They had my part on hand even though most of the time they say they have to order it. The staff was unprofessional. They seem to behave like they dont care if I go to them for my parts or go elsewhere.

Fantastic deal on Brakes and rotors check online for prices first and get them sweet deals. Store is always staffed and the people know what theyre doing. Will shop here again.

Is everybody at the lime road store quit they were working yeah quit they were working with a skeleton crew and wouldnt pay over $10 in it and wouldnt pay over $10 an hour for new people. I interviewed with them 5 years driving over the road experience and you know where the road experienced and they refused to call me back when $12 an hour was requested $12 an hour was requested.

I wanted to take the time to share my experience at the Advanced Auto Parts off of Lima Road in Fort Wayne.I was experiencing issues with my tail and brake lights. My sister and I had tried to determine if it was a blown fuse. I called prior to going in to the store and spoke with Josh. He asked me a few questions and said to bring it in and he’d take a look at it.Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted by the same guy Josh that I spoke with over the phone. He was helpful, took the time and explained the process, very thorough, and checked all of my fuses. He explained it could be a few other things and he discovered both of my bulbs were broken and I had condensation in my tail lights.He sold me fuses as I had blown one spare fuse; two new bulbs; silicone; and grease.All in all it cost me $23 or something like that. He replaced my fuse; took his time explaining; and we ended up ordering another part I needed as well.I will be back and I would highly recommend this store. Josh was thorough, took pride in his work, explained everything in detail, and I’m a forced customer of his store now.Went above and beyond in my opinion!

Fast and easy returns!!

From my experience in this place was that they are not familiar with seeing black people in their store. They watched me shop and positioned themselves in various places in the store to watch me the girl looked like she was shocked to see a black girl that doesn’t need help. They need to be trained on customer service with black people.

Great place. Manager went FAR above and beyond to help me with an issue with my trailer, even in the freezing cold.

Good purchase experience. Had items that I needed, just not at my home store. Purchased product online. The website was easy to navigate. Check out easy. Being a first time customer also gave a discount on purchase. My husband happened to be on that side of town, so even though the order is in my name, as long as he had the proper verification of order details, he was able to pick up for me. Would like to see an optional pickup person on the website.

I order online and pick up parts here often, sometimes I have difficulty finding the right part on the website to complete my order, and the people who answer the phone here have always been super helpful in helping me order the right part. Ive also had a few times that it does end up being the wrong part, and again, theyve always done everything they can to make it right ASAP.

Im not sure if the lady working there was a manager or a employee but she was extremely nice to me when my truck was overheating and offered to get me a chair so I could sit inside because it was awfully hot yesterday.
