I have a 2015 Jeep Rubicon that we bought from Breeden new and couldnt be happier with it. I take my Jeep to Breeden for all my service needs. The service department is Great! The service department has always taken great care of my vehicle. We let Breeden take care of everything even our tires. They just worked on my motor and my fuel pump and now it is like having a new vehicle.
They are super quick and efficient. They dont push you to buy anything or go for extra service. One NO is sufficient for them. I really like that because other garages are always pushing for it.
Would not recommend. First time here for my 2020 1500 for an oil change. Very hectic at check in and lady was rude and told me because I didnt arrive 15 minutes early they were about to load another vehicle up. Despite arriving still before my 8 am appointment. Also despite being a Mopar service department, said their oil costs more and could not honor my 4th free oil change... Thought that was really odd. Overall seemed unorganized and not a friendly environment today.
We bought a 2015 Tahoe recently. The struts on the front were beyond bad. The owner of a local company we took the car to said it is by far the worse hes seen. I reached out to see if Breeden could help us by getting them fixed since the car was a 40k car and we had just bought it. They said they could at their cost but, it would be over 3k and thats without replacing the tires that were bald from how bad the car had gotten. It was to the point that I didnt feel safe driving the car by myself let alone with my babies in it and driving 2 hours to pay 3k to fix a 40k car is just crazy. I reached out again and explained how bad they were and to this day have still not received a call or text. We will NEVER buy a car at this dealership again.
After shopping all over the region for a new Jeep Renegade for my wife, I was met with nothing but grief from other places. I had my own financing through my bank and Daniel at Breeden was the ONLY salesperson to respect that and shoot straight with us. We were able to come to terms on a Renegade that was EXACTLY what she wanted. Daniel walked us through all the features of the new Jeep and made things so easy.
I drove 4 hours one way, 8 hours round trip to make a deal for my new RAM 1500 and Id do it again and again. This was the smoothest, pressure free vehicle purchase I have ever made in my life. Highly recommend the dealership and especially Robert Day! He took great care of me!Typically, the finance department is the most dreaded part of the experience and it gets my blood boiling after being in there only a few minutes. But this experience was quite different. Andrew Olsen was amazing. Knowledgeable and personable, but even more important, while we did add things such as GAP, we didnt walk away feeling like we had been pushed into anything.I have had the truck about a week now and I cannot even pump gas without some random person coming up wanting to ask me about my Built to Serve Tank color RAM 1500. Highly recommend you give Robert a shout if you are in the market!
Went to get the 1st oil change on my 2020 Dodge Journey last week was really happy with the way I was treated. When I arrived I thought about the 4000 miles I had went since we bought the new.I truly believe that we got a good deal on our car .
Recently visited the used car lot, with my wife, since she was looking for a work truck. The sales guy completely ignored her and started asking what kind of truck I wanted. Then, No prices on display. Sales guy came up, starting his sales pitch, I asked about pricing to be told all our prices are online on our website. Why bother? If Im going to search online, Im not going to look here. Definitely had a gotcha feeling to the pricing. No thanks. Bad business. Bad customer service. Guess women dont but trucks?

My truck wouldn’t start and I was able to get it jumped but it wouldn’t hold a charge. Took it straight to the dealership, Showed up without an apt (wouldn’t recommend) .being a Friday, I didn’t want to run into this issue over the weekend. The shop was super busy but still agreed to try to fit me in. Less than 2 hours and I’m already fixed up and out of their and heading back to work. They didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience for showing up without scheduling it and I don’t have to worry about being stranded somewhere all weekend. Awesome team and the experience didn’t drop off after my purchase but the quality has stayed the same even almost a year after my purchase. Love this dealership
If I could put 6 stars, I would. Jessica helped me navigate the maze of Chrysler part numbers to locate the correct color replacement seat back cover. Mopar doesnt make it easy for the dealers and for the customers.If it wasnt was Jessicas dedication and persistence, I would have never gotten the right part. Great job!

Bought a 2016 Chrysler 200s a few days ago. 5/28/20? Not real happy with Breeden Dodge. Bought a used 2020 Pacifica and was led to believe it was a trade-in. When I got the title in the mail to get it tagged it showed as a car bought from Hertz car rental. I would not have bought it if I had known that. This was the fourth car Ive bought from Breeden. There will not be a fifth!
Amazing. My wife and three kids were traveling from MO back to TX and our 2015 Dodge Durango broke down and had to be taken to this location. (Just a backstory I just had the vehicle serviced at Frisco Dodge in Frisco, Texas for an oil changed and received all GREEN LIGHTS on the 27 Point Inspection) I had been speaking with employees from Breeden Dodge over the phone because I was located in Frisco, TX while my family was in a hotel in Fort Smith, AK. After speaking with the dealership for 48 hours, I decided to drive throughout the night to arrive at their doors at 7:30am the next morning. The service, the help, the assistance that I received was top shelf. I was very impressed how the service manager, fohrman and agent allowed me to walk throughout the shop, take notes and videos to the damage of my vehicle. I was not happy that I had to pay for parts and labors for my vehicle which still does not work and being towed to Frisco Dodge but I am seeking reimbursement for that and my towing services because I know that I am not responsible for a vehicle that recently had an oil change and passed the 27 Point Inspection. The Breeden Dodge Chrysler Dealership was great and I greatly appreciated my time there
The work was done quickly and professionally. The parts and service personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. Considering how old and high mileage my Jeep is, they did a great job.
I was having issues with my Jeep and Breeden charged me $600 the first time and then $700 the second time changing simple parts that didnt need to be replaced within a month time frame. However, the issue continued to persist, and they finally replaced the component the code reader said was faulty on the 3rd time, and they changed me another $700. I expected a lot more from the Jeep experts. I was paying them to fix a problem and not to just keep changing out parts precariously hoping it worked. This experience has ruined my perception of the Jeep brand and Breeden as the experts.

Would not recommend them. We bought a vehicle and got the extended warranty, which includes all service HAS to be done at their facility. Their prices are outrageous! Two oil filters was 100$, at Orileys it was half price but cant get them there because of the warranty. Please tell me why when you schedule an oil change you still have to wait 2-3 hours every time. Save your money and go to a dealership that cares about their customers.

I purchased a Chrysler 200 in April this year. Had been having the hardest time getting the car lot to do... Anything. So, I went right over to Breeden Dodge and they were the most helpful sales associates I had yet to meet, until yesterday. All it took was the gentleman who knew exactly what was happening with my car, and Heard others! I nearly cried with fighting for months, 5 times in a service center for the same problems again and again. Thank goodness I went here for advice, really. They started right away diagnostics, and still have not charged me a penny! They genuinely care and take the time to explain and didnt try to take me into something I couldnt afford. I know this is where I will do and and all vehicle needs it purchases!🌞
Do NOT recommend this dealership! I worked out details online with a sales representative for over a month. After getting approval through Chrysler Credit and crunching numbers, I reached a deal that I could live with. Upon arriving, I was given an entirely different set of numbers, and encouraged to take my business elsewhere...REALLY? DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!So. Im seeing the dealership is responding to my review by saying they didnt have proof of income or social security number? The LIE...! I have 8 hard hits on my credit report dated February 13...all initiated by them! Most people know, you have to have social security number to do a credit check. Second, i emailed my income information to the sales manager the following Tuesday. I have that email still sitting in my sent folder. Why not have a shred of integrity and admit to your faults Breeden!!!??? You had everything you needed, and still suggested I go somewhere else! Pathetic! If you want to step up and make things right? Why not call me and apologize first...? By the way, I was ready to buy the vehicle! Even with the new set of numbers presented by the salesman, the prices were adjusted, yes. But they were acceptable.
I really love my 2020 Dodge Journey I feel safe while driving down the road. But the important thing that I liked about Breeden was the employees they know how to treat there employees. And to greet them before they enter that door

We have waited on getting out with everything has been going on. But we wanted to stay with breeden dodge because I have a dodge and you have a service that will take you to work and pick up. The wait time was so long to take me to work I was late and I come early and made a appointment. So once I finally got to work I made sure I called at least 30 before I was to get off so I could get to my next appointment on time.so after 30 minutes waiting after I called to be picked up which the my said the guy was there and would send him that way.well after 45 minutes still no ride I called back and they had not even sent a ride that way but would get right on it.i was hour later for my next appointment. So we will probably go to the quick lube place 30 in and out.

Bought a Jeep Compass, and was helped by John. The rep new the car in and out, was very informative but not too informative (fed the right amount of knowledge at a steady pace). Was very patient with us which made our experience very comfortable. They even worked with us on our down payment/ monthly. We where very happy during and even after our visit. We were treated very well and so I will definitely have to give a huge thumbs up to them for there care and customers service. Kudos To Breeden for doing whats right!

My daughter purchased a vehicle from another dealer. It started using oil and it was determined that the engine would be replaced. Before the appointment to get that done a semi damaged the vehicle on the interstate snd the car was taken to breeden collision center to be repaired, then to the breeden dodge service center for the mechanical repairs and also to change the engine. I’m currently sitting in the waiting room at breeden dodge, waiting for them to repair or install a tire sensor that wasn’t done or wasn’t done correctly in the MONTHS that the car was at breeden. I’ve already told my daughter I would disown her if she ever buys another vehicle that has to be serviced here. I’ve been here for two hours and it’s going to be another half hour at least.
Hope to never go back... they were rude and money hungry..milking the credit card for more than what was agreed on

We are blown away by the service department at this dealership. We had a problem with our Caravan while traveling and stopped in here for them to have a look. Everyone there went above and beyond to get us back on the road and make us as comfortable as possible while we waited. They brought us drinks and offered to go get us food. They even brought our dog some water. One lady didnt know another lady had already brought the dog water so she brought water too. They had our van fixed and back on the road in an hour. Unbelievable service.

Brandon comier at breeden dodge was the only one that tried to help me get my parts and get my recall took care of he ordered the parts called me back and got it took care of alot more then i can say for the rest of them back there least he took interest in me as a customer and got the job done
My review is for the service department. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have taken my truck to this location multiple times for alignment and tire work. Each and every time I have had to take my vehicle back to them or to someone else to do the alignment correctly - either my steering wheel is massively off center or the truck wants to drive me into oncoming traffic after I leave. My latest visit (~2 weeks ago) included 4 new tires, balance, and alignment. The truck is now shaking itself apart on the highway (balance its off) and Im constantly being coerced by my truck to meet oncoming traffic (alignment is off). I called and of course again they want me to bring it back - no thank you Ill be taking it to ORR where they actually care about the safety of their customers. Now, Im convinced that this isnt due to mechanic skill as their mechanics have fixed actual major issues that required detailed troubleshooting, but Im convinced this is upper management not wanting to calibrate their equipment correctly. Long story short Breeden, Im not being my truck back to you AGAIN to fix my truck when I paid you over $1,000 to do it correctly the FIRST time - this time I want my money back so I can pay the competent people at ORR in russellville to fix your mistake again!
Told me over the phone they could work on my truck. Drove 20 miles out of my way and waited an hour to be told they cant do it, my dodge truck was too long. What a shame to not understand your job. I came because the high ratings. Dont waste your time and make the same mistake.

Would not recommend Breeden Dodge to anyone. My story with them is too long for a review, but to make a long story short my husband was done so wrong by Breeden Dodge. Everyone that knows my husband knows he has always been hard working, honest and willing to help anyone. Its difficult to see just how low people can go. We bought our first new truck from Breeden a new 2011 Ram that we have always taken to them for all the service jobs and any issues that It has had. We have taken very good care of our truck. It .has under 100000 miles on it and it should not have had the problem it had anyway..Because of all the lies and wrong doing we have been out $2500.00 on an extended warranty which weve been told should not have happened, and from this point on we have been out over $9000.00 that was caused by being misled by Breeden Dodge. Will NEVER buy from them again.
I came into the dealership last week wanting to try some cars, Oscar was kind enough to drive me out of the car lot (as I dont like driving others cars) in 300C I liked. WE took a short drive and he explained everything in the car that I might like to know about. I drove back and fell in love with this Chrysler 300C. Oscar didnt pressure me at all but said this was a very good deal and to think about it. I called my husband who is working out of state and he did some research. He called Oscar and talked it over with him, and Oscar called my husband back with the bottom line. WE decided it was a VERY good deal. I got our money to buy it and was back to the dealership ASAP. Oscar treated me with respect through the whole paperwork process. I waited for the car to get detailed then Wayne explained everything I needed to know so I could drive home comfortably. While I may not have gotten the deal I wanted, he still worked with my wife and I through the entire process.
