in touch with them at all), unprofessional, and slow. I had my car serviced there a few times after that, and it was more of the same. Things that should maybe take a day at most took a week or more, and I was only once given a loaner (which always happened at the Indianapolis Audi dealership, and was what I was guaranteed when I bought the car). Eventually, I decided to sell my car even though it was barely two years old because my needs changed and it was becoming a real headache to deal with. So I contacted the sales department at ODaniels to look at a trade. A truly excessive number of increasingly harassing emails and phone calls from one of their salesmen later, I was finally contacted by the customer relations department. I informed them that I had no interested in doing business with their dealership. Two days later, I was contacted by another representative from the same department, who seemed to have no knowledge of the previous phone call or problems. Then it happened again. So the only conclusion I can draw is that the whole family of dealerships is lazy and cannot be bothered to even take notes, much less make an effort to improve their customer relations. Will not be doing any business with them again if I can humanly avoid it.

I recently bought a used 2014 A6 and went to this dealership one time. The old lady at the desk in the service area was entirely to fake and condescending. Then there was this creepy skinny old man who kept walking around me; Type of guy who isnt allowed around young kids.. The techs did a good job and were fast, but I couldnt stand anyone in the service drive. Needless to say I have traded in for a BMW and wont be looking back.

Pretty bad. I was promised to have the fuel door fixed when I purchase my vehicle there. Did not keep the promise. Dont take them on their word... even written down. Very disappointing.

I have Audi 2004, I decided to take to a dealer to do full oil change service, I said please have all fluid levels checked and filled, very normal request I have had other shops do this and no issue.Paid avg 78 to 89 $ for synthetic oil change service for my type of vehicle,.. audi was a little more, as I expected and perfectly fine being a dealer so i was fine without after the service was over I asked so they topped break fluid off:? He said they do not normally do that...the first (red flag) I had puzzled look, after leaving I checked my power steering fluid and chamber was below minimum by far, I took to Orielley car place they told me I should go back to Audi immediately that would not be acceptable, when I returned to audi it was topped off but (2nd red flag) guy said we do not normaly fill Power steering fluid, The more I though about this something seemed wrong when I specifically asked that and was part of that service. Also I had a note that two my rear lights were out at bottom of sheet no one discussed at all :/ very mixed feelings and review

So they wanted to tell me my A3 needed a new engine for $9K when it was an oil sensor and harness that needed replaced. They didnt bother doing any diagnostics or troubleshooting on the vehicle. Wow, what a buncha hacks!
