I am thrilled with the service at this particular location. I have been particularly pleased with Bryan, Grant, Thomas, and Connor (pardon any misspellings on names) for their excellent service and attention to detail. I dont do particularly large jobs on the printing side of things but they treat me as if I was a high-profile customer. Despite being under the FedEx umbrella, this place has a small business feel to it and I will continue to give them my business so long as I remain in town. Would recommend.
Says its open on Sunday on the website, actually closed Sundays, even says it was just updated, so someone isnt paying attention.
Awesome was able to draft what i needed printed out on my phone and got some wonderful prints for advertising. Super strong ppl skills. Staff was very kind and attentive.
Connor helped me very quickly with print out of my legal document. It needed some tweaks as quality was very poor. Connor went beyond my expectation with his support and printout quality was above original picture. Great service, fast, great quality. Highly recommend.
Carol -- store manager helped me out, but I also had the pleasure of speaking with Laura over the phone. Not only were they both extremely helpful and great at their jobs, but they were so pleasant to interact with! I feel like especially right now (COVID-19) kindness is hard to come by... not here though! These girls are absolutely amazing to work with, I will 100% be coming back and am so glad I chose FedEx!
With a bit of an unusual request, the staff-- PARTICULARLY Megan-- were phenomenal. Not only was the requested help provided, but it was provided with personality and good humor... especially nice to have in our COVID world!
Every time I come here, the customer service is on point. So nice every time, despite my confusion. There usually is a bit of a wait, but its understandable these days. Carol helped me this last time and she was so patient and helpful. She seriously made my day; I have a broken leg and while my boyfriend was bringing in packages, she offered me a chair to sit in. I needed that, just as a nice notion. Thanks Carol.

I had come here to print a little art book with their higher quality printers, but sadly something was wrong with the printed copies. The typeface I used was messed up in certain areas, a problem that neither I or the workers understood or knew how to fix. However, despite this, the workers were incredibly helpful and tried their best to figure out the problem. The customer service here is great, the printer just seems it might have a bit of a problem if you are planning on printing high quality color prints.
I’ve visited this location a few times, and every time I am impressed with friendly and helpful customer service! I go out of my way to go to this location. Thank you!

Had the BEST experience at this FEDEX.We are currently in the process of moving over seas and had a great deal to ship and to our new home. Dennis was awesome and facilitated this process with ease, kindness, and mastery! We are super grateful for the service we received today.
Should be 0 stars - but option not given.I just walked in to drop off a small boxed package, paid postage done. I handed over my box to the tall gentlemen at the counter. He immediately took both his thumbs and applied full force, not only displacing my tape job on one side but also caved in the box by 0.5. He then said oh boy this box really should have filler, which will cost you $4.00, it goes on a truck with other stuff that can weigh up to 100lbs.Pretty sure my mouth was wide open. What just happened here? Now my package was PURPOSELY damaged. I turned and walked out with my package in hand.I have a picture - corporate please feel free to contact me.
I had a very positive experience at this location. A female employee by the name of GIN helped me out. She was very kind and courteous. I needed some help and she went above and beyond her duties to get me in and out. Thank you for your excellent service!!!!!!
Standing here 15 minutes with 5 people also waiting. One person with lots to do. Thought I’d be able to stop on the way to work. Not a good idea
I print sheet music here quite often. I need a 3 hole punch for my binder. So, I waited in line to ask for a 3 hole punch. No one acknowledged my existence in the 3 minutes I stood there. Yes, associates were (sort of) assisting customers. Mainly making conversation. So, an acknowledgement would have prompted me to tell them that I just needed a 3 hole punch. No interruption to their day. But no. Nothing. Zero acknowledgement. This has happened for about 75% of my visits. So, I suggest just leaving a 3 hole punch on the floor so you have one less reason to ignore people.
What an absolute joke of any type of service. One out of three self service stations was open, causing a long wait. During that wait watched an employee come over and use one marked out of service. To be clear more than 66% of self service stations were unavailable. No employee cared about the wait once so ever. Will be doing my business elsewhere.
Will was super helpful, completed the specialized print I required, and at a great price. Was able to do what Staples could not. Great customer service!
WOW, dude behind the counter was seriously rude! I brought my package in just before the cut off time for FedEx express pick up and the employee behind the counter (big dude) was a real a-hole about it, like he was completely put out for some reason because I had brought my package in and asked politely if I had made the cut off time. I dont know why this guy had a stick up his butt but his attitude was totally uncalled for.
Flo and Frances have both been helpful on numerous occasions. They are both super efficient, and friendly. This place is my go-to for copies, and similar needs. They need tip jar, for sure.

Not sure why so many people dislike this location. I just shipped a bike in under 10 minutes and the employee who helped me was informative and quick.
The guy who helped me was extremely rude and seemed to make it a point to make me feel like I was stupid. Definitely spent extra time wasting my money and acting like I should have spent more. I will never go here again. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
After the manager convinced me a big box would be the cheaper than two little ones to ship I agreed, The shipping price went from 90 total to 250 total, PLUS 30 DOLLARS for the cardboard box. Completely ludicrous.
Tonight I went in there to try to get something printed, the woman working was extremely rude and refused to assist me without putting in an order to print a poster with over 24 hours advanced notice. She just sat there doing nothing while she said this and the place was empty. She told me to try the other FedEx Office and Print store in town to see if theyd help me. I will never go back there again. If I could give zero stars for the horrible service I received tonight I would.
Had an issue with one of the machines, and Joe and staff was quick to help get it fixed.
If i could rate this a negative start, i would. First time in and had extremely poor customer service. A staff member was very disrespectful raising his voice when asked to clarify a question.

Got a passport photo taken here and apparently they did it wrong. It was sent back and we need the passport in 3 weeks. We got it expedited but because a FedEx employee is too incompetent to use a camera we might not get it in time.
Been here before with no issue. Recent visit, specifically with Parnell, was horrible. Bad customer service, patronizing, and lazy. The on duty manager was also arguing with delivery staff about literally being short and rude, in the front lobby. Oddly- through it all, Parnell saved me $10 - And the package arrived on time - so thanks..?..
