Your store deserves a -5 stars! Your customer service reps have thee most horrible customer service. I’m a Haitian American female that appears African American, your customer service reps treated me horribly. As I patiently waited in line two Haitian women were serviced before me, that approached the counter after me, which was very disrespectful and rude. Then when I said something because I felt so disrespected, the customer service rep just walked off as if I was wrong for saying something. I will be calling your corporate department about this. This store will no longer receive my business. Train your employees to be polite, and fair regardless of what race an individual appear to be!!!!

Best clean smelling grocery store always a pleasure to shop here . Many fruits and veggies you wont find in most grocery store predominantly latin grocerys but also many American foods as well.Hot case foods are good too

Presidente, is where we buy all our Boneless Chicken Breast from. We line in Dania Beach Fl. But, Presidente, have between regular to Huge Chicken Breasts. The prices sometimes run from $1.29 to $1.99 a pound. And a few other tons of fresh vegetables. Their clients are from all walks of life. Because of their prices. And a convenient neighborhood grocery store. It was the original Winn Dixie.

I really wasnt in there to do any shopping although I have gone in there to shop I really like that place because it has all the food that you need especially the produce department is very well packed and the meat department they have great prices if I lived in the area I sure would go in there but I went in there today to get something from someone but I do like this place presidente

Took my wic benefits off my card and then denied to give me my milk and juice unless I paid for it... even though it showed it approved but cashier didnt know what she was doing and either did supervisor.turns out she never canceled the transaction and Im out the milk and juice for the month because they dont know how to do wic the supervisor said and that I should come in the daytime like normal people.... so I walked out and purchased it at family dollar because I rather them have my business at least theyve always been nice

This place is dirty, they really need to improve the place, clean it a little, I been to other presidente place, they are nice but this place is really really really DIRTY I won’t go back there not even refer it to anyone .

They had the to go containers and plastic silverware I desperately needed.

Stores like this brings the value of homes down and the neighborhood down. I live about 5 minutes away and couldn’t believe how horrible the surroundings were. People hanging out and solicitation. The store was bad as well. Haitians run this place. A lot of these Hispanic stores have black people’s running it. It’s a shame.

Every sunday there is a mystery soup they tell you its beef and there is not only no beef in it there is simply no meat in it at all oh and sometimes when they wanna get really creative they just throw beef chicken and pork in a soup and sell it to you and every meat rice and vegetable is red cause they put adobe on everything cause they dont know how to cook

This is my neighborhood market, and I consider myself very lucky. Great veggies, meats, fish, good selection of prepared foods. Focus on locally grown. There is always something on the big board that I want to stock up on. I dont need or want to shop anywhere else.

It’s my third time eating at Presidente supermarket the food there is delicious, and the fish and meat are very fresh there at the deli deli department meat and fish the vegetables are fresh and the tried their best to keep coronavirus from spreading they clean all the cart and give you hand sanitizer when you walk in there . If you’re on a strict budget this is the place your money will go along way.

On this particular day rhe cashiers were rude and Chingy lazy

Employees are rude and unwilling to assist you when asking for their assistance. The store is a complete mess and unkempt. Cashiers have no personality. They also allow panhandlers to solicit in front of the store. The Guys in the Seafood Dept are VERY rude and serve the ones theyre familiar with. Ive witnessed a guy from seafood skip numbers intentionally just to serve a women he knew. Smh

I went to pick up an item for a friend. Everyone was friendly & helpful as I had never purchased this fruit before. I asked a patron, who was very helpful and saw the Manager on duty who verified I was making the right purchase. This is a great store & the price is right. 👌

This place is more of an Haitian market, noisy, unorganized, cashiers are mannerless and rude, they don’t even call the numbers in English in the meat section. You need a lot of patience to shop here especially if you don’t speak creole.

So I recently brought some mangos from this store. And let me tell you I cut it open and they were brown inside of them. The outside of the mango looked decent. They need to check their produce. 1/31/21I dont like shopping here. I mean everyone dont speak or understand english. Meat department only favour in their own kind. The wait is ridiculous. I rather shop elsewhere

The prices are great and the produce section is excellent. The butchers are friendly and they do a great job cutting the meat. I bought my meat only from the butcher section. The manager in frozen meat section has to get rid of all that brown, greenish meat he came out to put more meat and left all the bad meat out. I even asked him about putting out fresh beef and he said tomorrow 😊

President Supermarket store in sunrise is great but neighborhood is really bad.

A decent place inexpensive groceries especially if you want Haitian Jamaican foods some of the produce is fresh others you have to be careful. And it is so hard to get anything from the butcher case or the seafood case they are terribly understaffed you can wait half an hour or more to get your meat or fish also the packaged Meats in the cooler the aisle going down the prepackaged Meats is so narrow only one grocery cart can go through at a time anyway the prices are okay the staff tries to help you but the customers cant even

Only 1 hour ago I left a 5* .... Couldnt make it out of the store without them ruining it. WORST SERVICE EVER. lady doesnt tell people she is closed, my groceries are on the conveyor. WAITED 20 MINUTES TO GET THERE. She tells people behind me once.. Of course more people get in line.. She ignores them. I have to inform all the people. They get mad. Then she adds me to the people she kicks out, and Im next. I WENT POLITELY TO THE MANAGER TO COMPLAIN AND SHE JUST WALKED AWAY FROM, AND CONTINUED TO IGNORE ME!!!PROPS to the security guard who polity informed me who to speak to. Im just stunned someone in management could be so childishly rude and unprofessional.I just left my groceries, and they lost a customer forever ..

Just a name change, and the atmosphere. Maybe its just the area, cause I feel the same way I felt about the Winn Dixie store when I reside in the Manor. (Unfriendly and not enough register open) that was my first & last time there!!
