Wow! We had a great experience at Randall Ford. Exceptionally clean inside. Easy to maintain physical distance. Waiting area offers vending, but there is also coffee and water available to customers. Restrooms are clean and conveniently located. Peter, our sales person, and Bradford Randall, the owner, provided excellent service. Highly recommend.
Cannot say enough how great Peter and the folks at Randall are. From order to delivery, my Bronco buying experience was professional and courteous. Peter was knowledgeable about the truck and the ordering process, while being accessible and accommodating when I had questions or needed to change something on my order. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, it is well worth your time to check out Americas fourth oldest Ford dealership.
This was my 3rd vehicle purchase from them. They are always one of the faster car buying places we have bought from (which is nice when you have kids with you). Everyone there is really friendly and it is super clean inside. They have given us the best deal (all 3 times) with our trade in. They have vending machines and clean restrooms. And I do like how their financing department has always been quick and doesnt drag out the process.
Thanks so much for your great service. Great place and Ricky Huerta was very nice and helpful. Super clean and all staff were wonderful. Thanks for your help. Wait time was a little long but got the job done..Carl and Janis
Shout out to Randall Ford for helping me find the perfect ride to fit my needs. Rocky was awesome! He went above and beyond helping me! He didn’t rush me or make me feel uncomfortable. The finance department was great as well. They made the process fast and efficient!
Had a really great experience at Randall service department Blake was eager to help with my service appointment and getting my truck in and out. Bought my first truck there in 1978 always had great service and sales.
Randy in the service department is the best! I have a crazy noise that my F250 has been making for quite some time. While that is frustrating I know the service department is continuing to work diligently with the Ford engineers to correct the issue. Randy keeps me informed, stays on top of my issue, and is sure to have a loaner vehicle for me to drive while they are working on my truck. Top notch customer service from Randy and his team while they try to solve my truck issue.
If you are on Social Security, good luck getting financed here. Even when offering to put down a pretty large deposit, the income CAP rules out half the population..
I was traveling through Arkansas and needed an oil change on my F-250, I googled the nearest Ford dealer and Randall Ford of Fort Smith, Arkansas popped up! I pulled in to the QuickLane with about an hour left before they closed. I told the service manager I was an out-of-town driver and I really needed his help as I was delivering a hotshot load down to Texas. They got me right in after I disconnected my trailer in their back lot. I was rebooked and gone in about an hour.I have a unique perspective on customer service at Ford dealerships, because I am retired from Ford and now travel the country. They jumped right on my vehicle, and they were all covered up with customers! They just saw the situation I was in and went to bat for me too get me on the road and I am very thankful for the professionalism. Thanks,Jeff Wood
Easily the best customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. Peter was willing to work with me and did not try to push me past what I said I wanted. I came to look at a Dodge and I left with one without any persuasion of getting a Ford even though it is a Ford dealership. He answered everything thoroughly and made sure I understood before anything was signed. By far the most low stress experience I have ever had when getting a new vehicle.Peter communicated with me before I arrived and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. I highly recommend letting Randall Ford do your dealing and highly recommend Peter. New or used Randall Ford is definitely a platinum service dealership.
I had the best experience at Randall Ford. I was looking to upgrade my Explorer to a new Expedition. Billy was incredibly kind and easy to deal with, wasn’t pushy at all, and worked diligently to get me the best deal in this crazy market! The process to sign was straight forward and quick - Jordan in finance was respectful of my time and budget and had everything worked out and ready to go when I got there. I HIGHLY recommend Randall Ford, Billy Hines, and their entire team if you’re looking for a vehicle!
Dreadful!During my families relocation across the country. My mom was driving my car when the transmission went out. We had it towed and this where Geico roadside dropped it. $4500 estimate!I drove 4 hours to retrieve my moms belongings. I asked if they could buy the car for the $200 diagnostic feeThe general manager screamed from an officeWe dont have a need for it!2008 Ford Taurus Limited fully load with low miles and no rust!Told me to call a junk yard.Blake in the service department began kind of rude and dismissive. However he became friendlier giving me a $12 dollar discount once I announced that I am veteran (disabled at that)They claim to support #Veterans and the #DAVOnce all of that was settled I had to unload the items from the car. It was hot and humid. Not one person from the dealership offered to help me in any kind of way. Although many employees enjoyed a good laugh at my expense. Literally sat there watched and laughed. Finally 4 hours laughter I have everything straightened up and am leaving. Blake comes to get the key and wish me safe travels. Not one salesperson attempted to speak to me even while I was looking at cars! When I informed them I would review them their response. It doesnt matter, we have been open since 1909Worst experience I have had in a dealership in a long time!Dont have your vehicle towed to this location. They dont need you or your money.I could have bought a car that day!
Great experience buying a car! Very friend helpful people. Try them first. They will do everything to find you the right car. :)
I always take my truck to Ford Randall for oil change. There waiting area is always clean and comfortable. They guys that work there are so nice. Thanks 😊
Highly recommend this dealerWhile traveling across I40, a transmission fault light appeared on our dash. We called several dealers in the area and none of them had any available service appointments We then contacted Randall Ford and Service Advisor Randy offered to read the service code for us and tell us if this was a serious problem even though they also had no service appointments available, After reading the code, they immediately brought our truck into the service department, reprogrammed the truck and quickly got us on our way.We are so impressed by the service provided and we recommend this dealer to anyone
Fabulous experience! Peter was helpful and patient with me during the entire car buying process. Noel helped me find the best financing and explained everything in detail. No surprises. I couldnt have asked for better customer service! I will defiantly go back to Randall Ford the next time I want to purchase a vehicle. 5 stars!
Unfair business. They ran my credit before telling me what they were offering for my trade. I told them as soon as I walked in what I wanted for my truck. They offered $11,000 LESS than what I asked and thought I would just be okay with that? They came up a little on the trade as I was walking out the door, but not enough to even pay off my loan. I went home and got an instant cash offer from Randall Ford through Kelly Blue Book. It was $6500 more than what they had offered me 2 hours earlier. If I had taken their deal, I would have been nearly $8000 upside down on the vehicle I was trying to purchase, and their conscience was totally fine with that. Protect yourselves and your finances- dealerships need to make money, but they dont have to make it all on you :)
Josh is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He bent over backwards and spent hours making everything perfect for us.
Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The whole experience was relaxed and easy. They even did the financing with a lower downpayment than we offered lol. Kayla was great and Noel really made the paperwork easy and fast.
I had a car that had several recalls that needed taken care of so Ricky in the service department was very good with keeping me posted on the update with my car and was very friendly every step of the way.
This was the first time buying from Randall Ford. The only reason is because of the sales manager. He has always picked out my vehicles for me and was very honest about everything. No I am not related but I have worked with him. The salesman he handed me over to was very professional. Please go by and check them out. I am a very satisfied customer.
My wife loves her Bronco Sport Outerbanks! Thank you Randall Ford!
Bought my 2019 F150 super crew 4x4 with the 5.0 v-8 from Randall. It currently has 28,000 miles on it. It is a beautiful truck and has everything I want in a pick-up. It was nice and smooth and quiet until recently. The motor is making a racket that was not there when I bought it. I explained to the service department what was going on and was scheduled an appointment and the mechanic put a stethoscope on the engine and came to the conclusion that it was making noise. So they replaced he timing chain tensioner, changed oil, gaskets other items as well. I went to get the truck and was told it is normal for that model to make engine noise and was provided some written reports on the engine and done all they can do. It is just as loud as it was to me when I took it and quite frankly it is embarrassing when your friends and others comment on the “ticking noise” of my vehicle. My engine was very quiet for 20 something thousand miles. I am highly disappointed and currently I am losing confidence in the motor….. I graduated Indian capital vo-tech with a mechanics degree…. I am saying the motor is not right and it should not make a ticking or rattling noise. I am losing money by the day cause no one will buy a truck that the engine is making noise……. Randall ford advertises there the “Best Ford dealer and 4th oldest…… someone needs to make this right somehow… replace the motor or replace the truck …if it was your vehicle you would be frustrated and concerned as well. Ive also noticed I am not the only Ford owner that has this problem..
2020 F150- Quality of work is fair. Lack of attention to detail is an issue and treating the vehicle as it’s their own is not part of their way of working. I have had damage done to my vehicle or an issue with quality of work every time it has been worked on or serviced by Randall. 1. Recall for warped dash- during replacement- 3 different panels scratched during replacement. 2. Rotate and balance tires- 2 wheels scratched where noticeable from removing old wheel weights. 3. Alignment- steering wheel crooked after alignment- took it back and left for an entire day to be told I was wrong- made the service advisor ride in the truck and he finally agreed so had to take back for a 3rd time to fix. After every visit, I have to wipe oil/grease off the truck- whether it’s on the hood, door panels, steering wheel, or console.
One of Fords oldest dealerships, and experience and listening as to what their customers are wanting is the essence of why its been around so long. I told my salesman (Jordan Gregory) exactly what I wanted --the color, the diesel motor, the wheels, the towing package, the moon roof, and much more --and he not only found it but had it there the very next morning without all that annoying sales pitch stuff we all hate. All the departments at this Ford dealership are what a customer is in search for and rely on.Very clean. Great level of expertise. Good listeners, and smiles worn daily. A great team!*Highly recommend5 stars
** ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️**Scott and Jordan are a top not duo!We flew in from KY after sealing the deal over the phone yesterday! Scott worked his magic to help us purchase a majestic unicorn. Even picking us up at the airport! The financing went smooth! Nothing hidden and was in and out in 30 minutes! Jordan was great! We would be proud to make another trip from KY to purchase another vehicle from Scott and Jordan!!! This dealership is top notch and we appreciate the blessing to have made this purchase.
I was a walk in, for an alignment on my Explorer. Blake was the one who checked me in. He was truly very kind and helpful. I’m thankful for his help and his kindness. Thank you.
Great place to buy a car if you have bad credit
Inventory is not low there...sales staff was nice and informative. However, prices were too steep! 8000 for a 2002 Toyota tundra 160k miles and 5900 for a 2001 tracker....hmmm.
A little over a year and a half ago the GPS Sync system had issues. The APM was replaced and everything was fine. I tried to update the maps recently and it failed to update because the GSN on the navigation system did not match my VIN because they failed to update it when they replaced it. This was not the reason I am leaving a bad review, mistakes happen. My issue came when I called to find out what I needed to do from Ford Customer Care and they told me that the dealership needed to update the system to match. I called the dealership and a gentleman said he did not know what the issue was and would have to ask the tech and call me back. I do not hear anything from them for several days. I call back and get someone named Blake. He tells me that he has never heard of it and I just have to schedule and appointment which is 5 weeks out. When I ask him about my previous call he said he will find out and call me back in an extremely rude manner. Like before he never called me back. Next day I try to call several times with no answer after calling 3 times I asked to speak to the service manager, guess what no answer….. I then drive to the dealership so I can at least get some kind of answer. I spoke with the man at the counter, did not get his name and I wish I did because I have never spoken with someone as condescending as this man. Then two other men cam in and one took over the conversation because he spent the time to actually look up the issue. As we were talking, Blake kept making dismissive sounds the whole time. I have to say that is what irritates me the most. When everything came to light they did in fact reach out to Ford to find out what they needed to do. Then the first man said well that’s just not possible what they are saying to do. And that I just need to schedule an appointment 5 weeks from now to fix something that they failed to do in the first place. Or I could drop it off and they would get to it when they could, in the mean time what am I supposed to do about a vehicle?Honestly, this was a failure on the part of the technician, again I am fine with that. However, if this kind of thing is an obvious mistake, it is horribly bad customer service to expect your customer to either have to wait over a month or be on foot till they feel like working on their mistake. I have filed a complaint with Ford Customer Care over this matter in the hopes that something will be done to improve this kind of thing. On a final note…. I cannot help but notice the number of bad reviews that have been left and mention Blake directly, makes you wonder.
Great place a chat with great service! Highly recommended!
Got what I needed but was a little high on the price. Worked out great though
Sent a message to the lot themselves about the cars I was interested in. Peter Rossum called me back that same day, told me he would see me the next day. Sure enough, he called me the next day to make sure I was still coming to check those cars out. He was sure to show us both cars and recommended that one of them were in such bad shape, he personally couldn’t put us in it. He was able to get us in a very nice 2018 Kia Forte that my wife LOVES, great payments, low interest, and got us set up with some amazing warranties. Thank you Again Peter, great car buying experience!
Great Experience with Randall Ford. Staff makes concerted efforts to listen and deliver based upon consumers request. Delightful friendly staff! Peter Rossum and Noah Harvey were great to work with.Entire Staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. David Hardwick and Josh Bennett in Services department were great.Bradford Randell took the time to address us by name and thanked us for our business.Feels like home.Jerry and Melinda Bridges
I say its a five star they have always been very helpful.
After having our catalytic converter stolen from our RV while shopping in Van Buren AR, Blake at Randall Ford had a replacement overnighted and we were back on the road in less than 24 hours. Thanks Blake and everyone in the service department.
Overpriced and unfriendly. Ended up driving to Kansas City for my Ford Explorer purchase I where got a much better deal.
There is a reason why some businesses stay around and others fail. It all boils down to care and concern for the customer, even over making a profit, Randall Ford is the 4th oldest dealer in the country and thats the reason why, care and concern for what is best for their customers, there is no other place like Randall Ford!
Overall great first time experience getting a new car. The team walked me through the whole process to help me get the vehicle that’s right for me.
We have two vehicles that we have been taking here for service for many years now. Every person that I have met at the Service Department through the years have been personable, yet professional. A big shout out to Josh Bennett! He makes sure we are taken care of and given the best value for our money. A big shout out to Mr. Jeff - the courtesy driver as well! He is so pleasant and lovely to have conversations with during the ride.
We were down to one vehicle and in need of another. Checked a few places on the way but no luck. Got to Randall Ford and Rocky helped us find what we wanted! He made sure we left with something we would be comfortable in and satisfied with! Thank you Rocky Pruett!
This place is absolutely ridiculous terrible service this guy randy doesn’t know what he’s doing nor does he care never using another Ford in my life
They are very nice and helpful
I have bought three cars there but there wont be a fourth- since Chris says they where too busy to come out and help me today. I spent 15 minutes walking around looking at vehicles waiting. Horrible customer service and management.
I bought a 2020 Mustang Ecoboost Premium from Randall Ford yesterday. Cody Isaacs was my salesperson and did an excellent job working with me and getting my monthly payment to where I wanted it to be....and even better!! Shout out to Chris Davis too...the numbers man! Cody was very professional and never did I feel pressure to purchase at any point. It was the best car buying experience Ive ever had...and Ive purchased four vehicles before this. Thanks for welcoming me to the Randall Ford family!! Love my Mustang!!
Wanted to buy local and keep our business in Fort Smith. Went back to look at a vehicle for a second time first thing on a Saturday am (possible purchase) after speaking with the SM on a weekday (he knew we would be coming back) car was driven home by someone who did not work the weekend. Were told they were calling for it to return and would let us know. Never called. We followed up a few hours later only to hear- it might be back but maybe not but they would let us know. Didnt let us know. No intentions of the car returning or following up. Poor customer service. So disappointing. We will by purchasing from another Ford retailer.
Very friendly and warm welcoming staff
Supreme customer service speedy purchase ask for The rock!! Best salesman ever
I went to ask about a Bronco, just because I had questions about the online ordering process. I seen they had a sport model there and in the front by the street so I though maybe they would let me test drive it. The gentleman that approached me was annoyed that I was asking about a Bronco since they had made some announcement something about having til march 17th or something to order one. But a.) unfortunately I don’t follow this or any other dealership on any social media platform and b.) had been in training for a couple of months where using the internet was not an option I wasn’t even in state. It ain’t a big deal that I can’t get my dream car any time soon, it’s only been my dream vehicle since my mom had one in the 90’s, there is no rush. And I was excited when back in like 2017 they announced they would be making a new model. I know they are basically made to order. I’m not desperate my current vehicle I have had for 7 years, is cute and reliable. But I had questions about the process, and wanted to see the the Bronco that was there. The guy was just weird about it. Y’all know how in the south we use the “bless your soul” with a negative context, that’s how the 5 minute conversation felt specially when he said “now sweetie, we made a announcement...” I’m 30 years old I don’t qualify as a sweetie anymore. Anyways I’ll be getting my 2nd Bronco, even if 2024. From people who invest in their customers as much as their customers invest in them. Ps the sport bronco they have I the front for everyone to see has already been paid for.
Their cars are too high and theyre not good about dealing they want to take your trade and give you nothing for it
Peter was great, attentive and knowledgeable about the Bronco. All in all it was probably my best experience with Randall Ford.
Always fast, courteous and efficient. Great customer service
As a complete Ford person who has purchased 5 f-150s in the last year all of them were the best dealer auto buying experience anyone could ask for.Randall Ford has the experience and the staff to help you get the vehicle you want without the pressure and rudeness you get from most sales staff. They give an honest top value on trade-ins and have an excellent ability to find the absolute best finance sources that fit your needs.I was never rushed or confused as to what was happening and got exactly the vehicles I wanted. Thank you to Tony, Ray, Jeff, Noel, Anthony and all the rest of the Randall Ford Staff.Thank you Bradford for having a really great team. Thats what keeps me coming back.
Very friendly and super helpful
Our experience in purchasing our vehicle at Randall Ford was pleasant! Dallas Nelke, our salesman, was very courteous and understanding and went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was smooth. He is not pushy and listens to all your needs. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Dallas!
Despite being busy, they were terrific. They managed to rig my car enough to drive the 8 hours home, despite a massive problem created by another Ford dealers service department. Randy and the rest of the folks at Randall were friendly, honest, kept me in the loop, and even managed to find me discounts. If youre in Fort Smith Arkansas or the surrounding area and need honest, reliable service, I cant recommend them enough.
Peter at Randall Ford is very professional, met all of our needs! Go see Peter & he will work his tail off to help you!
Usually great service, but apparently parts are a different story: ordered aftermarket parts for my Expedition and only part of the order came with what was actually needed to install the crossbars. Needed 12 bolts, came with eight and they decided it was OK to charge an additional $14 (after paying nearly 250 for the initial order) for 4 little bolts (that aren’t even matching in color nor quality as the included bolts). When they never mentioned in the three previous ordering phone calls that additional parts would be needed. So either Im stuck with an $80 bar that I cant use, or pay 14 more dollars to use it.Also, I requested the manager of the parts department give me a call back, as his employee was the one who left out the details about additional parts needed... and he refused to talk with me.
Service always does a great job on my wifes car!! Thanks Ricky, Randy, Josh, Blake, and Amy for always being as helpful!
Even though i was on a time crunch I was treated very well. And they took the time I had and let me look at different models of cars
Very nice young man named eric Lewis was very helpful.
I was very satisfied with the way everything was handled. from the front door the temperature check to the service staff. The work was satisfactory the service department did a good job. One thing the young lady at the service desk told me a front end alignment was included. Then I was told it was not. I dont feel that is right. The part failed it was under warranty so should the alignment. Other than that I would recommend randell ford .Thank you
Randy made my service experience a pleasurable experience. He was very astute concerning what service would be completed on my truck. I appreciate the service he made available to me.Thank you RandyGay and Brooke Harriman
I’ve been attempting to cancel and get a refund on GAP I purchased with a vehicle I bought back in 2019. I called and left multiple voicemails and finally had Jordan Gregory in finance email with the form to get this taken care of. This was a two week process. I emailed him the required form and documents on 5/29 and he stated it should take 4-6 weeks to process and receive my refund check. I check back on 7/24 and he said he would need to check with the lady who processes the cancellation. Noted this had been 8 weeks since it was supposed to be done. I emailed back on 8/5 and he said it should be arriving any day now. It’s now 8/30 and still have yet to receive the refund. It’s now been 12 weeks, this is ridiculous. I would not recommend this dealership if you want someone to take care of you post sale. Horrible customer service.
The Sales Manager Jon went above and beyond to help with a parts issue. Can not give him enough praise or thanks for his work today. He is an asset to the company. Thank you Jon
Service Dept. gave me a solid and expedient help. We are moving from the south west to the east coast and broke down in Fort Smith, AK. Things could have been worse and would have had to stay the weekend. Got me fixed and on my way in half a day. Awesome job Randy (Service Advisor) and Bruce (Technician) for your help and expertise!
Billy Hines Was amazing. He helped me get an amazing deal on my 2020 king ranch F150. I highly recommend anyone to buy from Billy Hines at Randall ford.
I had a phone call with Peter regarding a truck I was interested in and after we hung up, I instantly knew I was gonna buy the truck that I had been looking for couple weeks, the next day, from him.Next day, my wife and I along with our three children, arrived at the dealership towards the end of the day. Peter was there to greet us with warm smiles and honesty. We never had any sense of negative air in the space, it’s usually difficult for us to be at any dealership, especially with the kids, and it’s hard for dealership employees because of the kids. This was a complete pleasure.Big thanks to Peter for his patience, honesty, warm heart, friendly and professional attitude. Talked to many other salespeople before I talked to him. I would definitely call him first next time I am in need for a vehicle.
Recently purchase a new expedition from this dealership and am not disappointed. They were the fourth dealership that I had contacted and they no only had the best price but I was in and out quickly with no hassle.
Good sales experience. Recommend working with Peter. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. He worked with me via text and email to get close to a deal before I came in. I liked that my time was valued.
They were very pleasant and very professional to do business with. I recommend them to anyone if they are looking for a vehicle. Our salesman Rocky was great to deal with.
Bought a used Impala back in July. I’m happy I was able to do business here at this dealership. They did not beat around the bush about anything. They told me straight up if a car was no good to own, or excellent to own. Made choosing my car easy. They showed me how they do business and showed me things that no other dealership would ever show me when buying a car. They were wonderful at helping me get a payment plan that works best for me, and about helping me establish my credit. Entire process went smoothly and I’m very happy with my purchase.
The good folks at Randal Ford got me checked in immediately and advised that it may take a week to even get my truck looked at. A few hours later Blake the service dude called and said that a technician was champing at the bit to get on the truck, that he diagnosed the issue as a leaking water pump, and had the part on hand. The next day he called to say my truck was ready; even with the service I wanted completed. Overall, outstanding!
The best car buying experience! Very transparent in every aspect of the whole experience from the price down to the paperwork. They where not pushy, and the car salesman was very knowledgeable of the vehicles. I purchased my vehicle during the covid 19, the car lot and salesman took every precaution as to there safety and mine during this time. I was very pleased with my Ford Experience!
Jon is a consummate professional. His team was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Definitely give them a call the next time you are in the market for a vehicle!
They gave me a free covid mask with the ford emblem stamped on it. I love free stuff.
Recieved prompt and courteous reception when making appointment for service. Issac was kind and very attentive to details. My car was completed in good time and well. Because the corona, i was met at front door for screening in an efficient manner. I was pleased with my overall experience.
Wonderful customer service! The sales team works really hard to find you and your family the best vehicle for your budget and your needs. One of the only dealerships around that can help customers with bad credit (even if you have repos) or first time buyers. Locally owned. They also are the ONLY dealership in fort smith that have enacted precautions for COVID-19 from the start! They all wear masks and use a UV device to clean your new purchase so you do not have to worry about risk of exposure to you or your loved ones.
Dallas Nelke and the rest of the team were amazing to work with to get us into a great vehicle.
Randall Ford has the best new management In Sales and service is great! Will Definitely definitely be back! Thank you Jon Collins for all your help!
ORIGINAL REVIEW:Great experience with the service department from the time I initially called to schedule until I drove off the lot! I was at Randall Ford for routine oil change. My service advisor, Isaac, was great! He was very personable and professional, and took his time explaining everything.I will continue getting my truck serviced here and will recommend Randall Ford Service Department!Update retracted.
Peter hooked me up with a 2019 Hyundai. Was able to move through some obstacles and even paid off the balance on my 2013 KIA! Great place to find a vehicle!
Please Stay Away from Randall Ford at all cost they sold us a Lemon knowing the car had many problems but failed to disclose it to us saying that its been through service and inspection and its was good to go these are some very dishonest people who is very money hungry. After the deal is done they could care less about you as a customer. I hate the day I stumbled upon this sorry excuse for a dealership! Selling pre-owned lemons just to make a quick buck lying about making repairs a word of advice coming from a disappointed single mom not bitter cause I couldnt get my way but truly disappointed in the lies and deceitfulness of Randall Ford !!!! After you give them your money the Randall ford family treats you like an unwanted stepchild.
Randal Ford has probably the nicest service Dept members I have dealt with. Josh and Issac was wonderful.! I will not be going to no other places from here on out like I have been. While I was in the waiting room the staff in there was very friendly. Offering me food and drinks. Victor ( he’s in sales) stopped and talked to me for a while. He is very professional and super sweet! Hoping to purchase my next truck through them.. :)
Great people and in love with our new vehicle
Doing better 👍BTW the long hair guy in the Body Shop great customer service 😊
Found a nice Malibu that they had listed ar just under 13k. I made it clear I would not buy anything over 14k so my wife and I were excited about the fair price based on kbb. The salesman said that we were lucky because the price was wrong but stated theyd have to honor it. Ive heard that story every time Ive bought a vehicle so I dont believe it at all, but again, the price was fair. They ran both of our credits to get the process going. After sitting there for a few hours, only for a different person to come up and say that the actual sticker price was now 16k, well over blue book value. How are you going to run my wife and my credit and then raise the price by $3000?This is not only dishonest and harmful, but a clear violation of Arkansas false advertising laws under Arkansas code 4-88-107.
At about 4:30pm, my car blew coolant onto my windshield. I was a block from Randall Ford dealership. I pulled in and told them of my problem. The service advisor was very courteous and came out to look at it. He quickly found the problem. They got my car in the next morning and the service advisor called to give me an estimate. He kept me up to date as the car was being repaired. I was very pleased with the concern that they had for my situation, as well as how quickly my car was repaired. Thank you for your help.
I am very schedule oriented and understand the importance of taking care of your customers. Without your customer you don’t have a job. I am very dissatisfied in not only the service, but for the For Dealership in Fort Smith to be so unorganized and rude. I scheduled an oil change two weeks in advance at 1:00pm, to which the lady said was completely open timeframe wise just to have my wife call me at 3:10pm to say that they still have not finished our oil change and that there was two people still in front of us. I called to talk to them about it and the lady hung up on me, since I guess she didn’t wanna hear it. I then called back and spoke to the general manager and informed him of this and he apologized. Now fast forward to my wife finally getting home and I find not only the cap to my antifreeze was left off but I have a my key that has been activated on my vehicle that will not allow me to turn my radio up over 14 volume, an alarm that goes off once I reach 65 and once I reach 80. I’m not so concerned about the speed issues as I am not giving them the permission to put this on my vehicle. This has been ridiculous and unprofessional. I call to schedule this to be fixed and they inform me that they can not fit me in this week to correct this issue that they did to my vehicle. This is the last time I will visit this establishment and will never suggest them to a single sole again. Horrible service and can’t believe how they are still open.
Took a while to get tires but overall good.
Had taken my vehicle in for a recall and left feeling dissatisfied with the service and explanation I received. After receiving a call from John, the service manager, and him giving me a thorough explanation of the recall and how it was handled I feel better about the entire situation. Thank you again John for clearing things up.
My 2015 Ford Fusion had a recall on the steering column and throttle linkage, and everything was done with no problem until I found a bolt lying in the driver floorboard. I found out it was my steering column bolt (googled it) which prevents my steering wheel from falling off. I made a guess that there was 90% possibility it was a dropped bolt and they had replaced the bolt, but the uncertainty of my steering wheel coming off was too great to have me drive my car anywhere without getting more information. I contacted Randall Ford service and told them that I found my steering column bolt lying in my car. After explaining this to the service person I was told to drive my car into the service center. I told them that they should have someone come check out to make sure my steering column bolt was attached because I wasnt going to drive my car anywhere if the steering column bolt wasnt in my car. I asked him to guarantee me that this bolt was replaced, but he told me again to bring the car into them and they would check it out. I wasnt getting anywhere with him so I asked to speak to the service manager, but he was at lunch and he would call me back. That ended the call. The original person called me to get more information and then told me that they didnt have to replace my steering column bolt and again to bring the car into them and they would check it out. I was flabbergasted for him to suggest I drive a car in which the steering wheel could fall off. I told him I was more worried about the missing bolt now since it wasn’t supposed to be replaced and I wasnt going to gamble with my life and told him to have service manager to call me.The original person called me back for the last time and he pulled up the service work and that bolt had been replaced with a longer chrome bolt and the certified mechanic with 21 year of experience told me that the bolt was replaced and the old bolt was accidentally dropped. Problem solved; I am satisfied with the explanation. The recommendation to drive my car 25 miles with a possibly missing steering wheel bolt was a dangerous and probably a little safer than playing with a revolver with 1 bullet missing. So, my bottom line is that Randall Ford Services recommendations were slightly better than playing Russian Roulette.
Sales Staff is very knowledgeable of the models, features and options on the products. It had been over a year since I had been in to this dealership, but they remembered me. I was undecided between two models, and they not only compared their inventory, but other dealers also to find the exact vehicle I wanted. I never felt pressured or rushed. They allowed me to look, drive and compare and said let us know if you questions. This dealership is one of the oldest in the nation, and with the service they prefer, they will always be there.
What a great experience at Randall Ford. All personal were friendly and made us feel right at home. Chris Davis the finance manager was just amazing. He gave us a great deal on the new car as well as the car traded in. He was very personal-able and professional and made the transition easy. Harrison the salesman was great too. He answered all questions and was very knowledgeable. They both went above and beyond to make it an amazing experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new or pre-owned vehicle.
