Jeff was very professional and extremely courteous in checking my alternator (2017 Cadillac XT5). I had auto zone check my alternator and their test showed replace alternator. Jeff tested my alternator and it was fine. Spent the time and found that when I had a new battery installed two days ago and the positive post connection was loose. Jeff undid the connection and reinstalled the positive connection and my problem was solved. Dropped off a starter from my outboard motor. The guy never called and never worked on it. Everytime I called he said he never got around to it. Hes had my starter for over 2 months now and I have since replaced it. I also heard about this place from a co-worker that they stole his starter. Well they still have mine and I highly doubt they will be reaching out to me to return my property anytime soon.

I contacted Fort Walton Alternator & Starter through thier Facebook page after they were suggested by another, very helpful Napa employee.I was searching for a brush set to replace the ones that were worn out in a 95 Jeep Wrangler. The technician responded quickly and was very professional. They did have the part I was looking for and I was able to purchase it at a very reasonable price. If you need parts for your vehicles starting and/or charging system, give them a call, chances are they will have it in stock or can get it next day. They also employ ASE certified technicians to diagnose and repair most vehicles. Give them a call, you may be pleasantly surprised.
