STAY AWAY FROM ROOMS TO GO PATIO...THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE!!So I ordered a complete patio set back in January 2021. I paid over $7,000 and received most of my order on the promised delivery date. However I was missing all but 2 of the cushions needed to actually sit comfortably on our furniture. The cushions as I found out later were on backorder at the time of purchase. I received a phone call after my payment cleared of course to advise me of this. I received another call in the beginning of March stating the cushions were in so we set up a delivery date. The night before delivery customer service calls to tell me they didnt realize they no longer have the cushions in stock but theyd be back in stock in 2 weeks. Two weeks goes by and another phone call from customer service 24 hrs before delivery telling me that the cushions are not available but assured me that they would be in absolutely no later than April 14....yes 4 months after my original order. April 13th 1:00 pm, here we go again, customer service calling to tell you the cushions are delayed because of some type of transit issue. I call the store where I purchased the set and they advise me to call customer service. I sit on hold for well over an hour with customer service to tell me to reach out to my salesperson. This is an absolutely deplorable way of conducting business and is either a clear indication of ineptitude or they simply do not care about the customer once they have their money. As I write this I was on hold with customer service for over an hour, when I got through and explained my situation they HUNG UP ON ME! **PLEASE AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH ROOMS TO GO PATIO AT ALL COST!!**I just reached out to their corporate office, their solution...they linked me to customer service.

This company is all about sales with no customer service after the sale. I bought a very expensive power reclining sofa which was delivered without the power cord. I spent 2 days on hold with the so called customer service phone#. Totally unacceptable. I will be returning the furniture to the front of the sales store if necessary. Please do not do any business with this company.

A salesman me at the door and when I asked the location of twin beds, he stopped me from coming in and directed me to drive to the Kids Store. When I got there, I was informed that all of the furniture was kid sized and too short for an adult. They could sell me a regular mattress and metal frame but had to figure out how to find one on their tablet.. Everyone was dismissive at both storesI wont return.

It was a very easy, comfortable and pleasant experience to shop with Jerri at Rooms to Go Patio in Ft. Myers!

In June of 2017 we ordered almost $9000.00 of new furniture from Carls patio and spent an additional $400 on a stain/damage warranty from Guardian. We thought if we paid good money we would be able to have a great furniture for many years to come. The furniture was delivered a couple of weeks later and we were absolutely shocked at the condition, every single cushion was very badly stained, when I say badly, all 12 of the Sumbrella cushions had 3 stains the full width of every cushion. (see photographs) This was not new furniture and I rang the store together with emailing the head office. They apologized and said they would replace both sofas and the damaged lamp but unfortunately had no inventory at this time. In September they finally sent replacement cushions and lamp but no replacement frames, unfortunately the delivery driver spotted faults in the replacement cushions as he unwrapped them, he rang his office and arranged for yet another set of cushions to be sent. He told us to wash the frame before we put the new cushion on, I explained we already had but we would do it again. A third set of cushions finally came via the handyman from the Fort Myers store who originally delivered them to our previous address we had moved from 5 years previous (an indication of Carls patios poor organization skills & customer service) The handyman suggested we wash the frames before putting the third set of cushions on, although we had already washed all the frames twice before we washed them thoroughly again before putting the cushions on. We are snowbirds and brought the furniture indoors a few weeks later before we left for home. On our return in April of this year we discovered that all 12 cushions had badly stained again, despite being stored indoors. We rang the store manager Amy Moore, she never returned my call so I emailed her and explained we had followed the frame cleaning process 3 times as per the instructions, her response was in a nutshell “clean it yourself with acetone I responded that there is clearly a problem, despite the fact we hadnt even sat on these sofas the teak was bleeding onto the cushions, her response was “if you purchase an automobile do you expect the dealer to clean the car”? I responded if a fault in the car was responsible for the stain then yes! As it happens my dealer does wash the cars it sells free of charge. I said that I was not prepared to continually clean this furniture every few weeks as was clearly the case. On 4th May 2018 Amy Moore said her district manager would call me on Monday, she didn’t say which Monday but we’ve had 3 Mondays since then and I have no missed calls and no voicemails. I also tried to claim on the Guardian warranty and they refused blaming Carls patio for selling faulty furniture. So, to sum up, spent in total $8632 on what turned out to be second hand furniture, (they still haven’t replaced the original frames) they won’t sort the problem, won’t return emails or make return phone calls, customer service is disgraceful and the products they sell is not fit for purpose. I would not recommend Carls Patio to anyone.

My husband and I couldnt be more thrilled with the dining table and chair set we purchased from Carls Patio. Our salesperson, Jared Blumberg, listened to our criteria and made recommendations. The table we picked out had table leaves stored underneath, and he gave us a thorough demonstration of how it worked. He gave us precise instructions on how to seal and protect the table once it was delivered, and made arrangements for our old furniture to be taken away and used for partial store credit. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, right down to the delivery people. We would recommend Carls Patio to anyone. The teak table and chair set is very high quality and looks stunning on our lanai.
