During 40 years as an Architect I’ve worked with a lot of cabinet companies and other craftsmen. This company hands down was the WORST I’ve ever dealt with. It took almost a year from design to install and they finally gave up and walked away without finishing, and it was a small kitchen! I’m now in the process of finding another company to fix what was installed and complete what was unfinished. Their designer quit tropical cabinets halfway thru the project and when the owner took over it was obvious he didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t care if we were satisfied. I could go on and on about the poor workmanship but my only advice is go anywhere else and you will be happier!

I have worked with Tropical Cabinets on five houses now. We remodel and flip. They have helped with some great design ideas and are very helpful. The work is done promptly at a fair price. The installers clean up after themselves and do a very detailed job. Georg and Victoria are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company to all my clients too!

We contracted with Tropic Cabinets to replace all of the cabinets in our kitchen.They started and finished in less than 3 weeks. Everything was done 100% completely and we couldnt be more pleased. They handled everything financially with vendors except plumb. and electric but did the co-ordination which went extremely well. We first called the WOW you people and they wowd us okay. Their pricing was over 25% higher and the quality couldnt be better than we received. Tropical is now updating 2 bathrooms by using old kitchen granite in both bathrooms.

I would not have ANYONE who supports reckless driving of their employees do any of my jobs. This morning on US 41 one of their employees on a motorcycle was cutting people off, speeding and passing in between cars. He had a shirt with the company name on it so I drove there to confront him because he made me almost hit someone else. I was told by their staff to get the fxxx off their property. Nice.

Horrible Company to deal with! Very unprofessional... Nobody knows what is going on. They ordered the wrong cabinets took them over 6 month and they never finished the job! I am going to file a complaint to the BBB. Georg W. Koszulinski is the owner and never returns calls and never did anything he said he would do. They started a job in Jan 2017... it is now June 9th 2017 and they still havent finished, they cause drywall damage, they damaged our wood stairs, caused electrical damage and never fixed or paid for they damages. We had them do 4 bathroom cabinets, two wet bar areas and a laundry room and charged $11,584.97!!!! This is outrageous... NEVER DO Business with this company. I would give them a NEGATIVE 5 START - DO NOT DO Business with them

We originally contracted with Tropical Cabinets to start our kitchen on July 3rd 2018. We chose our cabinets and granite countertops before that. Because we did not want to live home during the 3 week time frame we were given, we made plans to fly North to visit our children during that time. We hoped to return to our new kitchen. How ever when it was time to come home, we learned our kitchen had not been replaced, only demoed. We had to cancel our flight home and purchase new tickets at a substantial loss We stayed an extra 3 weeks and returned Aug 13th. We arrived home at night to find all our appliances stacked in the dining area and the water shut off.. Thankfully the plumber we hired showed up the next morning and got our water on. We still had to wait on the countertop people to come back and drill for the sprayer.Our next problem was that Tropical replaced our cabinets with slight smaller one so there was issues with the walls that needed to be repairedTropical told us this was our problem even though it was caused by them using smaller cabinets. We next had to hire and pay someone separately to fix this and we still have to paint our kitchen before all is done.I would avoid this company at all costs or at the very least read all the fine print on what they are not responsible for on their contract
