Located in the Victoria Park Shoppes, this Winn-Dixie is smaller than the one I mostly frequent. As soon as you enter, theres a table displaying bakery items, then youre walking through the bakery and produce section. The supermarket is clean with organized aisles, and it was pretty crowded with a few employees stocking items on the shelf. While social distancing myself from other shoppers, I had to walk each aisle to locate the items I wanted.Shoppers are required to wear their masks to ensure a safe shopping experience. Hand sanitizer is provided. Make sure to have your rewards card handy to receive the sales prices and to earn points which can later be used for extra savings. If you have the Winn-Dixie app on your phone, you can get savings by downloading digital coupons onto your rewards card.The Winn-Dixie liquor store is located next door.

I will no longer shop there I informed the manager bout the customers is bringing their dogs yes I couted 6 dogs in the store thats a health hazard its a deli department there where a customer can get a sandwich made where meat are exposed dog hairs and customers are not wearing masks at all I left my buggy in the middle of the store I didnt buy anything I left to go to the Winn Dixie on Davie and thats where I will continue all my shopping this store in bout 10 min away compared to going all out of my way to go to a nother Winn Dixie that is 45 min away so thats where I will be doing all my shopping for now on the manager didnt do anything at all dogs dont belong in a grocery store

Fairly clean grocery store, with a strange layout lacking organization. It’s hard to find certain items, and when you ask for help... Good luck! The three employees I encountered knew as much as I did shopping here for the first time. The reason I went to this store, was for some of their sales in their weekly ad. Very poorly stocked for 10 am. I went up to the register expecting all the sales to come up on the register, but when they didn’t and I asked why...“You have to print those specific coupons out, there’s a kiosk up front to do so....” Okay? So I go and look and the ads on the kiosk did not match the ones in the magazine. They would not honor my coupon even with the advertisements from the magazines they printed!! Thought I would give them a chance after hearing nothing but bad things about the company from locals, and definitely will NOT be back.

The store is in a great location they have improved a lot the only downside is their fruit I dont understand why they cant get the fruit to be as good and fresh as other places. Rotten fruit constantly. Ughhhh. Nothing like reaching for strawberrys and its rotten or old avacadoes

They have improved a lot. 3 years ago i would have rated them 2 or 3 so improvement is noticeable. produce is fresher than most other stores including new wholefoods. I wish they were bigger and had more local brands such as peacock max supplements and other florida produced products but no big deal on that.

Had to get a money order here and they were so helpful! Was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the jumbo shrimp and steaks!

This win Dixie I always shop too! It is always clean and organizes. The managers have always made time to speak to their customers, especially if theres something wrong with your experience there or a staff. The newly renovated store and isles make it easier to find items and shop. Even for a wheelchair person like myself or any disabled individual, they offer assistance if its needed. Have plenty of electric charts for shopping, now there as well. I think some of us just like to post bad views because thats the demeanor of the individuals. If they had a complaint thats what corporate for if they feel the store manager couldnt address the issues. I will recommend the store. I have not received any spoiled food not expired items and its always cleaned.

Winn-Dixie in Victoria ParkShoppes is my favorite place for deli, groceries and convenience... well managed, courteous staff and friendly atmosphere. low prices, bogo sales midweek and store brand specials. Recently, the store has remodeled and added new features including a new natural & organic area, as well as, assorted specialty items.

AVOID at all cost, this Location is not worth going to. Go to Aldi or Publix. Non-caring and Attitude from employees, items on sale, they do not even stock regularly. Egg lands best eggs, out of stock, Impossible Burger, do not even stock it, but there is a sticker on the shelf. They have not had this product in 2 mo., and then the advertise it on Sale in three different ads! And then there are the other store customers, you will be shopping with, also are rude, disrespectful and just not friendly at all.I do not know what has happened to Winn Dixie over past few years, but things are going down hill rather fast for them and trust me you will not have a pleasant experience at this location. Do Not do it!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS WINN DIXIE! Over the recent months, this Winn Dixie has spiraled down hill. They now have security guards guarding the inside and police guarding the outside. Multiple times I have seem people shop lifting, grabbing as much as they can and darting out. I even saw an employee stuff a bag of chips down his pants. It might be newly renovated, but has since attracted a criminal crowd.

Cashier Anne was very sweet. The employees were really nice. I enjoy shopping here.

I’m born & raised here & because of that WinnDixie has ALWAYS been my first choice for shopping. I love the “Buy One Get One” deals on their beef, chicken & pork. In my opinion they have the BEST beef in Florida. I don’t know if it’s because they raise it rite here locally or not but however the rest I’m their #1 fan.

There are many of BOGOS week in, week out . The meat is not the greatest and my clients have had to make returns or exchanges frequently. Other then that, great prices and friendly staff. Really cant go wrong shopping here. We shop over one hundred clients a week here and none of them ever complain so they must be doing something right .

I used to go to the green monster exclusively with occasional jaunts over to Fresh Market. Well The Winn Dixie in Victoria Park recently had a make over and theyve done a very good job. Its become more of a staple. The prices are very good, and often lower than #&^$*&#^$. The staff is courteous and the store is very well stocked and clean. This is becoming a regular thing and not just a fling.

I was surprised at how nice it was. Giant bucket of wings is $12.99. Nice vegetable section. Bakery goods all come in from off site. Clean. Pleasant.

There should be a law against the quality lacking in this store.There has been several times when I was in the store that I observed out-dated items was on the shelves. When pointed out to the staff the response was deer in the head light. Like what would you expect me to do about it I just work here. If there is an item advertised in the weekly circular and if asked is it available, same response. The staff have no knowledge of the products, sale items, orgin, or do they care. If Winn Dixie wants to remain in an area that caters to professionals it will have to direct their marketing strategy in a totally different direction.

Really good bagels. They are frozen and shipped here and then put on the Shelf so dont eat them out of the bag but they are good for putting in your freezer and then defrosting right before you want to toast them. Really like those bagels

Open super late so if you go to eat a bowl of cereal at 9 and find your roommate drank all the milk you dont have to pay 2 times the amount at 7 eleven. You have just enough time to go to the Winn-Dixie and buy every thing you probably dont need but your inner fat kid wants.

The store is old and definitely could be revamped if not totally and completely shutdown and renovated. As more of a publix shopper myself I was pleasantly surprised by the newer Winn dixie located in Davie off of Hiatus road and state road 84! This location could benefit from modeling itself after them. The prepared foods resembled something I would give to my dog. The bathrooms also left a lot to be desired in the way of cleanliness and upkeep, which is something important to me since I have a 5 year old child that almost always needs a restroom wherever we go! Nonetheless the employees were friendly and this store would be suitable only if I just needed to run in for a thing or two, but certainly not for a regular shopping trip, basically I wont be returning unless absolutely necessary!

Been shopping here for years. Several ownership changes. I still like it. Decent prices. Responsive employees and fast responses to online complaints. Thats what you want. Good service and quick action when sometimes its not.

They are always out of stock on things that I need. Particularly if you use an app like Shipt. So annoying.

I have shopped at this location off and on for several years, and my experience has been consistent.This is a nice store in a nice location, fairly easy to get into and out of. It can be busy around the shopping plazza where located at rush times, but the check out time is typically good, better than many locations, and typical during season. It stays well stocked most of the time except for the occasional sale item or when a hurricane happens to be on the way. (Needless to say, thats why you should have your most important supplies in hand before a storm threat appears on the horizon! You are really pushing your luck if you dont!) The staff has always been friendly and helpful, just ask if you need help.

Criminals! cashier tried to give me a 1 instead of 10 as part of my change today to see if i would notice as she used multiple denominations to give me change. She quickly pulled out a 10 as soon as i asked something about my change amount as if she was anticipating it to see if i would say anything

Usually a publix shopper. But had to go here. The place was not very clean the asles are a mess. The lighting is horrible dark and not inviting. Needs a revamp.

This Winn Dixie is very clean and the design is a model that all of the closed Winn Dixies should have followed to compete with Publix. However what has killed all of the Winn Dixie stores is the poor customer service. This store like all others had only a few cashiers and the lines were very long and not moving. The manager made no effort to open other cash registers and after waiting 20 minutes in line I left. The 2 stars shown here is only given because of the stores cleanliness and design.

Very disappointing place in heart of Downtown ft Lauderdale. Employees treat customers like Gov run driver licensing department. Rude to people. Take a look at Publix how they talk to customers maybe your store needs to be closed. I come hear on a pinch for last minute things but after what I witnessed there the other day I can assure you NEVER EVER WILL YOU SEE MY MONEY. Funny how there are more Bad reviews of this place. COURTNEY is a great cashier as this was my very first time in Winn Dixie and she offered me a savings Dixie card. I appreciate her customer Service and the HOT FOOD area food is delicious. My goodness it taste like soul food. I will definitely be visiting this Fort Lauderdale Winn Dixie again and I live all the way in Miramar. At this I think this when Dixie could use a new remodeling the selection of food is garbage I dont come here for much I buy Pepsi and a few small items and I go mostly to Publix and other places like trader Joes I would like to see this when Dixie go through a more modern update in have a better selection of higher quality foods as its competitors do

This has the most horrible produce Ive ever seen. My husband just came home with basil. Half of the leaves were rotten, and I had to throw therm out. The edible half had flowers and buds! They were huge, tough, and basically inedible.The cilantro was even worse. It was a very small bunch, (it looked like someone had opened it and taken the bad leaves out) and mostly mush. When I tried to pick the good leaves out, the mushy, spoiled ones stuck to my fingers.This store has really taken a dive. The only thing you can buy there is cat food.

Fruits and vegetables at this store are not quality, lots of expiry Date items always here, like lettuce, packaged veggies, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries are the worst here, they look to be good on top, but when open them at the bottom layer they are all not edible any more, it’s a waste of money to buy here any fruits or veggies. Go to Publix or any other store for better Quality Fruits and veggies.

Well I went to Winn-Dixie and I havent been there in years their prices are higher than Publix and I bought the store brand popcorn and I felt my spirit not too well I had to throw it out it was awful one thing when you go to Publix to have quality store-brand people to help you all over the place and their floors and everything is spotless so I said well this is it I made my new maiden voyage over there and I said no I wont go back grocery prices are outrageous as you know it but at least with Publix you can always find someone to help you dont have to go to the courtesy desk and the stores are clean the floors sparkling and they got great bogos
