I went in for a power of steering pump and new hoeses. They did there best on the pump and didnt even change my hoeses. And they want me to pay again to fix there mistakes I wish I could a half star but what ever. No very happy

Ryan took care of my car and was fantastic. 5 stars go to him for service,communication, and customer service. The woman at the front desk was not that friendly though. My wife walked in and she didn’t speak at all to her. She had to walk over to the parts station to receive service, only to be taken back to the lady that didn’t speak in the first place. My wife presented a coupon and the woman started huffing and puffing on how it should’ve been presented before the ticket was written up. It was our mistake for not reading the small print and following those instructions but the delivery on how she said was so off. Working in customer service, we have off days BUT we never let customers know that. By the end of the transaction, her attitude dissipated but it shouldn’t have been there in the first place. Especially when the customer isn’t being rude at all. Thank you Ryan for the great experience!

I got referred to them by a friend, so I brought my car in for multiple issues. They were courteous and kept me informed about what they found. They also would wait on my confirmation before doing anything! Great service, honest and the price is reasonable, Ill be coming back to them for my car troubles. Trust is hard to find, and Im feeling like I can trust them.

I evacuated for the hurricane and this place was recommended by my sister. They ran diagnostics on my vehicle and gave me an idea of what could be wrong and the nearest day they could be able to look at it.

Amazing service. my aunts starter went out in her car 2 days before Thanksgiving. parts werent available till the day before Thanksgiving from the parts store. they had the car fixed before noon on a busy travel day before Thanksgiving and the labor was well below our expectations. the shop appearance tells a lot about the work a shop does and this shop looks very well kept. i cant thank them enough for being able to squeeze us in their very busy schedule. no wonder the shop stay busy they put out great service and exceptional work. thanks again and happy holiday j&f workers

Been hearing about this shop for a while. Co worker took his car for repairs there after being quoted almost 9k for transmission problems without his vehicle being inspected. Turned out to be a totally different repair. These guys did and amazing job getting fixed. Will be using then myself as well

Dont ever use there service! Warning! They are super slow! Very rude! And will destroy your car if you turn down there service! I went to get my door fixed (jammed) and they ordered the wrong part, so instead of waiting an extra 3 days I told them Ill pick my car up, they made me wait until the morning and already had my car running when I got there, when I got home and tried to start my car, the battery was dead! I had to buy a whole new battery and nothing was wrong with it before I came to this place! Then when I go get a new battery I noticed my car was hard to turn so I bought some driving steering fluid, as Im pouring the fluid in I noticed the fluids coming out of the tube that connects to it, I asked the guy at the auto place to take a look and he informed me someone has punctured my tube and from the outside of it! I never had any of these problems until I took my car to J&F autowerks! Dont ever use them and I filed a lawsuit against them!

We were recommended by the place we bought our vehicle to use this shop and let me just say, they were very rude to me, misdiagnosed our problems so we had to fix the issues ourselves, then what they did fix, we had to go back to them and have them fix it again because they still didnt fix it right. Basically ended up there 4 separate times with horrible service every single time and the first time they had our car for like 3 weeks. Dont use them, they dont know what theyre doing and if you do come to them with an issue, they will do bare minimum to get your car out of the shop, whether or not its actually fixed properly.

I cant express the gratitude I have for Jose and his staff for taking my vehicle in same day, and getting it back to me within 4hrs. I dread taking my 2012 Tiguan to the dealership for repairs. When it wouldnt started earlier that morning, I knew I was grossly unprepared for VW dealership prices, time, and, B***S***. I was recommended this place. It was clean, very busy and Jose troubleshooted my vehicle just by the description of the problem. Once we got the vehicle to the shop: He knew exactly where to look, had an innovative solution, the parts were in stock and the job was finished when he said it would. Finally, he didnt break the bank: I paid only a 1/3 of what I usually pay at a dealership for parts and labor. Thank God for J&F Autowerks. I will be back!

In town visiting my moms car broke down on me. Went to 2 shops before this one which the last shop recommended me this one for my time limitation I needed my vehicle fix. Needless to say his choice was on point, took my Audi Q5 to them and they gave me the correct diagnostic without even having to connect machine. Told me they should be able to have it rest within time period I needed to return back to Virginia and it happened and at a price less than what I expected. If I had 5 thumbs I would give them 5 thumbs up, As many years before I moved from FWB and car shops I’ve been too they are at the top of my list if I ever need something done when I’m in town. Company is bad business. Kid in office last week who is a face for the company tells you come back on Monday to be seen. Only to tell you that they cant see you until Friday now after showing up when your told to be seen. I dont know how a business is run but I can tell you that certainly isnt how it should be run. I recommended them for years because they did a great job on my car. My mom even knows the owners and has used them for years even before their location now. If you do decide to use them be sure to call ahead walkins not welcome. Wont be going here no more. Not only that but not recommending them to any of my friends or family any longer. Now waiting for a tow truck after being turned away twice. Hope you all have a merry day.

Most rude customer service, they do not notify you when their is changes in their schedule.They told me I had to be their 9 am no later if not I would be took of their list, but they were closed down completely when I got their. I did NOT recieve any notification that they were closing and no one would receive any of my calls or have the decency to give me a call back. After calling for four days consistently!NOT RECOMMENDED!

Charged me $80 dignostic charge when it states on there web site that diagnosing is no charge.Also misdiagnosed my vehicle which has been overheating as a bad transmission( it shifts perfectly) and wanted to sell me a used transmission.I used them a year ago and they seemed okay but not anymore and never again.

I wanted them to tell me what was wrong with my car..they told me I needed a new engine..I paid them the $100 fee..but when I went to go pick up my car the engine was left in pieces..and the cold air intake was thrown in the passenger seat..when I ask the mechanic can he please put the engine back together like the way I brought it to him, He got really upset and wanted to charge me another fee.
