Poor customer service. I have been waiting for a simple sink grill for two months and nothing.First one they sent was too big and have never heard from them again after many calls

I would like to worn you against using this company. The first installers were unprofessional, arguing between themselves and body slamming the countertop into place. The second set of installers were scheduled to come between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. They showed up at 8:00pm and left at 10:10pm. What kind of business is that?

We did a complete kitchen renovation, dealt with many tradesmen over a period of 3 1/2 months, and Imex checked all the boxes; 5-star product, workmanship and customer service. Each time I called or was called by them, they were professional and helpful. When installation day arrived Jackson and Reynaldo installed our quartz countertops to perfection. I was so relieved to know just how much experience, many many years, that Jackson had installing waterfall-style countertops. Its a large investment but we have no regrets and we owe our gratitude to Imex. Our countertops are beautiful (Calcutta Gold Silstone quartz). We did have a minor issue that was dealt with very quickly to keep our project on schedule. The owner, Lynn, gets high marks from me. She responded quickly and problem solved to resolve the issue. She did not waste time finger pointing, and was in our apartment within a couple of hours with a team to fix something that was technically the fault of the Home Depot cabinet installers. I highly recommend Imex. My one and only regret is that I did not go to them directly, as we purchased our countertops through Home Depot and Imex is their quartz countertop subcontractor. You can really take the measure of a company, which is taken through actions not words, when they step up to resolve issues. My one regret is that I had to deal with Home Depot, which was a very big disappointment in every way imaginable, including coming back for more $$$ not once but three times, amounting to $1000. Skip the big box experience and go directly to Imex Stone!!

Showed up after 3pm on a Friday to do install. Nothing fit correctly, needed to cut drywall to fit it which was still poor. Finally asked them to leave at 9pm. Called the office saturday morning and never received a call back. So I have no kitchen sink or laundry room sink for the weekend, or however long it takes if they ever show back up. Worst company to deal with, save yourself a headache and use a better company.

Terrible company to work with. I requested that I wanted plywood under my granite counters for support. Was told twice it was ok. The guy came to measure and said they can’t do it with plywood (FYI if you are reading this, you need plywood under. The cabinet faces and right above the drawers will eventually bow a bit. Takes about a year. But they will if you have cheap melamine cabinets. I’ve experienced this several times)Instead of telling me ahead of time they won’t do it with plywood, I’ve wasted weeks waiting when I could’ve found another company. Look elsewhere. Not very nice throughout the entire process either. But that’s a different issue. Don’t have to be nice if you’re professional and do good work. But they definitely aren’t nice people

Great place great people great products

Very professional, courteous, customer friendly staff that knows what they are doing, my daughter and I went there for an unusual need, we embarked upon a quest to build a memorial around my deceased wife grave site looking for quartz, crystal, granite or some sort of stone for borders, the professional staff spent a half hour showing us samples, after settled on what we wanted.

Red Flags! Did not show up or call for Template appointment, salesman would not take my calls, raised price after signed contract because they forgot to add in installation price. Requested deposit money back.
