Expensive but repliable service.

Never had an issue with them or the timelines and quality of the service. Had an issue with the car of course, and the cost per hour they charge, but never the service.

Took my F250 in for a fuel tank ground strap recall. Got the truck back and it ran out of diesel showing between an eighth and a quarter of a tank on the gauge. My dummy light always worked before taking it there and now empty is where I ran out as explained above. Calling and spoke to the service writer and he said that it wasnt anything that they did. Ok on to the manager and same response. So Im in the Automotive repair business and would like to think that they would make it right. No dice. Now I have a faulty gauge. Thanks Ford for making this right

Not a large selection, trays werent full and the food was just ok. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Bob White was a great help. He provided additional service after they missed an issue during a warranty fix and additional tune-up.

Husband made an appointment for both of our cars. We showed up on time and was told they were a few hours behind. This isnt the first time that they have been behind. Everytime we go they tell us they are running behind. Then they dont even follow my husband instructions on what oil we wanted. They have been nothing but rude about everything. We wont be going back.
