I own a sleep number bed, love it, when I am ready for a new bed will be going here to buy it. Tim was a wonderful help as are all the people who work there. Great beds...

Fantastic and helpful staff. JR (who helped us on his birthday - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!) was knowledgeable, helpful, and best of all, not pushy. He let us take our time, ask our questions, and arrive at our own decisions. He didnt try to push us into a purchase, he simply gave answers when we asked, and gave us our space otherwise. I cant stand when a sales person follows you relentlessly and just rams information in your ears.Sleep Number isnt a store you just wander in to for no reason. You go because you need a mattress. You know it, and it feels like they do too. They arent trying to talk you in to something, theyre there to give you information about a product youre already looking for. I cant tell you how refreshing that was.

We would like to recognize Tim McCollor who was our salesperson. He did an outstanding job. He was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Tim as well as your Ft Myers store.

Amazing service Amaury was completely wonderful with my experience purchasing the perfect solution for my new bed!!! Me and my wife are sleeping amazing!! On top of it Amaury has been helpful along the way since we’ve purchased our bed anything we need he is there with an answer and is always attempting to go above and beyond when others haven’t.. Just because of his care and passion I will always recommended to go see him he truly cares about helping other get better sleep not just a sale the team is wonderful as they help each other ! Personnel at the store were very knowledgeable of their products and very helpful and helping me select the appropriate product for myself.

The staff at this location do not know their job. Recently visited the store and walked out with a delivery date for a new mattress. At 8k it seemed expensive but worth it for good sleep. Unfortunately when the delivery people showed they informed us how the mattress can’t be used with a platform bed. Would have been good information to have especially when my wife specifically asked about this compatibility. Through the process I have found the customer service and delivery people very professional and the bed did seem very comfortable so I wouldn’t recommend against sleep number but I would drive down to Estero in hopes that their sales staff is more knowledgeable.

Great experience at Ft Myers Sleep Number store! This was our second purchase and we wanted a bed as similar to our first as possible. They have changed, of course. Beatrix was very knowledgeable and help us find just what we wanted!

We absolutely love our New Sleep Number bed. We wish we would have gotten it years ago!! We are sleeping more soundly, the Sleep IQ technology is amazing. We are finally waking up without our usual aches and pains. I love the foot warmer option. I’m happy that we opted to get the Flex 3 Base with all the cool perks. We definitely recommend the Sleep Number to anyone looking for a new bed to give it a try. We’ve been calling it our forever bed. We can’t see sleeping on anything else.

If I could have given a negative star I would. We have had nothing but problems with this company from the lack of communication, from purchase to set up to delivery to everything please I am a real review not paid to write a review by any means this place is a scam and will do anything and everything to scam you and take your money do not buy a sleep number after almost 11k we found out it’s a glorified air mattress with a cover! Still fighting for our money back their 100 day and 30 day policy is a joke! Run away!

First of all Dana was our sales associate, she was very pleasant and professional. We were shown many types of beds and foundations . She helped us settle on the one that fit our needs. There was no pressure sales at all and thats how we preferred it. If youre looking for a sleep number bed see Dana you wont be disappointed.

Nice stuff but way too high in price, we fount the same bed at WalMart for a fraction of the price saved thousands.

First thing Tim, our salesman, was super. Tim explained everything, answered all our questions, was very patient when I was trying to decide between there different mattresses.He made the purchasing experience one we will not soon forget. The store was well arranged so we did not feel like we were infringing on the privacy of other customers. I personally had been in this store when my dad purchased a very expensive bed and I was very disappointed with his sales person. He was still there so I am very happy that Tim approached us first and made us feel welcome which made this an overall positive experience.

Excellent quality product. Salesman well informed. Delivery times are a little off. For $200 Id expect it within a week if not next day.

THEY SOLD ME A BED. SAID I HAD A 100 NIGHT TRY. WHEN, WE TOLD THEM WE DIDNT WANT TO KEEP IT. THE GUY AT THE FORT MYERS @ US 41 STORE FAILED TO TELL ME I WOULD BE CHARGED AROUND . $1500.00. AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT I AM HAVING TO PAY THE BANK. SO, WHEN THEY SAY OH U DONT NEED TO READ THE CONTRACT ITS JUST A BUNCH OF STUFF ABOUT THE BED. READ THE CONTRACT. OR DONT BUY. BE WARE. THEY WILL CHARGE U FOR THE 100 NIGHT TRY OUT.

Our buying experience could not have been better. Tim is an excellent salesperson and very knowledgeable about ALL of the SleepNumber products. He did not pressure us or try to get us to spend more than we were comfortable with. Not only did he guide us through the mattress and foundation selection, but he also showed us the bedding and pillows that are available. Being a second-time SleepNumber owner gave us some additional incentives that made the upgrade more affordable. All in all, we were and are 100% pleased.
