Every time my family and I go to the t-mobile store we are always welcomed and treated extremely good. the manager James always makes sure we get the best merchandise for the best price and is always 100% honest on whats good and what to avoid which makes the experience even better. we enjoy going to this store and 10/10 we will continue to go their in the future.P.S Shout out to Ian for helping with my moms screen protector for her tablet you are also awesome

Bill Batz gave me the plan I DID NOT ASK FOR!!! I asked for the Magenta NOT Magenta Plus!!!!!!! My phone will also not make phone calls because they put the wrong sims card in my new phone. I came back to the store to have them fix it but they have me sitting OUTSIDE and it is 39 degrees and wind 21 mph! I am not happy! I don’t think it was a good CHOICE to leave Cricket for T-Mobile.
James and his team are absolutely fantastic! They helped me switch from Verizon with ease and have been nothing but the greatest since!Highly recommend speaking with James and Ian, but the whole team is amazing!
I live in Oklahoma but I will ONLY go to the T-Mobile in the Central Mall in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. They have the BEST staff... Evan has been AMAZING!!! Very patient with me. He has assisted me with all my T-Mobile needs. I love my T-Mobile Team *(Evan, Ian, Shawn, and James). They are the best.

On June 6 I received a call from a sales associate asking for my sprint login so my ex could use my phone after I said I took my name off the account. He said the phone was reported stolen so I agreed that he could log into my sprint email and password to remove the reported stolen feature so the phone could be used by my ex.Weeks later I see that somehow the phone was put back into my name and I am again the account owner of the phone. Not sure how an associate was allowed to put me back on an account that I had previously cancelled without me being there.
Such a nice store full of good guys. No pressure salesmen, plus they want to help and not just force a plan on you. We had a strange request and they did their best to help us, even though they didnt have a solution in house. Its really nice to see that level of customer service. Good job!

Went in James ordered the wrong phones then after I paid to ship them back I still had to drive 45 minutes to get my money back worst shopping experience ever p.s. James tried to charge me and extra 20 per phone line went to the store on Phenix next to best buy and got charged less

The manger Jason was amazing to me my order got messed up online so I came into this store and Jason and Shawn treated me so great and fixed everything best customer service I have ever had I recommend everyone to go to T-mobile come see Jason and Shawn at the T-mobile store in the mall. I am a very happy T-mobile customer now Thank you guys.
We had switched to T Mobile and then were offered a deal to stay with sprint. We returned the phones after 3 days and everything seemed fine. They kept billing us for the phones we had already returned and when we called customer service they referred us to the store. When we went to the store they referred us to customer service. We spoke to the store manager and the issue was supposed to be resolved but it never was. Now its on the credit report and nobody at T mobile seems to care about resolving this issue.

The manager of the T-Mobile in Central Mall assured us they had good signal strength in Cedarville. The same night we got the phones a tornado came through the area, so when the signal was awful at our house we called and asked if a tower was damaged. They said that was the problem. A few days later we contacted them again and they said they would send a signal booster and that would fix it. It didnt. We went back again and a different individual told us Cedarville only had good service if you bought one of the expensive phones with a good internal antenna. After no phone service and fees that didnt make sense - ( a charge showed up for the free Netflix on us! / we were charged for a free tablet that we didnt ask for and the manager through in for us) we took all the phones back along with that tablet. There was a $50 restocking fee for each phone that we werent even able to use in our hometown, only the few times we were elsewhere. Days after cancelling service and returning everything my bank account was CHARGED a little over $300!!! We had paid almost $300 to start service and get the useless phones, paid to restock, made at least five trips to FS to deal with all this drama and they took an additional $300 some odd dollars after we thought wed washed our hands of them! So I contact them AGAIN. Im told to contact customer service through the 800 number because they cant issue refunds. I do. They tell me they cant help me because my phone number is no longer through T-Mobile and I dont know the account number. So I have to drive to the T-Mobile store (again!) just to get the account number. (No info given over the phone). The employee there was nice enough to try calling them for me, but they told her I was charged because there was some usage. She tried to get them to charge me only for the minutes used but they refused. She contacted the manager who wasnt there and he said hed take care of it. The next day he did call as promised and told me he had it taken care of and Id be receiving the money back shortly. Its been a month now. Ive called multiple times and the manager is never there and my calls have not been returned. T-Mobile has wasted my time, stole my money, lied to me about SO many things, and now seem to be avoiding me. The worker I spoke to a few minutes ago couldnt seem to find the manager and when I asked when the manager might be in, he said he didnt know. Seriously? No clue what day your boss works in the office? He told me to call the customer service number. Didnt even pretend to offer to have him call me back this time. Do NOT go with T-Mobile!!! Cricket on the other hand, gave us exactly what they said they would at the exact price quoted. Thank you Cricket, for not ripping me off like T-Mobile!!!

Absolutely love the store in the mall. Was lied to many times by the T-Mobile on Phoenix... Came in here as an avid iphone user and found out my issues with service waa due to iphone only operating on 2 or 3 bands, salesman John finally talked me into looking into an android which operates on 5 or 6 bands and I switched to an LG G6 and could not be happier. It fixed my coverage issue, the down payment was not very much, and I was explained things in terms I could easily understand. I appreciate the Central Mall Tmobile team!!!!!
The absolute best T-Mobile store in the area! There is another store over by Best Buy, but they will lie to you and are sometimes rude. I found great comfort in going to the mall location. I also found out that the store over by Best Buy is what is known as a family owned TPR store. The family owns 3 total with one of them being the Phoenix Ave. location. I had an issue with my account and was able to get it resolved with Jason at the mall because TPR stores are more limited on what they can do than the store insside central mall. Plus, the vibe os much better at the new store on Rogers Ave. Will never go back to the Phoenix Ave location after my horrid experience and now have that newly resurrected T-Mobile magenta LOVE thanks to Jason (J-dog) and the crew! 😀
Be cautious about the deals the sales reps will attempt to sell you on (make sure you read the fine print). Once they sign you up, all billing concerns are handled through the centralized T-Mobile Customer Support and not the local store. I was told so many lies from the sales rep (e.g. Netflix on us, 15% military discount, lower price, etc.). Afterwards I found out a totally different story, it was really frustrating to receive so much misinformation. The response from Customer Support was that sales reps operate on commission (just wanted to make sale) and do not always have the right information - unacceptable in my opinion.Also - T-Mobile service is not very good in and around Fort Smith and neighboring areas. My work phone is AT&T so I always have something to compare it to and frequently T-Mobile will read “No Service” whereas AT&T will have 3-4 bars LTE. I also had Sprint for and even that provided much more coverage. I had to get an additional cell spot (cell extender that connects to your WiFi) just to have service in my home. The price might be a little bit cheaper with T-Mobile, but what’s the point of saving money when you’re always dropping calls and unable to use your phone? Just something else to consider.
Bought a phone Procter 40 days ago cracked across it.cost $43 they said it was the best.i ask if it was warranted they said no.never buy anything there again.
