Anytime I need service done, I know I can trust the mechanics at L & L. Other places overlook or misdiagnose issues, here they actually do the work to get it right so you dont get over charged for small issues. If you arent sure whats wrong, its worth a special trip to get your car worked on here.

Very helpful and knowledgeable shop. We needed a vehicle checked out for a new purchase and they stopped to help us out and check the vehicle. They gave us helpful information moving forward for care of the vehicle and did this all at no charge to us. We are thankful to this shop and would recommend them to anyone.

I recommend these guys to everyone. They are the best! If they cant fix it they help you find someone who can. This is an honest shop and fair. They have even helped me with small stuff that others charge for but they didnt. I love these guys. A lot of places will take advantage of an older single woman like me. Most places think a woman like me doesnt know anything about cars. I know more than people expect and Garys shop has never treated as if I were stupid. Always respectful.

What a wonderful shop. My Brother passed away and left me his 88 Lincoln Town car. It only has 48K miles. I drove over to Fort Walton Beach and it was fine. However upon leaving, I thought I had a flat tire. However, getting out and inspecting everything looked fine. Turns out the rear tires were separating. L & L were wonderful. They didnt charge me a cent. They even reccomended a local tire Establishment who were wonderful as well. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM

I was in the process of buying a used vehicle from side of the road dealerships and I knew I had to get the vehicles looked over by a mechanic before buying. After calling multiple mechanics, Gary answered the phone within the first ring and told me to head on down with the vehicle. Within 5 mins he was able to identify a bad oil leak and problems with the transmission. He then recommended me to a used car dealership (beach city motors) and told me to head over there and if I found anything to bring it to him. Found a vehicle from them and immediately took it to his shop. Him and another mechanic both stopped what they were doing to help me. Not only did they do the general look over, but they also took it for a test drive, and hooked it up to an electronic code reader before he gave me the final thumbs up. I can say he took so much stress off the day and I’m beyond confident in my purchase today due to not only his experience in the field but by his heart. I can also say I will be bringing my new vehicle only to him for general maintenance and up keep. Beyond happy to have found a good mechanic with an amazing heart!!

Gary was a extremely helpful and caring when my wife and i went to have him look into problems we were having with our KIA Rio. they gave us rides back home and even after two full days of working at it, his prices could not be beat!! my bill was zero and he ran many tests to rule out most issues and the car runs much better and we now know that the parts are going to be more expensive than the car is worth. we will recommend him to anyone for he was so honest and helpful. very courteous staff and polite. i will have him look at anything we need help with for now on. i am 53 and this is the most reliable and dependable mechanic shop i have ever been to. Gary was amazing and told us what was wrong with the car and even told us it was not worth fixing. I have never been to a mechanic that tells us not to spend unnecessary money. He said he could fix it if we wanted him to, but it doesnt affect the car running and it costs a few hundred to fix. The honesty was refreshing.

Its typically hard to find a good auto repair shop when youre new to an area, but the customer service that Gary provided was exemplary. They were awesome! I am a mother of 3, I had one of my children with me at the time I needed brakes and I didnt have a ride home . I went up to their shop and they drove me home. When it was ready they came and got me. This is the definition of customer service. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else to get worked on.

Called for them to see if they could look at my car asked if they worked on my type of vehicle first. Told them what it was doing and they gave me a day to bring it up there. The day i go up there they ask again what its doing and say oh that sounds like the transmission we dont do those here. So i drove all the way up there with a friend on the way to pick me up for them to tell me something they couldve told me over the phone. Then when i asked why didnt he tell me that on the phone he giggled and said I didnt know. They didnt touch the vehicle, drive the vehicle, or listen to the vehicle. I told him the same thing there i told him over the phone.

I do not recommend this place. I went to have my clutch replaced. They charged me twice for the same service and tried to sneak it in my bill as two different services. They broke my headlight and tried to claim the toe truck guy did it before I complained enough to get an offer of $100 taken off my bill. I had to prove it would cost at least $200 to fix it in order to get the $200 off my bill.Upon picking up my car, I was told not to use it in first gear and just start it from second.. The clutch was not put in the car correctly, it vibrates and I was told their work isnt guaranteed so their is nothing I can do about it. After spending $1600, I now have to pay someone else another $800 to put it in correctly...

Traveling from out of town, Gray and Chris put in a new blower resistor in my jeep and changed my air filter. Now we can finish our journey with AC! THANK YOU so very much!!!

Was recommended to Gary’s place by mother and sister. After visiting the mobile Infiniti store and told 800 for what was needed I went to sears, and they said 400. Took to Gary and he showed me how the others were selling me work not needed and 250.00 later my Infiniti is fixed and all warning lights are off. Thanks guys. Excellent service.

Honest and good about explaining issues and options.

My family and I all have went here to get work done on our vehicles but by the time they check it out there so honest they tell the truth that nothing is wrong with the car or if it’s a quick fix actually do it in five minutes and don’t charge anything they are the most honest people I know.

Had a tapping noise in my engine. They explained all pissible options and the approximate cost of each option. The end result was just an oil change and the tapping stopped. The tech was thorough and explained all he was doing. I highly reommend Gary and hus crew at L & L.

I was visiting from Indianapolis and my AC went out and my oil light came on indicating it was low. I was fearing a major issue or an expensive fix, but they diagnosed the problem, just a small fix and let me know what to look for with oil for the drive back. They only charged me for minimum labor, a $6 part and an oil change. Very honest and nice folk.
