We had a 5 star experience at this dealership. Ray was our salesperson. He was very professional as well as personable. He is definitely knowledgeable about the product he is selling. He was quickly responsive to any questions we had about the vehicle we ended up buying, even to the point of providing answers on his day off. Also a big shout out to Stephanie in Finance. She is a real dynamo, smart and efficient. Both of these individuals are top notch and made our car buying experience as smooth as possible.
As a new Mercedes-Benz customer, this would have been a better experience if more information was shared prior to my first scheduled 10K mile service; specifically an itemized list of work to be done and (estimated) cost. I would not normally expect to do this but when a service charge (A-Level) cost $600, I expect an itemized break-out and the opportunity to comparison shop. Also, finding out my next service (B-Level) is estimated at $1,100 dollars is something I will prepare for by requesting a quote up front and then comparison shopping. Buying/leasing a Mercedes-Benz has been a positive experience for us but, my first billable service experience left me with a less than positive impression. I do not mind paying for value and feel I am getting that in the cost of the vehicle but, after topping off my windshield washer fluid the day before service; then being charged what I consider an inflated rate for windshield washer fluid was too much to take. When I first questioned this the response was it was included in the service. My response was if listed as a separate charge, it was not included and I asked for the inflated amount to be refunded to my account which, it was and I thank you for that. My surprise and disappointment is Mercedes-Benz, with the reputation and quality of vehicle produced, does things like this to their customers. Please note that this is an test for Mercedes-Benz; I have no issue returning to a GM vehicle if the overall Mercedes-Benz experience does not measure up. You have built a very nice car but if I am subjected to the same events reflected herein with Mercedes-Benz that I am with a GM, Ford, Nissan, etc. I will return to these manufacturers with the perception Mercedes-Benz, and perhaps all luxury vehicles, are for people who just do not care what they get for their money. It was my first disappointment as a Mercedes-Benz owner; I hope it will be my last as we do like the quality of the car and pleasant driving experience we have had. May my next service be once consistent with how I view the Mercedes-Benz brand; still find this hard to believe what I experienced. I will add my service representative was excellent in conducting business with me. I am not an easy customer, just a farm boy and retired US Marine who expects to be treated as a valued customer and not a source of revenue.

AVOID. I spent about 30 minutes on hold today attempting to reach someone to pay an invoice. Called back about 10 times total. Got disconnected a couple times. If this is how they treat customers attempting to pay an invoice, I cant imagine what a nightmare it would be if you needed something from them.

I recently took my Mercedes S550 into the dealership because it wasnt running right. Im so happy I did. I had previously taken it in to another repair shop that claimed to have expertise in Mercedes (because I foolishly thought that I would save some money). The first shop kept the car for a long time, charged me a ton of money and failed to fix the problem.So I went to Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale, thinking Id have to shell out even more money, but hopefully they would be able to fix the car. My service advisor, Andrew, treated me great from the beginning. He explained what they were doing to my car and kept me updated with the progress. The dealership gave me a loaner for the few days they had the car. The problem was initially hard to diagnose, but I grew confident after Andrew introduced me to the master technician who was working on the car. He was very knowledgeable and worked hard to find the problem, including taking test drives to try to replicate the issue.In the end, they completely fixed the problem. It now rides like a charm. Better yet, it turned out everything they did on my six year old car, including parts, was covered entirely by warranty. I paid nothing and feel like a got a brand new car (which they washed for me).The lesson I learned: if youre going to drive a high end European car, only entrust it to someone who knows what theyre doing. I found that to be Andrew at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale.

This place is full of such wonderful people! They actually try and get to know their customers. No long wait times for service appointments. Service Manager Manny is fantastic! They also wash your car before returning it. I also needed the loaner an extra day and they gave me no trouble at all. What a change from the service at Range Rover Aventura where I would wait 5-6 months just to get a service appointment!

Bought a new tire from Mercedes Benz dealership in May. Came with a one year road hazard warranty since purchased from a Mercedes Benz dealership. Three months later Fort Lauderdale dealership charged credit card to replace punctured tire on the same day of service even though they knew that day it was covered under their warranty program with all proper documentation provided. Has been a full 6 weeks now with tons of emails required on my end to prompt service rep Michael to follow through, and no refund. Horrible customer experience.
I dealt with Vlad and he was GREAT from start to finish. Never one second of pressure. Spent as much time as need; never felt rushed. Salesperson Ray did excellent job locating car for us. He promised to get it in 4 weeks and we end up getting it two weeks earlier . After very professional delivery Ray contacted me couple times to check if i have other questions. Highly recommend salesperson, he makes difference.
First off, I was never offered a test drive of the vehicle. If I did I would’ve notice that there was a crack on the windshield and the car also needed services . When I brought the car back the next day I told the seller whom name I don’t remember because he has horrible customer service, I had to go out my way to reach out to him and he never called back when said he would. The car was in service for the next 4-5 days . When I picked up the car, I spoke to the one of the manager, he also said he would call and try to relsolve the issue, till this day no calls has been made to me . The only person that had good service is rodolfo in parts/service, he actually called and kept me up to date .

If you have any issues or concerns about your Mercedes THIS is the place to go, I cant speak on the whole staffs behalf, BUT I went in this week w major (to me) car issues and went in w/ very little hope. Thankfully Arniel Aquino was there to not only help and make this experience pain free, but also expedited everything I needed to basically fix my issues the by the next morning. Great guy, great service, and super understanding.

If you want your car test driven 80 miles for issues that don’t need any driving to figure out this is the place for you, in my 6 years of owning Mercedes I have never had one driven more than 7 miles even for major issues which these were not. Orlando was a useless manager who just walked away from the issue because he doesn’t want to do his job, just make excuses, like the Head of the Service who was apparently above him but still full of excuses. Although two of their service advisors both agreed it was absurd it was driven a lot of miles for the test. I feel taken advantage of and fully lied to. I Would not recommend coming here. Terrible service.

Usually dont bother with reviews, but Manny my service manager was great. My MB was a little behind on the service interval, but he took the time and showed me my options so I could make the best decision without wasting money. He was professional and friendly. Definitely the person I would want representing my company.
I had very poor customer service. I was promised a second key by my sales person. I waited 5 days for my key, then I asked about it, he said it is out of my pay grade to get me a key. He told me to contact a manager. Me and my husband left 7 messages with 3 different Managers. It has been 3 weeks and we still have not heard back.
Salesmen are typical but the other associates are excellent. If you can, talk to the other associates and they can help with your decision. Sales guys are just their to up sell.

I went to get my gas cap lid fixed because it was not opening and was greeted by very attentive and helpful service representatives. The car was set to be delivered the next day to the dealeship for a test drive, but by 9:30am on 3/19, that car had been sold.Not a problem for Joe, who had provided his cell phone number, and I shot him over some pictures of an S-Class interior which I loved. By noon, Joe had two test drives set for me - an AMG 63 (fast, handler, sedan) - and the E400 Cabriolet with leather even richer than I expected. Joe didn’t take notes when I spoke with him the day before, but somehow he had taken all of the features, preferences and value which I desired, and delivered me two cars which would never be in front of me if I had spent my time scrolling through sites. He answered my rapid fire questions about warranty coverages and technical differences between models and years with confidence, and always with good humor.This remarkable disposition made it a pleasure to work with Joe. He leans on his curiosity instead of imposing his will. Here’s a good example of why you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s title. You might assume that a presure-tactic wielding, lemon-shifting, used car salesman, would be the first to pounce and jam you up with four wheels. Instead, Joe was honest, spoke precisely, got affirmation, knew when to enjoy a little road under the tires and when to pass the pen.One of my goals in purchasing this vehicle was building my credit, with an auto-loan which will help fill a thin file and establish a relationship with Mercedes for future purchases! Due to a quirk in the way auto-financing is underwritten, when the first car was sold, my financing was bundled to that vehicle, and I couldn’t buy without it. Again, not a problem for Joe - within 5 hours of test driving, Joe had worked the finance division towards a rate, with down payment I could make work.This is all to say, when I mention that Joe also drove me to grab my checkbook at my place, or to make lunch after the test-drive, and had plenty of reason to believe that maybe the deal wouldn’t go through, he never once showed frustration or irritation. Recently brought in my C350 for routine maintenance and an alignment. There were no outstanding issues/problems with the car prior. Afterwards the car developed a noise and high pitch wine coming from the steering column. Turns out the power steering fluid was overfilled significantly. Went back to have it corrected and they corrected the fluid level but did not bleed excess air out of the system so the problem they created still exists. I took my Mercedes to an AutoNation Mercedes dealership for preventative maintenance but now there is a repair needed. I dont know how you can getaway with charging $130+/hr labor for this kind of service. Taking my car back to hopefully resolve the issue. If they dont get this right Im never dealing with AutoNation again.
Ft. Lauderdale Mercedes Benz has sold me 6 new cars in the last 17-18 years. My latest is a 2021 E450 Cabriolet, I built online and then Sam Edelsburg ordered and delivered in car in his usual professional & timely manner. Mike Ferraro in the Service Department continues to provide his usual 5 star service. I wouldnt consider purchasing any vehicle from any other dealership. The new E450 Cabriolet is a truly remarkable car in every respect.
A part was ordered from Germany so it took a while to get my car back. My Service Advisor kept me posted. I was given a nice loaner vehicle so the wait was not an issue
The service department is always on top of things. Although they move at a fast pace, they take the time to walk you through what will take place, what to anticipate and what is covered. I always feel well taken care of when I go to Ft Lauderdale MB.

Check Engine Light came on right before a road trip. Manny Guzman, Service Advisor took me in right away and saw to it my car was inspected immediately. My experience with Mercedes Benz of Ft.Lauderdale has been less then impressive. The sales person from whom I purchased my vehicle although responsive provided incomplete information and is abrasive. The service department rep forgot to f/u and the service manager takes 4 days to respond and only when solicited. Apparently Mercedes has a policy that to get a replacement key you have to drive your vehicle to the dealership for the key order to be placed and requires one to go back to pick up the key in person. To: Michael FerraroCustomer Care AdvisorMichael,I want you to know that I genuinely appreciate your, John’s and the other service peoples -phenomenal effort- to find and rescue the kitten from under my car‘s hood this past Friday.It was a pure display of compassion, teamwork, and customer care -above and beyond the call of duty.Thank you again,Richard(Background)-I played tennis in the morning… and then my day became bizarre .:after tennis I drove a short distance across the street to Einstein Bagel.. as I parked- two young guys came over to me and asked if I had a cat in my car- because they heard a meowing. I said no way- they went to the front of my car and said listen -I did and I heard the meow . I lift the hood and looked and did not see the cat, however,I heard it.I had only one safe option- drive to my Mercedes dealership so they can dismantle my vehicle and find the cat( dead or alive)- it was amazing -when my hood was lifted- we heard a meow- and in a short period of time a team of six guys jacked my car up, took off a front wheel, dislodged part of my front bumper…and found & freed the kitten. What an amazing display of compassion and effort to save a little animal.

Had a great experience with Sales Associate, Ray Ragnacci, truly an auto enthusiast. Bottom line he knew what I wanted and then made it happen. UPGRADE TO EARLIER NEGATIVE RATINGThe below was related to my experience with Ft Lauderdale Mercedes, wherein, I originally graded the experience as poor.Subsequent to my review being published I was contacted by the Manager (Mark). He responded quickly to the issues, in a professional, competent manner. All questions and issues have been addressed satisfactorily.I would grade the management response at 5, but left the overall rating at 4 due to the fact that the errors were made in the first place.Original Complaint2 MAJOR DELIVERY ERRORSMajor errors were made in the delivery of the vehicle that could have had severe financial consequences if we had not discovered the errors, ourselves.1. Dealer installed 4 new tires, incorrectly. My vehicle uses a staggered tire system wherein the two tires in the rear are larger than the two in front.Dealer, mistakenly, put both of the smaller tires on the left side of the car and both of the larger two on the right. The larger two tires required a different psi (38psi vs 35psi on the smaller two) The air pressure when delivered had less than 35 on all 4. Having different size tires on the same axle could cause differential damage. (which would likely not have been covered under the warranty due to the install cause)When we notified the dealer of this error, they were cooperative and offered to talk to my local dealer if their were any issues regarding correction of the tire installation and fob battery. (This was necessary since I live 200mi from Ft Lauderdale). Contact with my local dealer proved to be unnecessary as they addressed the tires and fob without difficulty.2. Overfilled oil. Computer monitoring system advises that oil should be reduced as filled beyond max. Could cause engine damageThe sales process was OK. Personnel were personable but did not provide requested historical documents such as Carfax and Certified checklist.All of this leads me to give an overall rating of POOR (1)I have no confidence in the services performed on my vehicle and will need to take it to my local dealer for a complete evaluation.
Richie was great! He provided me with great costumer service, very knowledgeable and I really enjoy getting my car with him. Overall had a really good time and got the car that I was looking.
I am disappointment with the overall attention we received, after a week in service while giving the service department pretty much a card blanch to take care of any issues and approving all estimates they did not address the tire situation and when my daughter drove the car the tire warning light indicator turned on and did not turn off . Also we notice problem with the gear, the park would not lock well resulting in difficulties to start the car . We expected from Mercedes better attention to details since a diagnostic was performed when the car was towed in.

I had an amazing experience working with Ray in internet sales. In less than 24 hours, I walked away with the car of my dreams. some dread the car purchasing process and Ray and sales manager made the process so pleasurable and painless. Passenger front airbag showed a malfunction so I called to schedule a repair. They were great (Brandon) and got me an appointment for the next day. Parts didn’t come in for 5 days to replace the whole thing but they repaired it the same day they got the parts. Would’ve been nice to have a loaner car for the 5 days but there were none available. Overall though I have to say they were great.
Ask for Richie he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers....This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours. Richie was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see the team at Mercedes-Benz Ft. Lauderdale.. The process was stress free and pleasant. The manager AJ was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs.
Great process from setting appointment online to greeter, to service tech. Everything went well. It took a little longer than promised due to a backup at the car wash area.

It would be great if when they say your car is great the automatic emails that go out are accurate.EVERY TIME I go for service the next days it always says I didnt get something done. When it has been done already. And having to keep your car for 2 days for a REGULAR maintenance is just not right!
My service experience was on point. We consistently for the last 20 some ideas he is Mike Ferrara! He’s extremely thorough, easy to work with and very attentive. My loaner car is always ready for me and he gets me in and out. My car was serviced late February everything was taken care of, my only disappointment was my car was not cleaned. It came back as dirty as I gave it in. I immediately text Mike, and an instant text came back and said I’m so sorry it should’ve been done I will take care of you with with a detail job!! That’s the way you treat a loyal and good customer!!! Five star recommendation. Kudos to Mike for doing the right thing!
