Not real happy with my visit to the Verizon store...Rogers Avenue. There were 4 people waiting ahead of me to be helped but at least 2 sometimes 3 employees were standing behind the counter talking to each other and not helping anyone. I left after 15 minutes and went to the Verizon store at the Pavilion...they were MUCH more helpful!!

Sorry, but they are awful. They wasted my time and did not provide useful information. It took 30+ minutes to be helped by an employee. The employee was nice but was avoiding my question of, if I have no credit can I still get this certain deal. They proceeded to send me back home to grab more documention. And then told me my credit was not good enough although I have none which I told them. And then after 2 hours of wasting my time they give me a horrible deal
Friendly service, had to purchase new screen glass protectors. Put them on quickly and gave us a good price helped to find discount.

Terrible customer service. 5 employees - 4 of which were behind the counter. I guess the guy helping me (who I had to ask for) drew the short straw. Didnt know his products; was only interested in selling one phone and didnt even know another phone of the same brand was on display. The other guy who greeted us when we came in was busy with customers the whole time and I wish I would have waited for him. This is not the Verizon store it used to be.
Worst Verizon Ive ever been too. Not one person greeted us when we walked in. I wasnt even sure who the employees were. When we did figure it out they were rude. The one behind the counter was more worried about leaving than anything. The girl that couldnt sell anything (my guess was in training) said some would be back from their lunch in 30 minutes and they could probably help us. I wasnt waiting. Ill be more than happy to Take my business else where.
I went in looking for a upgrade, came out with knowledge on other phones and satisfied with my purchase!!! The customer service was great!!! I didn’t feel pushed or forced to buy any other items!!! The sales rep was very attentive to my every need, concerns, and honest about whatever I asked!!!

This store is closed on Saturdays. Why would any business close on the one day where most working people can come in and do business? Especially people who live an hour from Fort Smith, but come to town on Saturday to shop and take care of business.
Changed to Verizon. Service was slow but good.
Staff was nice but unable to help me with my problem in the store. Was given a call sheet with call numbers. Had to make several calls to resolve problem.

Didnt have what I wanted. Helped me put on my front cover for my S29. A lot of thi go for a S21 IPhone, but nothing for a S20 android. Almost nothing.

Wasnt happy that they did not assist with the transfer of my contacts and changing from old phone to new phone prior to traveling to another state for a funeral(WHICH THEY WERE AWARE OF). Had to visit a Verizon store in AR to have it done ( and those people struggled so it wasnt my inability to follow directions) and had no service for 24 hours. Should have never had to struggle after spending $2k in their store in one visit!

I spoke with Luis at the Rogers location and asked if he had the type of phone I was looking for. He said he had one left and he would hold it for me. I stressed that I had over an hour drive one way and he said it would be waiting on me.After I arrived he went to the back and brought out the wrong model number with my name on it. He then went back to look but came out to tell me they didnt have one. Then tried to up sell me on a different model.Its very frustrating to spend the time, gas and wasted trip when I was assured they had it.I would not recommend this store. Very unprofessional!

This store sucks. I went in with two issues and they didnt help on either. I asked about filing a claim on a broken device. Google was more useful. I asked them to activate a device on an existing line. They tried to get me to sign up for a new line which I didnt want. This is unethical and I didnt appreciate it. Then they screwed up the activation and I ended up going on the verizon website and having to key in the sim card number myself. then my device started working. I hope all of these people are replaced with automated kiosks because that would be more useful and friendly.
Ive had Verizon for years. There coverage is better than most but the cost is outrageous. Sprint cut my bill by 60% with brand new phones. So glad we left Verizon and the never ending of fees.

They dont offer customer service, only sales. Rep told me he didnt know about Samsung phones because he doesnt use them. Never heard of a Rep trying to sell something he knows nothing about! Sad!
Least helpful. Unless you are willing to spend more money. Customer service is non existent. On top they talk down to the customer. Get better results from talking to the reps.on the phone.Got a repsonse from the store manager. Apologized for the lack of service but did nothing. So knee jerk reaction and does not accomplish anything . So when my contract is up switching to a competitor. Either stand behind what you sell or at least be honest enough to say you have second rate equipment and sub standard customer service.

Initially things seemed to be going well. My LGV10 had gone into a fatal Boot Loop and I went into the Verizon store on Rogers dreading the thought of shopping for a replacement. Fortunately, the young female representative indicated that I could opt for a one-to-one replacement of my current phone. She then asked for a address to which the phone could be shipped. She further stated that I would have to give our physical address as the replacement phone could not be shipped to a post office box. I asked who the carrier would be and she replied, FedEx (which is a bad thing all on its own). I asked repeatedly if she was sure of that as the USPS will not deliver to a physical address if one has a P.O. box. The USPS will only deliver to the address it has on record for you. She again assured me it would be shipped via FedEx (free of charge). Imagine my dismay the following day when I received tracking information that indicated that the phone would actually be sent via USPS. This meant that the phone would be returned by the postal service as Undeliverable when it arrived at my local USPS.I returned to the Verizon store on Rogers to explain the issue and was met by a young man who appeared to be unpleasantly disposed at assisting a customer. He and his two male co-workers had been engaged in a cheerful discussion prior to my entry into the store. I attempted to explain my problem but he did not even make a pretense of listening. When I made reference to FedEx he indicated that I could have the phone shipped via FedEx but that would cost extra which proved that he was not at all engaged in what I was attempting to relate to him. He maintained a flat, disinterested facial expression during the entirety of our conversation if the definition could be stretched to that limit. I generally avoid the Verizon store for exactly this reason. I cannot avoid doing business with Verizon because, at least for the time being, they are the only phone service that works reliably where we live.Fortunately, when I took the time to reflect on the problem I found a solution on my own. I traveled down to my local USPS (Alma) and explained the situation to the rep there. I provided the tracking number for the phone and the USPS CSR put a note on the tracking record to have the phone redirected to my P.O Box. Due to the efficiency of the USPS, I received the replacement phone on time and without further action on my part.It seems as if Verizon has very little interest in face to face customer service as my husband has commented on the creepy atmosphere of the Verizon store at the Pavilion location as well. He says the representatives there are more formally dressed than most locations but they seem to be oddly disconnected from the concept of customer service.
Clean, eye catching displays. Carries Apple, Google, Samsung, LG, and a few other brand phones. Small selection of head phones/earbuds but selection was quality listening devices.
Made to stand outside while my wife and I waited on manager. There was no other customers in the store. When the manager did show up, he told us he was unable to help with either issue we had stopped at the store for.
I hate that they have a new kiosk machine! I was trying to pay for my phone bill with my debit card and they pointed at the kiosk. Sadly it doesnt allow payments for over 200... so I had to go back to the desk and pay for my phone bill that way! Shouldve just let me pay for it the first time with my debit card. 😑 also there were 3-4 people standing behind the desk not really willing to help me out.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I went in last week and bought a phone for my granddaughter. I bought a case and screen protector for the phone. They put the screen protector on and it didnt completely adhere to the phone but they assured me that it would or they would replace it if I came back within two weeks. It never fit so went back one week later and the story is now that those protectors never fit but that is all they have - too bad for us. We can buy it or not!! SO THEY ARE SELLING INFERIOR PRODUCTS AND THEY LIE TO DO IT AND IT DOESNT SEEM TO BOTHER THEM - JUST SO LONG AS THEY CAN MAKE A SALE!!!If you want a phone - go somewhere else!!!!

I upgraded two lines to the new iPhone. One thru apple, the other here. What a mistake. Originally my wife purchased online with her CC and I went to pick up, but you need the same card. So, we had to cancel that, and basically rebuy with my CC. Somehow these guys screwed it up and put it on the payment plan of which I didnt notice until over a week later as the first bill is coming due. When I look on my bank statement, sure enough, im charged full price, and then its refunded a few days later. So, I check my store receipt (which I didnt look at as I was leaving the store--shame on me), and the price is off by $1,000. Basically, what was done was I paid for sales tax of $130 instead of total phone price of $1,130. I even joked to the guy, thatd be nice if it was only $130, thinking he meant $1,130. It didnt have a price anywhere on the CC payment machine and he didnt comment when I mention only paying $130...knowing I was there to pay the phone in full. So, now I spent most of the morning trying to figure out my bill only to find out about their ineptitude (sure, some blame on me for not looking at my receipt and seeing it was $1,000 incorrect). Also, when upgrading both lines, they added extra features without my consent (only to find out about on the bill). So, everybody look over your verizon bill because if they added $15 worth of features I didnt ask for or want, whose to say it wasnt done to you. This is why we bounce between carriers. Total lack of respect for the customer.

Solution Specialist Bryan sold my 70 year old grandma a samsung galaxy J7V. She told him she wanted something simple. She had a flip phone. That was his choice seems he was more intrested in selling a phone and getting a commission than helping her needs. When he transfered her sd card from the old phone to the new he broke the sd card holder so it wouldnt hold it and close. We returned it the next day. Come to find out they sell the phone she currently has. Now she has a restocking fee and other charges. Cori tried to steer us to I phones when we told her that phone was to complicated. Then tried to tell us that all the androids are the same OS. but i know the setups and the menu designs are diffrent. According to her their all the same. So why you would buy a more expensive one when its the same. Dont go to this store there just interested in making money.
