Whole Foods is not the same way I used to be ever since Amazon took over
I will certainly never set foot in a Whole Foods store again. Not only treating its amazing and hard working staff during a pandemic with utter contempt, and now, to cut their breaks. Whoever in Whole Foods corporate thought that this would be a marvellous idea needs to be terminated.

I called this office twice and was told someone would call me back to address my issues. Nobody ever called me back because they don’t care about what their customers need or request. I’ve stopped shopping at whole foods because of this experience.
I love the quality selection and prices are good. Its location is also convenient. The staff are friendly and happy to serve.

I love to buy groceries at Whole Foods and Trader Joes: for the quality of products. However, the people working at TJs are definitely selected on kindness, politeness and great customer service. Whole Foods however, especially in N. Miami and Boca Raton, at the registers, seem to be hired to be the total opposite. Disconnected from clients, talk amongst each other, let you wait until their talk is finished, give an attitude if you ask something, rude, so, the ONE STAR I gave you is for your absolute incomprehensible choices of employees. The ones in the bakery, meat section, and deli, are definitely a different kind: much friendlier and helpful.
First time in store. Excellent selection,meat fruits vegetables. Tried shrimp corn chowder. So good. Definitely going back.
Why is it in all the WF florida stores the clerks do not put the grocery bags in the cart at the end of the counter area. They turn away and read magazines, take selfies, do their team building by hugging one another and visiting, and some are just consciously detached.
One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. They will not return a phone call, (been waiting 2 weeks) and you cant get out of voicemail hell when you try to speak with someone.
Ive been waiting 3 weeks for a response best customer service ever!
Company name says it all. Want to eat healthy. Whole Foods!
