John Levy was great to work with on our out of state purchase. He took the time to answer our questions and was very accommodating when we flew in for a day to inspect the vehicle. They had it prepped and ready to go for us, made sure small repairs were fixed before closing the deal, and arranged shipping. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome and will call John when it’s time to buy again!

Flew in from Tulsa to meet my salesman and order my next bucket list car. My salesman was not present for my appointment. My car order was no longer available. No one with the dealer contacted me to let me know that the recommendation to postpone my order until I could sit present at the in house online portal had foiled my intentions. So I have brought my Ferrari California T for service here many times and I have never had such an exceptional team take care of me and my car. Michael Roth and his team are fair, honest, and all around some of the best people in the service industry that I have ever seen. They take care of you like you are a person and not just another number, whether it be an $80 tab or a many thousand dollar bill.....their attitude and service stays the same. If you are in the market to purchase a ferrari and live in the SE i urge you to check the worry of service off your list because they have it under control here. Although i hope to have no issues in the future with my car, I know that if i do Michael Roth and Ferrari of Atlanta will take care of me and do what is best for my car. Thank you!!

My car has been there for a month at service. They keep stringing me along day after day. I’ve been waiting on hold for an hour. No manager, no Gm and the owner won’t answer his line either. Stay away if you can and try another dealer. They can certainly sell cars, but when my kids Kia service is better than Ferrari, you have to ask yourself. You just can’t excuse the brand for belligerent customer service.

Outstanding post sales service and support. I just cant say enough positive things about this dealership. I own 4 Ferraris and Fort Lauderdale looks after all of them for me. I recently had a recall on one of my 2012 Ferrari 458 Challenge cars. Cesar Valdez is my Service Advisor and he is a dream to work with. He confirmed the recall with me, arranged to have the car picked up from my race team, he kept me up to date over the 3 weeks it took to do the work and he then delivered the car back to us in pristine shape. All at no charge! You cant get any better support than this.

Bait and Switch shop. I put a deposit on a car on a Monday. Drove 4 hours to pick it up the next day. I even exchanged texts and a phone call with the sales guy that morning and told him Im on my way. He said Ill have it ready for you. I got there and 10 minutes later they told me they sold it yesterday but is there anything else we can interest you in... Got a bunch of apologies and was told well make it right. I havent heard from them since but funny thing is when talking to another Ferrari dealer I told him the story. He said I just sold a car to a guy that flew in from North Carolina, had a deposit on a car there and was told, sorry, we sold it... What a shame to have such unethical organization with no integrity representing the Ferrari Brand..

I wrote a review on the convertible top of my California. Yes the written estimate shows 26K to repair the top. Well the estimate and returning the car has just become $530. The best part of the estimate is the hose that needs to be replaced has a picture. The hose is not a part that they can get without ordering the pump (their words). Just ordered the hose for $250 and that pump with the hose is $1300 but do not need the pump. I do not mind paying for factory service but this will get fixed for less than it cost to get the estimate

From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I received amazing service. I was greeted before I got out of my car and redirected to the service department. There, again I was greeted and they drove my car into the dealership where I was met by Shawn who wrote up and inspected the issues I had come in for. He was beyond helpful in getting Ferrari to cover issues that could have been quite expensive and kept me informed of the progress and completion of the repairs. I have owned numerous luxury and sports cars and been to many dealerships.......but this one was by far the best I have been to and I highly recommend them.

Please do yourself a favor and ask for Filip Tasevski at Ferrari Ft Lauderdale. He will make your super car dreams come true. He’s an extremely kind, caring and thorough individual and will treat you like family... everyone says that they will do that but I have first had experience that Filip will go above and beyond what he needs to do to make sure you’re well taken care of. What’s especially amazing is that he will do this for you whether or not it is your first Ferrari (in my case), or tenth. Even though we live hundreds of miles away from Ferrari Ft Lauderdale (and have TWO Dealerships that are far closer to us, one of them being 15 minutes down the road), Filip, Tom, Shyl, and Ferrari Ft Lauderdale will have my business and loyalty for many many years to come. You would expect a great service from a place representing the brands they have. They don’t honor it though.A simple Ferrari Rim change, or a Maserati battery change can take more than a week when you have an appointment.Feedback provided to customers, is null.I just have one explanation: a crowded place with famous people. Anonymous Ferrari owners get no attention. They do prioritize who you are on the way they treat you and your car but not on the price.Consistently poor experience on this one.——-I just want to shot some new thought I am getting: has any of you asked:1) are there so many Ferrari owners in the area to have 300 reviews ? I own a 2017 Ferrari 488. On Thursday May 9th - the car had an electronic failure and was towed to the Ft. Lauderdale dealership from Key West. Because I drove the car to Key West from my home in Naples - the car had Florida Love Bugs on the front. If you live in Florida or do business in Florida - you understand what these bugs can do to a car that sits with the bug debris on it for more than a couple days. The dealership allowed the car to sit for a week with the love bugs on the front end and now the clear bra - designed to protect the front end from chips - is stained with love bug stains. After being worked on at the dealership for a week - the car was finally cleaned and delivered back to me. Once it was delivered I discovered the stains and called the dealership to complain. They basically told me that I should have cleaned the car before having it towed to them - nice.... This is not how an exotic car dealership should take car of its customers. This is not the customer service experience I should expect as part of the Ferrari ownership experience. Ive asked to have their managers call me back - and at this point - no one will even call me back.
