Sometimes looking for the right carpet can be stressful. Omar was fantastic and working with him was as stress free as it can get! Will most certainly use them again.

The customer service here is terrible. We ordered flooring, were told it was in their warehouse and when our contractor when to pick it up, we were told it had not been received. Our project was put back two weeks. We were told we would be updated each day but after one week of not hearing, I called the account manager and he said he would check and call me. He never called and we had to wait another weekend only to find out he couldn’t get the product until January. This manager has never once retuned our calls. We cancelled our order and have been trying to for two days to have the charges reversed on our American Express. Had we gotten better customer service, we probably would have chosen another product there.

Today was my first visit to ProSource and Im still amazed. What a great place. You cant ask for more choices under one roof and at wholesale prices.Im down in Florida to pick out updates for our kitchen but learned that they also have stores in Michigan so maybe well have to do two kitchen updates!I worked with Omar at the recommendation from our kitchen designer and he really knows his stuff. I cant wait to get the new backsplash added to our kitchen.Dont go to any of the other places along the route because there are quite a few. If you want to see it all in one place this is the place to visit.

Omar and Samantha were great to work with - helped us through the choices of carpet vs hardwood vs porcelain tile. And then narrowing it down to the right color and tile product to meet our schedule and budget.

We are excited about our new bathrooms. Because we were uncertain, we made many trips back to the showroom. Omar and Lori always greeted us and assuaged our nerves. We are so pleased with their help, I am ready to start more projects on our home.

Worst place I’ve ever worked for! They don’t value their employees and their customer service is horrible all they care about is the initial sale! No follow up horrible management, horrible owners I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

Our ProSource experiences have been great. Our contractor suggested we go there, and we are happy we did. We worked with Ginger Follis; the entire staff was friendly and professional every time from the first time we walked in the door. Their selection of tiles can be overwhelming; however, Ginger listened to what we were looking for and helped guide us in the right direction without being pushy; she knew when to make suggestions and when to leave us alone and was always available in person or via phone call or email to answer our questions. Because of our positive experience in getting tile and backsplash at ProSource, we chose to go to them for drawer and cabinet knobs. We definitely will return for any additional tile and hardware needs; highly recommend.

Great prices great customer service

I have dealt w prosource a couple of times. This past time tho I must say I am very disappointed. I picked out tile for a pool bath. When I selected them in the store the tile showed as cream. I picked out a beautiful but rather pricey floor tile that showed as cream w beige inserts. But when the tile was installed depending on lighting the wall tile was gold....even more stunning. But the floor tile showed as cream and gray!!!! When I caught it the tile had already been cut. Didnt matter tho because pro source policy is it cant be returned. So I had to look for new tile. Here is my problem w this project. When I asked what the cost of tiles I was quoted one price. Ordered because we were on time crunch. But once I decided not to use tile I was trying to make myself feel better about money I wasted. When I looked at bill the cost of the tile was an extra $130 more than quoted. When I called and questioned salesman he tells me he doesnt remember conservation but by end of our phone conservation he remembered clearly what he quoted. I know I should have caught pricing at order but never considered it would be more than quoted. Anyway very disappointed in the customer service I received and not sure I would recommend them after my experience. $600 is alot of money for a floor shower to throw away. If you order be sure to check pricing before to sign paperwork.

We spent many days and many hours at ProSource in Fort Myers, Florida. We were building a new home and wanted to pick out shower tile and shower floors. We were told to sign in and we will be assigned a project manager. We were assigned a project manager was either unavailable or uninterested.We were so frustrated we brought our interior decorator with us again to spend hours there. By the time we were done we had everything picked out and detailed written as clear as can be, Again. When the project manager sent the work order to our Builder (we were told she worked with our builder but she had no idea and represented the wrong builder too us) not one part of it was correct.We corrected again; this must have been the 4th or 5th visit. It was corrected, approved and signed off for our builder. When the order was shipped some of it was incorrect. This is our 2nd home and it was by luck that we were there when it arrived. It could have been a disaster.The products at Prosource are of good quality and they do have several option, but the assistance we received was not worthy. We ordered tile for 3 showers as well as floors. A master dual shower and 2 quest baths, one a pool bath. This was a very expensive order. Not a great experience at all!
