Stopped by today after seeing a NAPA Special on Mobil 1 full synthetic. $27.99 for 5qt container and receive a $10.00 prepaid Visa card. They would not honor it upon check out. No thanks.

I purchased a relay for $20 (already expensive) took it home and realized it was a 4 pin and didn’t fit. I took it back the next morning, in the box, with receipt never touched! We Don’t Return Electrical Items... screw you guys, it’s brand new, clearly never used and now a total waste. Perhaps if you tell a customer you don’t take returns instead of hiding it in small print on a receipt from an old printer AFTER the purchase I could have made an informed decision.“Not being able to test” is not an excuse, if the item was faulty you wouldn’t take it back either...My advice is to steer clear and buy at 1/4 the cost on amazon where you can return and steer clear of this dinosaur of a store.

They had the product that I needed. I paid for it and it was delivered the next day. Customer service is desired here. Kinda felt like I was a bother. When I went in the next day to get the part I stood there and no one acknowledged me. I assumed an employee was helping a customer that was two feet from me. I stood there for a good two minutes feeling a little silly because no one said anything. A guy walked in and I thought he was a customer. Then he goes behind the counter after a second and asked if he could help me. He gave me the part and I said thank you. Moral. Greet the customer.

The coolant light came on in my car. I stopped at NAPA to get cooling fluid. Joe (not sure of last name) on 8.9.2016 knew right away what to supply me with. I am a girl and asked him if he knew exactly where to put the fluid. He did one better. He came outside and did it for me. THANK YOU JOE!!!!

Good customer service but out of this world prices. Will not buy again, 3 times more expensive than any other places.

Store closed early, I drove as fast as I could, got here by 7:10 pm, they were already close altough the sign says they should be open till 7:45

CLOSED at 2pm on a SATURDAY. Good thing advanced is right down the st and open until 9pm
