Came in and found everything I needed. It was pretty well organized and maintained.Just wanted to also say Indira in the department with the window blinds and covers was extremely helpful. She gave us answers to questions we didnt even think to ask. She made sure our blinds were cut to spec and gave us tips and advice on the project my wife and I were doing. This staff member deserves some recognition.

Love the Garden center. We shop there often as our youngest loves planting flowers and vegetables. Also they have the plants I need for our reptiles enclosure.

Corporate needs to leave store organizing alone!!!! Changing the layout of a store that has been in business for years and people know each and every isle is not necessary!! Our business will go to Lowe’s who has much friendlier employees!

DAVID with in-store pickup was FABULOUS. He was very patient and helpful as I had to make three trips to get this beautiful couch home in my small vehicle. He was helpful in advising me not to strap the couch down to the roof of my car for possibility of damaging it. Please give this beautiful human a raise! I really like Home Depot and typically I would have rated it 5 stars. I was able to get most everything I came in for and as usual I picked up a few other things as well. Some of their shelves were not stocked and I guess these items were sold out. Im not completely sure. The store was very busy. 9 times out of 10, I can get everything I intend to plus more. Ill definitely return. They have much more than youd expect to find in a home improvement store. The store is also very clean and employees are friendly and helpful.

Its a tidy place in which we spent an hour or two getting carpet for the house and such. Utilities, tools, anything youd need as a carpenter, a construction worker, an architect can be found there. Wide variety of items such as the occasional AS SEEN ON TV products can be found there.

General knowledge is easy to come by if you can wait for someone that will take the time to listen. As far as getting in depth knowledge research before you go looking. Generally you will find what you need but go with intention knowing your one your own haha

The home depot I got to is great. Ive always had a great experience in home depot. There is always someone to help and they walk you to the items you are looking for. They are knowledgeable in the area because every time that I am stuck, I can always count on a home depot professional to help me out.

First I went to the store at the forum and tried to order my tile and supplies and couldn’t get anyone to help me. 4 different employees walked by and they kept saying someone would help me and 30 minutes later no one. I went home and ordered online, paid for it and they did not offer delivery. Spent 2 days trying to rent a truck from them and was told I had to come in and see if one was available. 2 days later my tile order was canceled. I spent 40 minutes on hold and was told out of stock. I called a Cape Home Depot. They ordered it and shipped it to my house. Called Forum Home Depot to get a refund and they had the nerve to ask me why I was cancelling my order. They could have called that Cape store and had it delivered but they chose to cancel more order instead. The manager was no more helpful then the customer service rep.

They have about anything you need at reasonable price I always like to look up what I need on their app first it tells you right where to go for what you were looking for

This place is always busy. I tend to do curbside pickup as often as possible. The store could definitely use a couple of additional people to handle curbside pickup and just general assistance in the loading area by the building materials entrance. Once you are able to get your order assistance is fast and friendly. The employees are great and helpful but the management really needs to work on improving the service because there just flat out were too many vehicles and people trying to get in and out of the pickup area by the building materials entrance.

Very rarely do I not find exactly what Im looking for here at The Home Depot. If you can wait your turn the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable in fulfilling your needs. All employees are dutifully wearing masks for your safety and theirs. April 2021 big sale on mulch 5 bags for $10...not bad. Have a good one people. Stay safe out there. Couldnt find what I was looking for so I asked three different employees and I was sent in three different areas for shelving paper. And then I was told I guess we dont have any and the person walked away from me. Will never stop again

I went to Home Depot and Kristina was the rep who helped me. She too her time to check the measurements of my kitchen, designed my kitchen, and also help me pick the cabinets. She is definitely a life saver. If I could I would give her 100 ⭐️. Great customer service as always.

Dropped my phone in the bathroom. It mustve been turned in because my tracker app still shows that its still there. I stopped in multiple times to have a manager check their vault but the manager never has time to check so after the associates took my # 6 times, I finally walked straight to his office and he says he isnt authorized to check and he has lunch to eat. $100,000+/year worth of purchases and zero courtesy to help a guy get his phone back... Sad

Christmas displays already! They look great. I love home depot. They have halloween displays out, Thanksgiving pumpkins and scarecrows, and fabulous Christmas decorations, trees and lights! Oh...they also have the usual home repair stuff. LOL. The staff in this stores paint department are fantastic.

Went to this store ordered 6400 worth of interior doors, provided the salesperson with the house plans so that they can have the proper measurements, when the doors arrive none fit properly, some are too short others not wide enough.Once I contacted customer service they stated there’s nothing that can do I cannot return the order.So I basically gave Home Depot $6400Worse customer service ever

I wish I can give 0 stars because giving them 1 star is too much. I tried getting in touch with their customer service and and they literally pick up the call and immediately transferred me to who knows where, without asking me if I can hold or who Im trying to get a hold of. They picked up, put me on hold, then was transferred until the call was just dropped on their part. This happened about 11 times, Im not exaggerating the slightest. Eventually someone picked up and asked me what I needed and when I told him the situation of me being transferred and dropped 10 times, guess what he did? He transferred me. Guess what happened next? The call got dropped. This is absolutely ridiculous

Lack of product knowledge and no accountability. Non Custoner SupportErroneously charged $2500 for a service not provided, and it took 3 weeks to clear my account. Provided advised to purchased a more expensive refrigerator indicated as standard size resulting it been 5 inches bigger than the standard size and home depot refused to change it for the right appliance. Poor customer service in general. If you are buying appliances avoid this place.

Today I came into the store to purchase an item when I went to the register to pay for the item I was confused on how to pay for the item at the self cash purchase machine so I then turned towards ms Rebecca to ask for help several times while occupied she ignored my request for assistance I tried one more time she then turned and shouted at me and told me she doesn’t have to help me she’s busy so I walked to a lady by the name of Alyiah to ask for Rebeccas name because I don’t know her she refused the first time so I asked for aliyahs name and told her that I’ll be doing a google review on how unprofessional the employee was with me she then gave me Rebecca‘s name this is not American at all and I will not ever shop at any other Home Depot ever again terrible service

A factory salesperson was available and they explained in detail what I needed. Very helpful. I asked an explorer where I could find a certain product and she was about 6 row away. Not only she told me the row, but also the bin and how high from the floor. Excellent service all around.

Went online there page said they had sandblasting sand in stock so I traveled there, got there couldnt find it asked 5 employees where the sandblasting sand was only one outta five could speak English two of um had no clue what I was saying! Had to get so,e special wood screws. Was a little hard to find an associate but when I did he found what I needed just not the proper amount so I just matched the size and got a bigger box and they got installed and worked great holding in my new lighting on the handicap ramp.

Staff willing helped me find what I was looking for. Very pleasant.

Stay away from this store it is the most disorganized place I have ever been. They dont call you back they dont answer the phone they hired a whole bunch of new kids who have no clue. Until now after a couple weeks still waiting for them to pickup the tile in my garage that I can get my refund.

Went to Home Depot to purchase a Maytag Dishwasher priced at $775.00 before tax’s . I was helped by employee and I explained that Lowe’s had same Dishwasher for $674.00 I asked if they price match, she replied:maybe it depends let me check! Within 2 minutes nope can’t do it. This really bothered me I use to always shop Home Depot until today, Lowe’s has earned my business, they also gave me 5 percent off sales price bringing price to $640.30 wow!!! See receipt in pic. After two years of having my white boards cut by THIS location, as well as a friend of mine having them cut four days prior to me going in, I was told they WOULD NOT cut them for me. Its a policy as it wrecks their saw. I get it, Im just upset that I was the unlucky teacher they decided to enforce this policy on. Apparently some employees do it, and others dont? Inconsistency makes for upset customers.

Second time home depot disappoints me. First time, I ordered a range and they gave me a date (8 days later), the date came and no one showed up, I called them and their excuse was that the manufacturer shouldve contacted me to tell me about the date change. I told them that I bought the range from Home Depot NOT Samsung so THEY should have called me. I told them to cancel the order and the representative said she did, that I should receive an email with confirmation, I waited an hour, no email. I called back and apparently she didnt cancel it!!!Second time, I bought a grill and was told to wait outside for the manager to go unlock it for me. Waited 10 minutes, nothing.. went inside to find out where the manager was and they called him/her again. Waited another 10minutes and again no one came out. I had to go inside and DRAG the grill out myself because no one came out to unlock the grills that were already outside and was tired of waiting out in the HOT sun (I live in Florida).At least a cashier was nice enough to give me a discount for the wait...

We went to choose/ purchase new carpet for the first time. Thanks to flooring salesman Patrick Halloran it was a stress free experience. Patrick was very knowledgeable in this area and was able to answer all of our questions and walk us through the process with ease. Thanks again Patrick 😊

The paint Dept at the forum definitely needs employees that care i was there today and the women especially was not a joy to deal with and the young man has no clue what he is doing or does not care definitely frustrating . had to drive all the way to the bonita store to get the service and products i needed .

Bought 4 Coolaroo shades for my lanai. The contractor that came out to measure my shades was RUDE and had an attitude and he was she owner, yes. Not only that he measured the shades incorrectly. I had to return two of the shades for 1 single large size. Then, after numerous calls to the HD install dept they never called me back. Finally after a week the contractor called to schedule and finish the job!!! Pain in the Butt. Find yourself your own installer, better yet go to Lowe’s!!! And whoever HD contracts to install shades in worthless and rude, did I say rude?

Very organized but crowded during this crazy pandemic. People are definitely upgrading their homes. Surprisingly big inventory of chandeliers and lighting fixtures. Plexiglass at check out, but some employees were just “hanging out” while the lines got longer and longer. I get it, I used to be a cashier. But I hung out in the back as to not appear like I was available to help, when I wasn’t.

I visited the tool department to do a rental the customer service was very poor. They rented me equipment not accurately working. I received no satisfaction upon letting them know. I frequently shop at this home depot over the years but I will say the customer service is not the quality that I was accustom to receiving.

Frigidaire appliance purchasesI have purchased three refrigerators one stove one microwave and one dishwasher from home depot all were frigidaire/Electrolux. The dishwasher started leaking at one year one week old. Replaced it with whirlpool gold still going four years strong. Then side by side stailess fridge failed. Replaced with another Frigidaire french door fridge at over 2k the i added a Frigidaire to laundry room for my drink and excess cooler. The frech door Frigidaire control board failed at 51 weeks! Under warranty thank god! So i bought the extended warranty. I could see how this is going to go. Then the micro shorted out! Five years old. Used by two people not a family. I called Frigidaire and advised of all the problems. They offered ten percent off parts to repair. Almost 10k in appliances in six years...... Really. Replaced microwave with whirlpool gold from home depot. Very happy so far. And yes i bought the warranty.

Home Depot used to be a satisfying shopping experience. I left there with two of the ten things on my list. Gone are the large selections of product. I wanted a pressure washer. I was prepared to spend $500 on the model I wanted. No gasoline pressure washers in stock. The clerk said we dont carry those anymore. You have to order them on line. I wanted a half dozen pieces of 6 x 8 privacy fence. They used to have a selection of them. They dont stock any. Again the clerk said we dont stock those anymore. You have to order them online for pick up or delivery. I needed a few 4 x 4 x 8 treated lumber boards. An empty bin is what they had. I have a coupon to get $500 purchase with no interest for 18 months. Just have to figure out how to use it. Very disappointing.
