I shop winne dixie for certain things.. Mostly animal proteins... Great deals on pork and beef... Staff is friendly .. The store seems like its and older version not doing so well akd badly understaffed as most places.. Still a classic

This was literally the biggest winn Dixie that I have been in. The customer service is great, cashiers ring people out within a pretty good timing. On top of that, it looks as if they are in the process of installing new self service checkouts.

Seem like this location is in a rough neighborhood. Homeless hanging out, the store is disorganized, food quality seems a bit below average, and produces is not so fresh.The staff is friendly and helpful tho.After picking up stuff at Whole food. I need to pick up tortilla wrap so I can make breakfast quesadillas. This grocery was the closest around me that has tortillas so I decided to check them out. Since I dont live in FL, I dont know which area is good or bad but this area does seem a bit rough.

Da’Quan for the 4th time ringing me up since I’m a local: “…”That was it. No eye contact, not a peep.This time though I knew he could talk because he cried for help since a line was starting to build up. Only 4 clients(me included) w couple items.Good thing he can talk.

Awesome the best ready made sandwiches in the business.... The turkey must of had at least a quarter pound of meat and a fat piece of cheese I go there often

A very dirty and smelly place. One of the workers who in my opinion was supposed to be collecting the shopping carts was dancing outside and talking to her friends. Not doing her work at all.

Its a very clean store! Very nice service. Prices are a little esculated but is because its near the beach.

Poor service, very bad cashier. His attitude was nasty. He put the brillo pads with my strawberries and I asked him not to he took the strawberries out and threw them into another bag and threw the bag down the belt it was horrible. Im not paying for stuff broken damaged or Poison by soap product. Dont have much of anything anymore.

It was horrible because the steamer wasnt on we stayed there hour and i stuff still wasnt done they need to fix their equipment close it down

The posted prices are not always accurate of what youll be charged. I was overcharged by about $12 on a receipt that totaled $40 because of this. Cardamom that was listed at about $7.50 per bottle actually cost $12.75.I would have resolved this, but I was in a hurry to get to my flight and didnt have time to deal with it all.

Lets just say I got a different experience than the two customers before me. The cashier seem bothered that I even came to his line. Cashier Mark to be exact and seem that he had a issue checking out someone who was African American no worries I wont be back to this store EVER.

Winn-Dixie has some great people working there. Unfortunately this particular store has always had a grimey feel to it. There are no handsanitiser bottles or containers. No wipes are available. The floors dont look clean. And on and on. I go there for a quick in and out. They dont stand behind their products. A few weeks ago I bought a container of salt. Their brand. First the pour spout broke off, then the bottom of the container fell off. When I asked if I could bring it back tbey said 👎 NO! ONCE YOU BUY ANYTHING,ITS YOURS ! Thats how it is!!!

Very close to 17th street marina and area hotels...its got stiff competition from the newly opened Publix across the street and could use a refresh...however dowoad the winn-dixie app to help save some coin... There is a small deli bar to the left of the entrance that has all the good to go items my fans are mac salad, fried chicken, Mac n cheese and greens.

Great store on great location, near by the port Everglades, this store has a lot to offer as deals, you can buy anything for your daily needs, also to must mention they have large selection of wines and beers, so drinks thats the place for you, cheers

I love Winn-Dixie its clean and you get help with things i shop there all the time i love it.

Stopped to get a few quick items. After getting home we discovered the bread was moldy. Most of the juices we were shopping for in the store were expired by almost a year! The checkout process was extremely slow. Long line and the store was not very busy. Will not go back!

This place is in bad shape. Front door will only let you in if you push and force it. The staff doesn’t even realize or do anything about this. Very unfriendly atmosphere.

Normally I dont shop here however tonight it was convenient. The store while old was very clean and the employees are always welcoming and helpful. I was looking for Coconut water. I was taken aback by the price. Way more expensive then it should have been. I asked a gentleman who was stocking shelves about it and asked if there were any other brands? He took me directly to a different location and I found what I wanted. There was only one girl checking out customers. And there were quite a few waiting. In less then 2 minutes another girl was checking me out! Asking about the card which I dont have nor want. (Just give us the discount) I said didnt have a card she replied, no problem and I left with the discount for my items. That is the second time that happened recently. Maybe I will have to give Winn Dixie another look? Thanks WD!

Mary was excellent! I came in to get flowers for my girlfriend and she told me the ones I got were not going to last while I was checking out. She then ran off and grabbed another bouquet of flowers from across the store and came running back with them for me. She went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. It’s not often you find employees like Mary. She’s a keeper for sure!

No one answers the phone, I politely asked 4 employees standing in the front having a conversation if the seafood department was open, the boy answered me back in a rude tone “ I don’t know, you can go check”. ... how dare u tell me to go check because I’m interrupting your non work related conversation. No customer service, and clearly doesn’t know anything about the store.

This is a smaller store but I like it a lot. First of all, it is perfect for those times that you need a few things and you dont want to deal with a mega-market and the related crowds.Usually able to get in and find what you need and get out of there quickly. Do take a moment to enjoy the shopping experience of a day gone by. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are good, but the deals are better if you have one of their rewards cards. This store reminds me that I am still in the South. This location is a favorite of beachgoers and cruise passengers from nearby Pirt Everglades

Very clean & variety! A great location too. This store keeps upgrading with the times and it has been here for decades. A very important part of this city and the boating community too.

The staff (which there is of it) is rude and indifferent to good customer service. The store is old, hasnt been updated since I moved here in 1976. This store, like all other Winn-Dixie stores, smells dirty. TBH the only reason I go here is that their store brand cottage cheese is better than any other at any store.

I have to check the receipt prior to leave the store. Almost all the products on sale on the flyer do not ring properly on the cashier and sometimes more items are charged on the receipt. To go later at the customer service to get refunded it is a nightmare since there is generally one single person dealing with Western Union, lottery and regular sales. It can take hours and hours to correct any discrepancies. The service does not look to improve even with years.

OMG !! I was totally shocked whenI saw that they had new shopping carts.I have repeditly asked how they expected a person to shop when the wheels on the cars were almost all seized up ? It causes severe backachesto the customers. Also I noticed that it didnt stink as bad as usual. I have found so much out dated products on the shelves there, due to not rotatingproduct when stocking shelves.I can clearly see that employeesin this particular store are very unfriendly,unproffesional,and undesirable. I keep thinking they will close down, which is a shame as itcould easily be turned into a very desirable shopping place.. All of this isgenuine, you asked so I responded.

Seems like they are improving and really doing well. They offer decent deals, Android and apple pay, and the interior is clean and staff are friendly. Can be a bit slow, but no big deal. Always ample parking.Unfortunately, their fruit selection is pretty crappy and really expensive.

Terrible custom sub at deli counter. Roll was stale, hard and vegetables not fresh. I questioned the man making the sub if the roll was fresh as he seemed to have a hard time cutting the roll to make my sub. His response was that his knife was dull. I also asked for fresher veggies for it because the veggies in view looked old. He reached under the wilted produce to find some that were better. I got home with this sub only to find it to rock hard sub roll. Needless to say I will not order another sub there.

This place is so disgusting, filthy, never has fresh products or produce. I do not care if the price is low, they need to do an inspection and close this down.
