Wow... Can I just take a minute to say how amazing the at&t representative hunter is! He was amazing helping me and my wife understand everything in the simplest terms! I only went in for an upgrade but thanks to the amazing deals he showed is we are adding 3 new lines for our kids. If he is promoted to management or at least in charge of the training I am CERTAIN without a shadow of a doubt this store can absolutely thrive. Could become the BEST store in all of Arkansas. If all the reps here took a page out of hunters book you would have so many more customers 🙌🙌🙌🙌

My father had an incredibly poor experience at this location on 5-12-2021 they failed to tell him that he would have to pay the sales tax on the new phone when he upgraded before they started the transaction, they then accused him of stealing phone accessories that he walked in the door with that my brother who works for at&t in Enid bought for him. Then after that they had deactivated his phone already cause they were going to upgrade and didn’t have the extra funds at the time so they couldn’t. So he had to go back in after all this to have them reactivate his old phone and SIM card. This location needs competent employees who can do their job appropriately. He has also been an at&t customer for more than 20 years. Very poor customer service.

Visited the store around 1pm on a Saturday, expected a pretty busy visit but was taken care of quickly and had all my needs met! Spent around 20 minutes upgrading a phone and had some bill questions answered. Store was clean, and all associates were helpful and welcoming. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at this location!

Went in due to problem with the speaker on my phone. Eric was very professional and put us at ease as he worked to solve the issue with my phone. He explained recommendations to take of the issue persisted. He listened, rephrased what the issue was, and told us what is head going to do to work towards a resolution. Great job!

I went in on friday to get the iphone 13, and i had an iphone xs max and my mom wanted my phone. the employee failed to mention that if i traded in my phone online i would get a $1000 dollar credit towards my new phone, an employee told me that today. AND he told me i had to get a charger block bc “the charger wouldn’t work for my phone” so i spent another $20 on a block that I DID NOT EVEN NEED bc the charger DOES work for my phone. seems like he was all about getting money than putting the customer first. doubt i will ever work with this guy again. seriously disappointing a feel like i got scammed big time.

I was satisfied withe costumer service. I only had to wait in my car for about 3o minutes and then they sent me a text that they were ready for me. They had the Galaxy s21 plus in the purple color that I wanted. I would recommend using they for all you phone service needs.

My recent visit to ATT store in Fort Smith was fantastic. Adnan was helpful, knowledgeable and very respectful of my time. I made an appointment in advance which really helped. I was in and out in an hour and that was with the purchase of a new phone and transferring all my data. I’m always leery about upgrading to a new phone because something always seems to go awry, but not this time! Thank you!

Waited an hour and a half for something that took 2 minutes. I’ve worked in customer service. I understand the challenges. Two suggestions: (1) let the customer know what to expect in regards to wait time and update them on your progress (2) classify customer needs when you add them to the wait list so quick wins can be handled accordingly. I will add that, if AT&T’s chat/app/website had more clearly outlined the action I needed to take, I wouldn’t have needed to visit the store in the first place.

I went into the store to upgrade my phone, but instead there was a trade in done. The trade in was done incorrectly. There was another line added that I was not aware of until I looked at my bill and did not recognize the new number. When I went back in to explain to the manager Jason Ybarra it seemed as if he did not want to assist me with my issue and that this is some type of promotion which should’ve been explained to me before added on. I explained that although it may be a promotion that they would like AT&T customers to get, I did not agree to it and there should not have been another line added. I was very disappointed that my issue was not resolved at all after an employee at this location did everything incorrectly to begin with.

We are very sad we are experiencing at this store in fact every time we have been in that store or any att store they never get it right! We were lied to about everything especially how much our bill will be. Being a customer for many years you should never ever have to pay for an upgrade we are older and on a fixed income and our bill is over 60 dollars more then they said it would be. Cant afford it and dont know what to do. Im just tired of being lied to and no help

It’s shameful! Call #611 on your phone and deal directly with AT&T Loyalty. In the store changes are made to your account that later can’t be explained . My March 2021 bill was double after my February 2021 in-store visit. I was at the store 7 hours total over 2 days, and was unable to resolve. Remember...the “good deal” and “best option” isn’t the case.

Excellent experience! The customer service that these men and women give is phenomenal. I had issues with corporate switching accounts around and ended up having to stay at the store much longer than anticipated. Trey helped every step of the way, and was very patient. I did not realize it was launch day for the new iPhone 12, but Trey made sure to keep checking in and advised on the next best steps. This is one of the best AT&T stores with the best people working there. I would highly recommend requesting Trey for anything you would need in store!

Ive had ATT service for over 6 years and have never received terrible service, as i did yesterday at this store!! Did not help me resolve my problem, I got 15 miles away to another store before I realized he forgot to give me my SD card back, had to rush back to get it and heard other customers complaining about there negative experience, I honestly dont see how they stay in business! called corporate and they are almost as bad they transferred me around for hours and still have not resolved my phone issue! this will be the last month ATT gets my money!!

Sarah, our sales agent was very well spoken and knowledgeable. There was no, Im not sure. or Let me go ask. Her answers were quick and authoritative, no hesitations. We had no feelings of being coherenced into buying something. She pointed out things we were unaware of and explained them perfectly. This was a very enjoyable experience. We left with feelings of accomplishment. Our wait time was maybe 15 minutes. Once we sat down things progressed as quickly and systematically as can be expected.

Didnt follow through. If you decide to trade in a phone, make sure they dont tell you to take the old phone to transfer data. It seems that when you bring it back in the same condition as it left in, that they will not take it & give you the credit promised. I will not use them again. They wont allow you to talk to a manager either. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.

Worst customer service experience ever. I visited your store today. After 1 hour on the waiting list, I was text into the store at 7pm. I wanted to port a number to my existing account. After dilly dallying for an hour, they needed to call business support. Business support stated 5 minute wait. After 10 minutes, your rep stated they may be closed. Went to check with the Manager and came back and told me I would have to come back tomorrow. 2 hours at your store and now come back tomorrow??? Then, as I complained, I asked for the number of the district manager because the manager was obviously involved. The manager refused to provide me an escalation number or have someone call me.Edit Your Feedback

I went in the store today with my wife and stood there waiting to be helped. I waited there for 45 minutes after I signed in and there were 2 people working but were not helping anyone.
