My experience for this place is based on a chain of events that I encountered over a 20 minute period when I was there.Firstly, their online hours state they are open at 8:00 AM. I went there three different occasions and each time there was a sign on the door that said be back at 10:30. I understand that business hours fluctuate with season and personal reasons, but at least update your website and times so that people don’t waste their time.Secondly, I’m a huge dog fan, and I love all animals, but I think it’s unprofessional when people let their pets just roam the store. I can handle it when people keep their pets in the back so they are not home alone all day, but this dog was just sitting in the front of the store. It greeted me and then proceeded to follow me around the store. I started to get annoyed when he was jumping on me and begging me for pets. The sales associate just watched the dog Jump all over me, and I assume she just thinks all people want her dog to jump all over them?Thirdly, I was essentially ignored for 15 minuets so that the sales associate could yak it up with a client. I understand that if you just made a sale and are trying to appreciate the client by having personal conversations, but at least acknowledge me and say you’ll be right with me. Instead she just ignored me while her dog was draped all over me while she was talking personal issues with the client.Fourthly, the associate finally makes her way over to me and asked how she could help. I started off by telling her that I have kitchen cabinets by Aristokraft, and that I’m here because I read that they carry that brand. I then proceeded to tell her that I was interested in getting a light rail installed underneath my cabinets and kindly asked her if they offer that service. You would of thought I asked her to split the ocean for me so I could get across the world. She was extremely pompous and rude when telling me they don’t do services like that. It basically came off as “if you’re not here to buy cabinets then you can go ahead and piss off”. I’m ok with companies not offering certain accessory services, but my god, this lady thought she was queen of the world and I was some peasant she could shoo off. It’s like when you get on a plane to go sit in coach and the snobs in first class just look you up and down with disgust.The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they do keep their store neat and organized. If you have tons of money, drive fancy cars, and love smelling your own farts then this place is for you.
