We had a great experience with HB Granite. We had a short turnaround time to renovate our kitchen in less than 3 weeks and in the middle of Labor Day weekend. From the first moment we stepped into their showroom, Donna helped us and gave us a tour of the slabs and the process. We finally went with dolomite montorro which is beautiful and from estimate, selection of the granite, template and installation Donna personally took care of us and made sure our granite was installed in time. They completed the entire process in just two weeks and coming in a day early. Thank you HB and Donna. My kitchen looks beautiful!

I went with HB even though they were about $1000 more than my other quote. I just didnt have confidence in the other company. The quote was verbal and I felt like they did things off the cuff. Plus, by the time I got ready to buy my quartz, they couldnt get the product for 3 months.With HB they had what I needed in stock and it was flawlessly cut and delivered. Bonus, they came in about $500 less after the final template was measured. Only a reputable company does that! And Jess was professional and very nice to work with.

It is unfortunate they don’t have stock on site and I had to go elsewhere to look at it but I find that that was the same in most of the places I went to. They did forget to schedule someone to come out and measure but I called them up and they immediately apologized and said they had my address wrong so I didn’t pull up on their computer and they sent someone out within three days. They were here within a week putting the countertops in which matched up to the original schedule that they told me the beginning would happen. The measuring guys did a fantastic job and we’re very courteous and they were on time the installers were on time and did a fantastic job and were very courteous and I would highly recommend them to anybody else looking for a countertop.

We bought Our quartz countertops from HB at a reasonable price. John and one other tech came out and demoed/ installed in less then 2 hours. They did and awesome job. I highly recommend them.

I would like to start with I never give reviews... However, our negative experience with this company has driven me to do so. We chose this company because of all the positive reviews, so you can understand our complete surprise when we first got a glance of our counters with the wrong edge, incorrect design layout (where the lines or patterns fall on your counters), constantly calling this company to get a statues on projects, showing up to scheduled appointments and being forgotten about, and the list goes on. We have currently been waiting for hours while the installers are on site and inevitably holding up other projects. We hope this company will see this message and get back to us.

My experience with HB was first rate from start to finish. Lucas welcomed me and patiently reviewed my quartz needs then explained all the options. He was a key liaison between me & the manufacturing process and also helped during the install with any questions. The install team did a flawless job - in fact, they were not completely satisfied with the way the master bathroom sink was going to look, so decided to take the piece back & had it redone. After install I needed a hole drilled for wiring to go through & they came back at no extra charge. Lucas offered to have any additional pieces cut & polished (for window & shower sills) and again there was no extra fee. A quality company with outstanding employees and fair prices.

We recently had HB do our counter tops and the experience was exceptional. Hard to find color; they found it. Needed job done quick; it was done on time. Front end staff; helpful. Shop workers; spent an hour helping me get a special curve I wanted just right. Sink I ordered; they found a flaw in time for me to order a new one. Installers; super nice and cleaned up spotless. There were more little nuances to this job than I thought there would be and they surpassed my expectations at every step. I love companies like this.

There are so many marble and granite companies out there I didnt know where to begin. Someone at a tile store recommended HB Marble and granite. I met Lucas Monteiro as soon as I walked in and he was so attentive. He made me feel like I was his most important customer. Lucas walked me through each step of the process and always phoned to make sure everything was going well. The countertop looks fantastic. Extremely professional/honest and had best prices, very rare combination! My wife and I made sure by researching the major review services even before we got started, that they were highly rated. We had the pleasure of working with Renan, he was always just a phone call away. Renan encouraged my wife and I to be part of the layout process for our countertops, so we could be part of maximizing the beauty of the veins, in our chosen slabs. Pricing wise, we got several estimates, their price came in as the lowest, even with them offering a tier 4 granite as opposed to the competitor’s tier 3, (side note, there is a substantial beauty and pricing difference between those two tier levels). The fabricator & installers who came into our home where on time, and carried themselves in a professional manner, and genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. Also HB Granite they own the pieces of granite they display, as opposed to the competitor having a piece on hand for display purposes from the large granite wholesaler in the area, big difference when it comes to consistency between slabs for larger jobs like ours.

Driver was illegally texting on the interstate.Wed Jan 8 driving north on I-75 between Naples and Estero around 10:45 AM.Driver was going about 65 mph in outside lane and had his phone on steering wheel texting with his thumb. He kept swerving to the curb and middle lane - lots of drivers moving past him quickly due to the danger.

My Sales person was Renan Castilhos, very knowledgeable and a genuine nice guy. I am very particular and know what I want, he was very patient in helping me find the perfect quartz countertop for my kitchen. Moving forward to the installation and installers. Who were both professional and careful with the installation and my home, and cleaned up thoroughly after their work was complete. Overall the entire process was truly a five star experience.

This company was recommended to me and I am really happy they were. The countertops are beautiful and the installers were very respectful. Our salesman, Renan, was very patient with us. When we went to do layout, they took a lot of time with us to make sure we got the best markings on the slab for our countertop pieces and our new backsplash. Thank you so much!
