I needed some cheap tires for my Ford Focus, so I went to one of those used tire shops...OOPS..that was a mistake! They didnt even balance the wheels. I went to Discount Tire in Fort Smith, Arkansas and they balanced all four of them for forty bucks! They even reset my Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors! They did such a great job, I bought a sensor as well.I bought a used Ford Expedition and apparently one of tires had been previously patched and was bulging. I took it to Discount Tire in Fort Smith, Arkansas. I had made an appointment online for 8:30AM, but I arrived 30 minutes early and they got me right in!!! I bought a new Pathfinder tire and was on my way in about 15 minutes:) I even made it to work on time! Later that day, after work I noticed a different tire loosing pressure. I returned to Discount Tire, and they replaced a valve stem on a different tire FREE OF CHARGE!These guys are always courteous, prompt, friendly and completely professional, but they also add a personal touch...I was starving and they even threw me a burrito!!! We were traveling on I-40 Tuesday & stopped for gas about 30 miles east of Ft. Smith. When getting back on the highway, we hit a piece of metal that shredded our right rear tire. Fortunately a disabled vet stopped & helped put the spare on the car. Having warranty papers on these tires from Discount Tire in McKinney, TX. At the time had no idea where I might find a tire & the cost to me if there was not someone who may honor my Discount Warranty. I googled Discount Tire & determined there was a shop in Ft. Smith. We drive to Ft. Smith & met Andrew who quickly assessed the problem, found my info Online & had the tire changed & us on our way in about an hour. I have been dealing with Discount Tire for more than 30 years. Whether purchasing tires, getting pressure checked or replacing tires under warranty. Customer service was great as usual! They got me checked in right away. And even though it was very hot the guys were still hustling, so they had me out in about 45 minutes.

They are always so respectable. And they work as quick as they can with some of the best attitudes I’ve ever seen. I’ve been coming here since they open and I will continue to do so.

Extremely kind staff, expected the wait to be an hour to an hour and a half but only took thirty minutes. They seem to work well together and really appreciate the customers. Repaired both of my tires and shined up the wheels afterwards.

I work and recently moved to Fort Smith. Used these guys once 5 or 6 months ago, had a great experience, decided to try them out again this time with another slow air leak on a tire, and they knocked it out of the park again. Mason and Andrew delivered top notch service. Guys didn’t even charge me for this last time because it was a simple plug fix. 10/10, never had a reason to use a tire shop because I usually have access to a mounting/balancing machine, but I will absolutely be back. Just hopefully not too soon.

Recently purchased rims and tires and there was an issue, but they took care right away. We take all our vehicles here for tires and they have always very polite and helpful. Ross and DJ are awesome and made the whole experience painless.

I recently rolled into Discount Tire because I received a complementary email that it was time to check the tire pressure on my tires. It also so happened that my tire sensor warning on my dashboard had gone off. I was assisted by Ross, the store manager, and while he was checking my tires he noticed I was missing two lugnuts on one of my wheels. I had no idea they were missing as someone (evidently) had recently helped themselves to the two lugnuts after I had replaced them all 2019. In any event, Ross replaced the missing lugnuts at no charge and I am extremely grateful for the great customer service I received that day and all the other times I have gone in for tire check ups.

The personnel treated me with respect and kindness. Had two nails in one tire. I had the hazard insurance so it didnt cost me a dime. In and back on the road in no time.

I had a flat tire and this was my first visit to the store. Was taken care by Ross who also happens to be the store manager. Initially it appeared that my tire had to be changed which could’ve been very expensive. But they took Care of it without having had to. Was informed about the tire certificate program and I ended my taking it during my second visit yesterday and Mason was really helpful with that. Totally loved their service and strongly recommend!They also have free tire air/ pressure checks

Ive been going here for a few years with multiple vehicles and theyve always done a great job with anything Ive ever needed done. You can always trust that theyll do exactly what you want within a reasonable time and a reasonable price and if they cant get it exactly right for you they will find a way to make sure that you still leave happy. These guys are definitely my go to guys for anything wheel and tire related.

Called ahead to get tires on my truck. Im from out of town so I wanted to make sure I could get them while I was in town. They couldnt get the toyo tires I wanted because they were out of stock even though the one near my home could. So I settled for a diffrent brand. Over the phone I told then the exact rim I had and I ordered tires of the same size I already had on them they told me no problem at all I ordered the tires and made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment they told me there was no way they could mount them and that my rims were wrong (same exact size tires I had on the rims already) I ended up having to buy the tires due to my limited time and and I had another shop put them on. They offered no other solutions to make the tires work on my rims. And offered no warrenty on the tires since they would not mount them. The staff handled everything professionally, but, I am very very unhappy with the situation I was placed in.

Would not honor their tire warranty. Will not be using their company.

Spoke with one gentleman, put a timer on my phone, waited 30 minutes and never had another employee speak to me. I watched as new customers pulled in and were promptly served while I was ignored. We stopped in here to replace the tire we had blown on the fwy while driving through an accident scene. They had the size we needed and the price was right. They were quick to help us out. The reason for only 3 stars was they had the wrong tire mounted on our wheel and didnt notice til we mentioned it and they werent able to accurately measure our tire pressure, we had to use our own gauge.

I ordered some wheels from discount tires but from eBay. The wheels didnt fit right. They were rubbing on calibers. My fault on my end. But discount tire in fort Smith took them back to get sent back to sender and I ended up buying some nice wheels from them and they gave me a great deal and waved the labor fee because of all the hiccups. Ross the manager was awesome! So was the crew! They got me in and out in just 45 minutes! Thanks guys!

You almost made a sale but you had to try to bring in a scare tactic to try to scare me into spending more money... well it didn’t work.. you handled the situation so unprofessionally.. I came to your establishment with my tire pressure being low and yes my tires were in need of replacement I totally agreed with you and I was about to approve the purchase of four new tires for my Ford Explorer. Than you had to scare me in believing my wheel had an issue because the clear coat was coming off.. your tire tech even brought it in to show me... that’s when a set of new tires turned into you might need to replace the wheel or we can sell you a set of aftermarket rims for a thousand dollars.. how can a clear coating cause my wheel to warp? This is when I smelled a RAT! I was done and I said air my tire up and put it back on! I’ll need to get a second opinion. I didn’t see nor hear from you after that. Your tech came back stated my tire was holding air.. I took my keys and left.. went to Phoenix Tire bought a set of tires and they were less than the price you quoted me for the same tires... nothing is wrong with my wheel.. so buyer beware.. never again Discount Tire Fort Smith..

I just had 4 Tires put on and when I got home I realized the driverside ones were put on inside out also he told me they were aired up correctly not true either the driverside ones were over and the passenger side under he also asked for 2 different amounts at check out one 100 dollars over so overall Im not happy with this place

Low rating because we never even got service. Came in for a balance, told it would take TWO hours. No problem, except we came back after two hours and it hadnt even been moved. Not to excited about them leaving the keys in with it unlocked for two hours either...

My front tire blew out from a pot hole on 40E, 40 miles west of Fort Smith. I had to call various tire places in Fort Smith to find a pair of tires that would work for my sports car. I think it was Justin(?) at Discount Tire who was so patient in helping me - I called at least 4 times! The men who answered were always patient and thoughtful with me. They had what I needed so I had my car towed to Discount Tire. The tires were mounted and I was on my way on my cross country road trip. I also bought the replacement insurance for the life of the tires, which sounded like a great deal.

My experience there was amazing however the wait was really long, but it was so busy and even with as busy as they were they never stopped, I was in and out probably in about an hour and a half. I was surprised, they were running to the next vehicle literally running. They were working their butts off, the only break I saw them take was when they went clock off. And it was hot that day. They definitely showed some dedication and did the work efficiently. Even with all the social distancing and covid-19. protocols

1 STAR !! Only Gave 2 stars because they are friendly an courteous. Ordered tires on a Thursday. Was told no deliveries on Monday so they would be there on Tuesday. Wednesday at LATEST!! Thursday comes around an I’m told tires are there. Start heading over to pick up an get a phone call saying only one tire was delivered . Delivery was split into 2 trucks. Two deliveries. So have to wait for other 3 tires to be delivered. An hopefully will be tomorrow is what I was told. That they have no way of knowing for sure or tracking when they’d be there. Only reason I ordered there in first place was for fast delivery would of or was going to go else where. Was guaranteed to have. Needless to say waiting for other 3 tires to arrive so I have full set to install. Next go around. I Will order myself or buy from somewhere else. Btw already PAID or I would just have them keep them an would go somewhere else.

After a flat while traveling, called this location to see if they could fit me in for a fix on a busy Saturday. We do all our business with DT in our home state and heres why: Austin answered the phone when I called. He had empathy for the situation and though they were booked, he didnt hesitate to say come on over. Upon arrival, he greeted me, saw I was Covid conscious, provided sanitizer and moved a chair for me as well. The facility and bathrooms are clean, yet neither compares to not only Austins customer service but each other employee speaking to customers as they had the same rapport. Great teamwork Discount Tire and thanks!

Friendly staff. They do great work but can get pretty busy and seem to double book themselves too often. Everyone is polite when speaking to you but I found it inconsiderate that not everyone who walked up to speak to me put their mask on. Some didnt even attempt to cover their mouth even though I had mine on the entire time.

The whole crew is very nice. They got me in and out with 4 new tires faster than any other place in town ever has. And they also find you want you want or will find you something comparable, and they will also price match. If you find some place cheaper, they will give it to you for that price. They are just over all awesome.

I picked up a screw in my left front tire and they not only repaired my tire they rotated and balanced all of my tires, I was on my way in about 30 minutes.

Im impressed with the quality of the work and value received. I had a new tire mounted, nails removed from two other tires, and the spare taken off the rim and mounted on another for not much more than the price of the tire.
