Came in yesterday to get a phone, Vanessa and Felicia Most were so sweet, fast and super helpful. Got everything set up and ready to go within 10 minutes. This store is definitely a 10/10!!! Great customer service 🙂 P.S. they deserve a raise.

I just left the store. After having issues w another company and no service for days,the 2 ladies in there set me up in a matter of minutes at the same price. Amazing store and customer service!

Why did we wait so long? Robert was friendly, knowledgeable, and the switch from AT&T was effortless. No more $300+ phone bills! Unlimited data instead of getting nicked with $15 per gb after overage.So far, my data is faster than it was. No contract for 3 lines, $90 no hidden fees.

My family decided to make a switch on our cell service. They were very eager for our business. Made a GREAT deal! Thanks to them, were saving about $60 a month. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE.

It sucked. Us metro customers had a good thing going, then t mobile came along.

Data is okay but the cell service in Greenwood/Fort Smith AR is soooooo crappy, would NOT recommend😑

You get free phones, but thats the best of it. Data is bad and signel poor.

I think their service and their customer service on Zero Street they have a lot of things I need to work on in order to get A5 ready the way of Isis by the customer service have a lot of issues that need to be resolved until they fix their customer service this is this is a live store and I feel like they really need to Service as of right now they have horrible customer service
