Not sure if this is the right store to put this review under, but there’s a woman named Emma who works for FedEx in Fort Collins that deserves 5 stars and a promotion. I sent my passport for a visa via 2-day shipping and it was stuck in endless delays for over 2 weeks. I almost had to cancel a work flight to Afghanistan because of it, but Emma followed up my case persistently and it arrived two days before I left. Kind, professionally, and communicative. Really amazing service, thank you! FedEx on the other hand... please work on whatever went wrong this month so your customers don’t have to deal with these sorts of delays!

Absolutely no help from the supposed hazardous goods expert. Didnt answer any of our questions so we had to spend hours online researching how to properly send our package.

I need to thank someone by the name of Roger. We hosted a catch a dream girl (similar to make a wish foundation) whose dream was to harvest an elk. We processed the meat for her and drove one state over to ship it since western Nebraska couldn’t facilitate our large shipment. We froze the meat and packed with dry ice and then we’re told it couldn’t go overnight but there was a 2 day option, so we took a chance and shipped it that way since it was so cold outside. It was shipped on a Thursday afternoon, but we received a notification that the meat wouldn’t arrive to her until Monday..( 5 days total).. which meant 100# of rotten meat and a very disappointed girl. I called and a gentleman by the name of Roger helped get this meat to this sweet girl sooner, and it arrived completely frozen because they repacked fresh dry ice into it! Thank you for companies who care, like Fed Ex! You made a difference today! Especially a big thank you to Roger who spent all night working to ensure this package was safe and delivered fresh!! Well done FED EX!!

Absolutely great people! A package of mine was supposed to be delivered today and I wasnt around to accept it. I went to the office later to try and pick it up, but it was still on the delivery truck which was still running deliveries in another area and also hadnt made it back yet for the day. The people in the office were super friendly and worked with me trying to figure out the best way for me to receive my package. It really wasnt a big deal and I could have just picked it up tomorrow, but they went out of their way to arrange another driver to get my package and drop it off for me. I went back home and not even 30 minutes later they delivered it to my door. I was super surprised by not only how nice everyone was, or how fast they were able to help me out and deliver the package, but mostly I was surprised at how well they cared about me as a customer and how they tried to do everything they could for me. Id definitely give more than 5 stars if I could since they went above and beyond for me, but alas google wont let me. Oh well. Thanks again!

The FedEx store located at Mason and Olive ships cheaper and the staff is much friendlier.

Dont shoot the messenger but I did have troubles getting a package because the office hours are a bit shorter than most locations. The lady working in the office is really friendly. Dont be fooled by the exterior full of trucks. Yes it is a ship center but there is also an office on the front corner of the building.

Watch out! Dont buy boxes and then immediately try to return them. Cause they wont buy them back...even if you walk out then walk back in... If you are by there stop in and ask about the 2 free boxes I left. I bet you have to pay for them too....

Very friendly and helpful staff. I walked in with a few things to ship to my sister for Christmas and the woman who helped me was patient and carefully wrapped each item. She understood what price range I was going for and stayed within it as well

I drove 70 miles from Laramie to Fort Collins, and I was told that my package will be in Laramie FedEx office. Went to the office in Laramie, and they called office in Fort Collins, turns out that my package was there all the time. Bunch of lazy b...

Arrived at 6:01 to drop off a package. Admittedly they had every right to be closed, but as I walk to the door to drop of the package, the lady at the desk in plain site ducks behind the desk and waits for me to leave. It already had a label, they could have taken it, even if they said we cant accept that, fine. But dont duck behind a desk just because you want to avoid possible confrontation!

Melanie is great! She took care of a problem I had and even called me after it was complete to let me know everything was taken care of! We need more people like her in the world of customer service!

Horrible customer service .. they know youre there because you have to be, but I had a pac akage that needed to make it to me, so I took the day off say by the door and waited . Next thing you know I receive a message that the driver did not get a answer so they did not drop the package.. I had to wait until 5 drive down to the main shipping office and get mybpacakge. Shame .
