Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the different cabinets they had in stock. Show room was a little small compared to the big box stores, but the prices were very competitive. They had lots of free parking and building comprised of it’s own warehouse. If you decide to purchase cabinets from this store.

One star is too much. Never told me the cabinets need complete assembly before I ordered them. Nowhere in the store or on the website does it proclaim this. When I wanted to return them I was greeted with a very unpleasant attitude. Well it clearly stats on the invoice assembly is required! Thats great to know after the fact. Alex, the manager, who is not at all concerned with customer satisfaction or repeat business was very hostile to me. Never in my 57 years have I gotten angry with a store employee, congrats Alex youre my first!So first off expect damaged cabinets completely unassembled when you order these. You are better off shoving a fork in your eye and calling it a day. Secondly, the cabinets are junk despite their claims of high quality.

Employees are nice and courteous when placing the order, but we order pullout shelves and the dont tell you that theyve changed something on it and dont send the correct spacers to be able to use the shelves. Ive requested the correct spacers & received half the amount that I needed, then reordered the other half needed & received the wrong ones. I just called to follow-up on the spacers and was told they cant order the spacers which is incorrect as Ive done it before! Frustrated that Ive order $3k in cabinets that I cant use!!!

The actual worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They have terrible customer service and from start to finish, not one thing was ever done correctly. The staff are extremely rude and not knowledgeable about their product. They constantly blame it on high turnaround and training of employees. I am always hesitant to write a bad review because I would not want to affect someones business negatively, but I would feel as if I were doing a disservice to future customers if I didnt. Be warned!

I would not recommend this place. I went in for some revisions to my plan and to order my cabinets and have never been treated so rude. I was going to order a full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, bar, laundry room, and entertainment area but ended up walking out. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Very good experience. Every part of the order was in great condition and arrived on time. We special ordered some glass cabinet doors and they arrived in a second delivery and were in perfect condition. The cabinets were easy to install and are high quality.I worked with several people in the showroom and everyone was friendly and helpful.I would totally recommend using Cabinets To Go here in Fort Myers.

No call backs no one knows whats going on said cabinets where in no one could find them.then said it was going to be several more weeks.they lie lie and lie

Been there twice everyone was with a customer. Which I understand but after almost 45 mins was never even acknowledged so I left not knowing how long Id be waiting.Went online to get a quote I did receive an email about how theyll make it just let them know when I wanna come in. So I did and never even received a response.So after a week I called was on hold forever then it switched over to a customer service line they took my info and said someone will get back to me by the end of the day quess what, no one did.Call again the next day after that same process on hold switches over to customer service with no result.I couldnt imagine what it would be like once they have my money and theres a problem youd never get ahold of anyone. Which seems to be a big problem for them. Oh well the way it goes I guess.. After what Ive experienced I think its in my better interest just go to a different cabinet maker.

Have an entire house to refinish, (Kitchen, bathrooms, Flooring.) the people at the store couldnt be bothered to help my wife when she went in with completed drawing and design, to quote a cabinet line and flooring, Dont bother using this business, cant imagine how bad they would be after they have your money, They dont bother to answer the phone either......

We had a horrible experience. We purchased a full set of kitchen cabinets (including large island), two bathroom vanities, and about 2k square feet of laminate wood flooring. We also paid for installation. This was in March 2018. It is currently mid-December and we are still not done.Highlights of what went wrong:- Cabinets were not delivered on time, work could not start as promised- Island was installed in the wrong position, had to be moved. (This was clearly discussed prior to work and noted in drawings.) This also impacted plumbing that was done based on island placement.- Cabinet wood splintering where screws are installed.- Cabinets were not level. When granite guys came to install, they had to put shims under cabinets in order to properly support granite. They even commented that they couldnt believe how poorly the cabinets were installed.- We were told our existing floor could not be removed as planned because it was too difficult to remove.- Wood planks were installed in the wrong direction- C2G brought in a new contractor, existing floor WAS able to be removed, but new cabinets were already in place. Floor removal resulted in damaged cabinets, which required us to submit requests for replacement.- Bathroom vanity arrived damaged and lateI could go on and on with hundreds of smaller issues, but I dont have time. Issues still in existence:- We were told to not install the under-cabinet molding until we did our tile backsplash. To just call them when we were done and they would come back real quick and install. Several phone calls later and this is still not scheduled.- Garbage can drawer only soft closes 1/2 the time. The other 1/2 it stays open and will not close at all. It was not installed correctly and we have no idea how to fix.- Wood floor planks in front of dishwasher are actually loose. They come apart and we have to physically push them back together weekly or else there will be a gap.Keep in mind this was a HUGE ($$$) project for us. The fact that things are simply not right and done with no thought is really hard to fathom.

Manager Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful. Clean environment. I will be back.

If you are planning to do a cookie cutter kitchen with no upgrades to your design, such as using a cooktop, versus a standard range, then it is ok.

I have been working in the cabinet industry for over 20yrs. A reputable cabinet dealer should have the brand name and warranty for each line they display or advertise available for their customers. Beware of places like this that only provide door names and colors ........

I don’t know how they stay in business. We were told replacing cabinets and counters in our small kitchen would take a week at most. It’s been over a week since the work began and still no counter tops. The guys installing the cabinets showed up later every single day and did not even call to let us know. Trucks were not marked, guys wore plain clothes. They said they would get in touch with the people doing the countertops and after not hearing from them for a few days, WE had to call THEM to follow up and we were told that we were supposed to call them. Had we known, we would have called them much sooner. Christine was very misleading, saying it would take a week, and it now looks like it’ll take around 3 weeks. For a SMALL kitchen. This place is a cluster f***!!! If you want a company that lies and is unreliable then this is the company for you!

Although our cabinets look great and the installer, Pete, was good to work with, we felt like we were not a priority to the company. We had several problems that were MAJOR inconveniences that affected and delayed the remodeling of our entire kitchen. The mistakes of cabinets to go affected the other contract workers and our travel plans and our guests that we had coming to stay with us. We would not recommend going with cabinets to go because of the stress we had to go through to make sure the job was done and done correctly. If we did not make numerous calls and emails, we would probably still be trying to get our cabinets in. Again, although the cabinets look nice, the customer service was poor and we would choose another company in the future.

Went to Cabinets to Go based on friends high recommendation. Met with rep mid-December and had layout designed. Installer came 2 days later to measure. Installer claimed he would get back to us in a day or so. End of December = no response/communication whatsoever from either installer or rep. Contacted rep again and asked why there was no info forthcoming. Was told that she would take care of everything and get us situated. Again, nothing. Contacted rep AGAIN on 1/22/18 and asked about having an estimate on the re-design of the kitchen. As of todays date theres been absolutely no response. I would give zero stars if at all possible.

Great place and great product for the price!! The staff take you through the process start to finish. Understand that this kind of customer service takes a lot of time so be prepared to be there either waiting or going through your design for a while.

They were good. Until we had a problem with their flooring. Then we got a lot of promiss but no action!

The process started out perfectly! Joe was extremely knowledgeable, stayed an hour after close to complete our order, and the price for a complete 13x13 kitchen was unbeatable. The rest of the experience was downhill from day 1. We had to make two, 1 hour and 30 minute trips due to Joes ordering error. The 2nd trip, the computer didnt match the physical inventory, so we waited 30 minutes for three people to correct the issue. During the wait, Joe, who was assisting with the issue, never once said hello or acknowledged our presence until I said Hi Joe! Nice to see you again, as we were leaving. Talk about I made my commission! I no longer need to be polite. I was still going to give a 3-star rating until another associate loudly & probably in an effort to make-up for the lack of engagement on her colleagues part, asked me Oh! Did you have surgery awhile back? Looks like you had extensive knee surgery & are having trouble walking!? Yes, thank-you and I do appreciate your pointing that out in front of other customers/staff. I limp...thanks for the update.The price is right. The product is excellent. The customer service is Gosh Darn Awful!

We are remodeling our 2 baths and we’re told about Cabinets to Go . We were waiting for about 30 minutes. There were Two sales persons were with customers but no body greeted us.They must have a lot of sales in order of not caring of the people who enters to the store. It is very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

After shopping and comparing, CTG was the least costly, but not by a whole lot. I was in need of an 84 double bath vanity assembly. Home Depot and Lowes compared closely. Local custom builders were about 20% higher in price.I was not impressed with the quality. Some of the construction was plywood less than 1/2 Inch thick and areas of the units splintered when assembly was performed. The hardware was exactly what was required, but two of the cam locks were stripped. So, I had to improvise. The worse thing was the assembly instructions were vague and they did not match the cabinets supplied. It took two hours to figure out one 3-draw unit.The local store and personel were great and very custom oriented. Delivery was on time and no shipping damage.You get what you pay for. 2,5 STARS
