I go to Publix all the time since weve been dealing with this covid-19 they have gone up several time on various items that I give me Fred butter eggs and Im doing the best I can I am an older person thats living off social security but I love the idea of knowing that it looks clean the food is great but I cant afford some of those prices

The staff here is always very polite and welcoming! There is almost never a wait and there is always ample parking available. You can’t beat their hours of availability as well. The beds are clean and they always have great specials especially if you have some kind of package/membership with them!

Shocking to see a Publix in all of Fort Lauderdale so clean and Immaculate like the ones I previously praised in Ocala and Cape Coral. Shocked me really!

Shopping really is a pleasure, here. Employees seem eager to help, from management down. Every face is smiling, and management has not ever seem too busy to stop and listen.

A little pricey but well worth it. Im from Texas 1st day here and I really liked the way the store Is set up as well as the friendliest staff Ive met in s long time. Really good experience. Great job Publix !

Not my favorite like cation due to terrible parking. But they are clean, usually well stocked. Deli section is quite congested and sometimes a pain to deal with. I wish they had self checkout, but I never have a problem getting a quick check out even when the place is packed.

Love this store. Christopher Rawls is my favorite associate but their all great!

They do their jobs, well stocked. Lines always good. No crackhead chilling outside asking for money or rides.

Deli Services sucks to many personal conversations instead of helping customers. Food not fresh like it use to be. I have watched this location go down hill for about 12yrs now smh

I love Publix. Some things are a little high but the best of the best. People are warm friendly and I always compliment several workers to the manager so they could get a free lunch and a nice Commendation instead of always having something derogatory on the computer

This location publix is clean and organize. There are some employees that work there are very helpful and some are just completely on their own world but overall, I like this publix. The parking area can be a little hectic sometime and some of street beggars hovering around that could be a little unpleasant at times.

The employees are very polite, courtesy, friendly and respectful! While shopping here. Ill recommend my family, friends and coworkers to visit your store.

The last time I went to this location, the cashier said he was closed. I went in a different line with 1 item, a cake. The closed cashier took another customer. I dont care for this location.

I find so many friendly people there..both customers and staff. The store may not be as updated as others, but their selections are varied and provide excellent ranges of fresh.produce and meats. Parking is tricky! Because this Publix is very busy and they arent modernized, they have one way in and one way out that are most commonly used and you really have to navigate to exit and get back unto Davie Blvd. The parking spaces are narrow and crowded especially during peak hours. What I like the most is that this Publix is much more pleasant to shop in than some others!

I honestly think the great reviews here, are paid for. This location is terrible. The store is small and doesn’t have a lot of selections when compared to other Publix. The parking is extremely inappropriate for the store and parking is always a nightmare.But the biggest issues are, the cashiers are always slow and there’s a big line no matter the day/ time, and the customer service is Terrible! The people working at the Deli and the Customer Service area need to be replaced or re-trained. When you approach them with questions they never know the answers, they are rude, short, distracted, not helpful and most of the time I can barely understand what they’re saying.This Publix is 2 minutes away from me, and I gladly drive literally anywhere else rather than to go deal with them.

Hadnt been at this publix in in over 30 years, was in and out quickly and without issues. Why do so many people back into spaces though?

If you want quality meat, this is hands-down, the best Publix. That said, the store is in a rougher part of town...it has a full time armed guard. Parking is horrible. This particular Publix is truly a shining star in this not so great area.

The store was clean and smelled fresh. Nicely lit and comfortable. The customer service was excellent. (On a personal note, the clientele was exciting to view...!!!)

Deli definitely needs improvement! Food in showcase usually is dried out and you have to wait on chicken regardless to what kind you want. Fried, MOJO, and plain wings are never available. Call in orders still not ready when you get there. I drive up to 5 or 6 miles to a different store location just for better service. If you have a special going on, why would you wait until youre very low on the items that are on sale before you start another batch. I get it...make the customer wait. I will not wait and still have to pay. No thanks! This is every time I want something from the deli. You have to watch items that are on sale too. Ive bought meats from the deli and discovered that I was being charged regular price verses sale price. This store is located at:3500 Davie BlvdFort LauderdaleDeli needs new management. Ive had to bring half cooked chicken back and showed it to the store manager. I was offered another box on Publix, but I dont want anything free. I just want what I pay for and have it the way its supposed to be. This store really needs some attention in the deli!

Location is very busy and congested. Though PUBLIX is where I do most of my grocery shopping, this location is just too tight!!

No parking, slow service. Waited 20 minutes at the deli, only one person helping customers ( this at rush hour, when most people getting off from work, going to the store) I gave up, grabbed 3 things and left .

I went to the deli and it was overran with flies. OMG! It was so gross. I left and called the store to complain but the call went unanswered. I will never buy any store prepared food from this publix until they clean and sanitize the deli department. Flies should not be touching food or anything used for the preparation of food. Thats just nasty.

Used pharmacy and grocery. All that I needed was in stock quick checkout. Pharmacy was nice enough to fill while I shopped/waited. Excellent service as usual.

It is a nightmare to get served at the delie. One server only doing orders and you have to wait.Today I waited 27 min and still not been served.This is not the first time.Told the ManagerAnd left.

Pretty good Publix. Not as big as some of the others in the area so it doesnt have as many options as most. It also has a small parking lot.

The worst Publix store Ive ever been. Terrible service. I dont like to give bad reviews, but this time I feel that I HAVE to warn people about this place.

So this Publix’s. Where to start. The pharmacy so I had a prescription called in and I am a new prescription to Publix. I have Humana insurance. So my script should be free. So a very young guy is at the register and he asks my name. Gets my script and tells me 26.95. I said NO I have insurance and I have the card in my hand. He says OK 13.05. He never once asked for the information and to be honest I pulled money out and just paid. I don’t wanna argue with someone over my blood pressure pill that I needed to take. Then I go over to customer service to play some numbers. They are so tired and so rude. Like if you’re that unhappy please go find another job that will make you happy. Publix use to be an awesome company to work for but has declined over the years. It’s a coin toss if I’m gonna torture myself next month or just change to another Publix farther from my home.

It may be a small store but I love going there got balloons cakes for friends for work so its a good place and very helpful staff members love it all

Its a Publix just like any other. Generally good, speedy service and things are fairly easy to find. The only reason Im giving it 3 stars is the parking lot is an absolute nightmare. Its tiny and everyone is fighting for spots and trying not to run into each other.

I go here for the subs lol and lets not forget the bakery I love the cookies and cake

Im a little bit handicapped so when I asked for help from the Publix employee they totally ignored me and walked away and the other direction. Not too helpful. And heard the two employees talk about me because of my tattoos.

Not such a terrible place. They don’t have a large selection of beans or other products. I had a difficult time return something there once at customer service, but otherwise it’s ok.

Great place. Im a totally an unbiased reviewer. Not just an employee of this location who finally got annoyed at Google for always asking me to review every time I leave work. Maybe now google will leave me alone

This is the worst Publix ever! No customer service, employees specially in prepare meals are rude, nasty and you barely understand what they say. I live walking distance and I rather drive to the one in Plantation. I complain to a lady manager and all she did was talk in creole to one of the employees. This place should close!

I love this Publix, its a little small but its always easy in easy out and its well-stocked. Just about everyone Ive encountered there has been very helpful and friendly. This is a very clean store and I have nothing negative to say about it.

Horrible.The customer service people are always having conversations amongst themselves.Thats why the line is always so long.Publix is usually good with customer service but not this one.The lady Vanessa was talking to other employee about het divorce and other employee talking about he won $2 from mega million. This location is terrible and poorly managed. The hot food section is ALWAYS out of something. Its as if they dont understand how to manage their supply during high volume times. Or any time frankly. Every single time Ive gone there over the last 8 months, they are always out of something. Their side dish selection is incredibly small and yet theyre always out of something. How do you run out of chicken tenders!? Its one of the most popular items, you should always have that ready. The store is just small in general. Its just not a good location.
