I was struggling finding a part, so I came to NAPA. The guy who helped me was awesome. Found my part by looking up the diagram. Did not get his name. Had dreds. Made my day!

Not transparent or stick to their words. Ordered a pair of bearing as they did not have stock. Called them to cancel the order in an hour as I found the bearing elsewhere at 25% of the cost. I was told the order cannot be cancelled but a return can be processed once they get the inventory. However, they did not accept the return later stating it is a special order!!!

The manager is awesome! They are super helpful and work hard to make sure you have the parts you need.

I will NEVER set foot in this store again. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Got everything I needed right across the road because those guys had a little more patience with me.

I was looking for a specific paint color and they didnt have it. However, the staff was very helpful, took the time to suggest alternatives and other places that might have it.

Local owned, good prices on exceptional NAPA parts. Auto parts like it used to be.

Closed 10 minutes before the sign on the door. This makes twice in the same day they could not meet my needs.
