As a State Farm customer I appreciate they ease of coordination with my agent, the claims process and the body shop. Very professional and helpful but in high demand so scheduling can be tough.
Harry Robinson Body Shop is outstanding! From the minute I walked in the door for an estimate to the minute I walked out the door after my repairs it was a great experience! Greg walked me through the entire experience and kept me informed on the process from estimate, working with the insurance company, and constant update on the progress being made on my repairs! My GMC Yukon Denali repair was done 1 day quicker than estimated - that hardly ever happens - and when I went to pick up my vehicle, quick in and out! Would recommend Harry Robinson Body Shop to anyone needing repair on their vehicle!

I dropped my car off for repairs on the 26th of April with a due date of the 6th of May they called me on the 4th and told me everything should be done on time only to call back on the 5th to inform me that it won’t be and they are having to replace the corner panel and gave me a due date of the 14th and they need more money we got with insurance extended the rental and got another check they called on 12th and informed me that should be ready by the afternoon of the 14th only to have them tell me on the 14th that still won’t be ready so got rent extended again and I informed them they need to have ready but 17th since I have a business trip on the 18th I took car to them on a recommendation of coworkers that said they do a good job even though I haven’t got car back yet I hope they do a good job with the work because other than when I got a estimate there customer service has been subpar to say least telling a customer it will be done twice only to back out and say nope its going take longer is not good also web site says they will send photos and keep you up to date on car is not truthful as the only time I have heard from them is to either tell be it will be done or to tell me they won’t have it done I really hope they do a good job but in the future if people ask even if they do a good job I will inform that their work is good but don’t expect your car back when they say it will be done also I attached a photo of damage that has taken over 3 weeks to repair got car back looks great so they did do a great job
The staff at Harry Robinson is always first rate, very attentive to your needs, and very curious.
My car could not be repaired so I went to pick it up and my break lights were not connected and my back up camera didnt work anymore. They also took apart my bumper and my trunk and did not put it back together properly or at all in some places. Staff was nice though.
Took my vehicle in to repair hail damage and it came back with one side mauled. The new damage was clearly visible from 10ft away. The employee showing me my car, upon seeing my surprise, immediately asked “that wasn’t there before was it?” After saying no he said they would do their best to make it right, the panels would probably have to be repainted, as the marks were deep. I had to take the vehicle that day for use but returned it a few days later.When I brought the car back in to have the new damage repaired the manager came out to greet me. The original employee, Grant I think, kept quiet during this exchange. The manager began implying there’s no way the damage was done while it was in the shop, and it must have been pre-existing. I said that was impossible, as the damage would obvious and not something I wouldn’t have noticed (I hand wash the car every 1-2 weeks). I asked if they hadn’t taken before/after pictures of my vehicle, just for liabilities such as this. He said that they normally do, but must not have this time because of how busy they were (many cars were damaged during the hail storm so they were doing partial repairs and retuning the vehicles to have them brought back when parts were ready). He did say that the shop had 24/7 cameras and my vehicle would be on camera the entire time is was in the shop. I asked that the footage be reviewed.The manager offered a touch up to the damage, and I asked if that would return it to a state prior to the damage, he said it would hide a great deal, but nothing short of a repaint would completely restore. We agreed that they would review the footage and go from there.After several days I called in for an update. The manager said they were having issues accessing the video and directed me to speak to the owners daughter, the owner was away. After a wait I was transferred to her. It was clear she had been briefed but had me explain everything. She was immediately rude and acted as though I was wasting her time and implied I was lying and the damage was already there.I explained that I make a decent enough living, if I wanted damage on my vehicle repaired I would have simply done it rather than drag something like this out for weeks. She finally said they were still having issues accessing the video, and once accessible an employee would have to sit down and watch the footage and they would call me.Several more days went by without a call, and when I tried to reach the owners daughter I was left on hold for ridiculous times and eventually told she wasn’t there, clearly dodging my call. After repeated calls she eventually spoke with me and said they couldn’t access the video, but still refused to accept responsibility. The shop would touch up the damage and that was all.I agreed to let them touch it up, but planned to pursue it further. After the touch up was completed the damage was still obvious at a glance, clearly visible from 2-3 feet away.So in summary...I gave them my car for work, they damaged it. They could provide no evidence the damage was existing, and they could not prove it didn’t happen in their shop. They all but called me a liar and gave me a subpar touch up as a consolation.The attached photo is one of the damaged spots, in total there were 3-4 similar to this.Edit (response): I was told there were no photos or video, and more importantly provided neither as evidence.Furthermore, with my long time friend being my insurance agent, I can confidently say my insurance company did not agree the shop didn’t damage my vehicle. I dropped the issue due to the hassle and being in the middle of relocating for work.

Had to bring in my 2018 Impala a few months ago cause it was involved in a hit and run. They fixed it fairly quickly and the work to the car is amazing. Only issue is when the headlight was replaced, I guess the new one was defective cause it lights up, but doesn’t shine on the road, but they’ve been working with me on getting me a new headlight as fast as they can and to make sure it works 100%. Great people.

Updated 04-09-2020The work looks amazing, right back to how it was the day I got it! The repair did take longer than expected. Apparently becase the color on my car was unique. Which was fine, becase insurance was paying for my rental so all was well. And those things happen. And Im glad they took the extra time to make it right.Had a bit of an issue with the reinstall of my window. But they were very promt about correcting it. And not less than a week later my car got hit again so I took it back to them. The work the second time was just as good, and the turnaround was super quick now that they had the paint code figured out.Customer service was very good throughout the whole time of dealing with the two fender benders. And Im guessing thats why they got voted Fort Smith best of the best multiple times

Harry Robinson Collision Center is great! I am a continuous customer! All around 5 star service! They have fixed more than one of my wrecked/damaged vehicles along with hail damaged vehicles. Repairs are always perfect. They always get my repairs done in a timely manner! Never had any problems! Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else!
My neighbor run into my last car did about $700 for the damage to it Harry Roberts fixed it the insurance company would not let them put on a new door so the insurance company call Rex cakes at of Tennessee would not let him put on a new door so we had a rail car because my neighbor had been drunk and running into our car and we got a rental car for the time you figured up the rental car and everything they would have been money ahead do have put on a new door now have to take it back because some of the things because the insurance company was rushing O is not tight so I think dangerous Capn I should have to rip me another car while I drop it another day but that wont happen but I really carry Roberts at a 5 star they give us a 5 star Dale

I brought my car in for an estimate after a deer collision- the staff was so helpful, even after knowing they would not be able to fix it how I am asking due to liablity issues. Im embarrassed to say Ive actually use this body shop not once but twice. But I guess I should also clarified that night or time was it me but once my daughter and wants my husband either way the employees at The Body Shop did outstanding work on both of our vehicles and the level of professionalism and keeping us informed throughout the entire process was second to none. Being involved in an accident is never fun dealing with insurance companies possibly even worse but when you have someone on your side handling that part of it for you and making sure that you know whats going on and that you will be taken care of and that you wont have to worry about the value of your vehicle when the work is completed certainly makes you feel much better. This is by far the best body shop in the river valley and the employees are great also. This is the second time my car will have been in for repairs. Candi Schmitt is my estimator and Ive had the best experience. They take care of everything!
Had my mothers car repaired after a large hail storm. They did a great job. The damage required a new roof and the paint work was perfect. Had one small hiccup on ordering the parts but it was handled in the most professional way I could have imagined. Mike and his crew went above and beyond to deliver great service. Even though I kinda hope I dont have to, I would return with all of my body shop needs.
I recently took a truck to have an estimate done on it and walked right in without an appointment and even thought they were extremely busy Mike came right out and took pictures and assessed the damage and said he would email me the estimate as soon as he could. One month after purchasing my vehicle, we had a massive hail storm causing extensive damage. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the updates I was provided as to the completion date.
