Great company with great product. We have used J & J for commercial and residential work with No problems for years.

WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!! They came out on March 18th and ordered replacement pieces for my cabinets. They said they would be ready in a month. They never called back. They dont even remember coming to my house. The owner Lynn never gets back to me. They were suppose to come out to repair my cabinets on May 6th. They dont recall the appointment. It is now May 7th and I have chipped up cabinets and no resolution. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Sent them a request for pricing and when I didn’t receive it sent a second request. I was told that because the job name wasn’t included they couldn’t give me an estimate. When I pointed out that it was on the subject line they got very rude and unprofessional. With an office staff like that I don’t know how they get any business.

Dont waste your time! I should have known... the first time I called they came across as unprofessional. But they came recommended so I gave them the benefit of the doubt; everyone can have a bad day. Then in the middle of the project they just didnt show up for an appointment. We never heard from them again. Im posting this review so others wont waste their time. I wish I had seen an honest review before I bothered to call them...

Great company, worked for them when I wAs a kid and had them do my kitchen. Everything on time and looks great.
