I came in today and couldnt be happier with the people that work there. Im disabled and use a cane, Susan was the lady helping us and was so pleasant and thoughtful she offered to get me a chair as we were doing notary services. I was amazed at empathy shown by all the employees. There was a constant stream of people coming in and out. I very impressed as nobody waited in line more than. 30 seconds. Anyway this will be the only place I use for my packages and notary services. Thanks to Susan and staff. You all were a pleasant to be around.

This is my go to store. Wonderful staff, friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to shipping. The store is always busy, but even with a line you see the knowledge they have meeting each customers needs. They have a bilingual employee which helps with Spanish speaking customers like my mother in law. Thank you for being such a great store with great employees.

Had a really bad experience. Came in 5 min before closing time and needed a document notarized and mailed out before leaving on a trip the next day.I was the only customer and the store was staffed with 3 workers but they refused to notarize my document and mail my package because they stop notarizing a half hour before closing to make sure package customers were taken care of. Fair enough policy. I made and appeal since no other customers were there again a firm no. To add insult to injury as I drove away 2 of the workers were sitting on the front table with nothing to do chit chatting and waiting to leave.

Workers are very rude, no smile, just unpleasant attitude. I dropped off two packages to return to Amazon and I dont know what happened (lost, stolen) to them. I waited for 3 weeks and had to call Amazon to ask for the return status and Amazon think it is weird too.I will not coming here anymore, This UPS store causing me too much stress!

Tried to ship a rifle Scope and was completely denied.. An older women acted like it was a complete no go. Hey maybe read up on UPS policies before shutting down customers. Here I can help you guys out.BTW FedEx didnt blink an eye.This is straight from the UPS.com site.UPS accepts firearm parts for shipment, provided the part is not a firearm as defined under federal law; the contents of the package cannot be assembled to form a firearm; and the package otherwise complies with federal, state, and local law. (Note: Receivers or frames of a firearm and firearm mufflers/silencers (also referred to as suppressors) are considered firearms and are accepted for transportation only if shipped in accordance with UPSs requirements for shipping firearms.)The owners reply is adorable. Its funny because they clearly dont know the definition of a firearm part. All modern firearms have three basic groups of parts: action, stock, and barrel. Action: The action is the heart of the firearm—the moving parts that load and fire the ammunition and eject the shells or cartridges. Several types of actions are used in modern firearms. Muzzleloaders have locks instead of actions.A scope is an accessory... It does not meet the definition of a firearm part at all but whatever. This place has bad reviews for good reason. Everyone do yourself a favor and drive a couple blocks up the street to FedEx. Youll be glad you did or just lie about what your shipping cuz they definitely wont know the difference.

Flat out refused to help me find out what happened to my package, just kept saying to call customer service and say “representative” which got me hung up on 6 times by a robot. Called the next UPS store on the list who got someone who could help on the phone in 5 minutes. I dont know whos running this store but the people working there clearly don’t care

I went in with my prepaid label to send back a return package. The service and people are great. These are real people that work here.P.S. To all the winers complaining about the parking lot, the not being able to give me my USPS tracking at UPS (Not the same place people) or the staff is rude when I complain that my Tesla is running outside and I’m in a rush to get my little darlings to elocution classes. These are real people here, working hard and don’t need selfish, uptight entitled a holes making it more difficult to have to deal with you.Just my opinion.

Charged almost $40.00 to ship what the United States postal service would charge $5.00 and were very rude when questioned why just offered to throw it away. Apparently if you are from out of state they can treat you anyway suites them.

Went to drop a package, and a guy wearing a UPS mask opened the door and said they were closed temporarily. I asked why and he stuttered and said Im not gonna get into it with you!. I said fine, you can close pernamantly, Ill never be back. They are always rude here, will never go back

This is one of the worst places in town to do business! I have never once been treated kindly by any of their employees. I always try to smile and be respectful particularly when it is busy. No one ever reciprocates a smile or even a kind gesture. Other than being treated terribly by their extremely rude staff it is probably one of the worst located stores there is. There is no way to carry a number of packages into the store without several trips across a busy parking lot and having to juggle the packages as you try to open the door. Never an easy or pleasant experience!

I wanted to overnight Mary Mountain cookies to a friend in MN BTW it costs 85 bucks. The cashier did not tell me it was not guaranteed overnight due to COVID, there are NO signs posted anywhere that states overnight is not guaranteed nor was this on my receipt! Got there 2 days later with ants! Spoke to owner today after she hasn’t called me back in 2 weeks, she said sorry that’s our policy I tell my employees to tell everyone there’s no guarantee. Well guess what owner lady! She didn’t tell me! Maybe take some responsibility and POST SOME SIGNS in your store! #customerserviceoutthewindow

Most kind caring staff ever. Exemplary customer service every time! Whoever the managers are, they definitely get an A+++ in selecting talent to join their team. Store is always very clean and well stocked. The 1 and only improvement I’d suggest: I do wish they had a day in the week where they opened at 7 or 7:30 for those of us who work 8-5 often 8-7. Otherwise love this location!!!!!!

I am often in need of notary services and overnight shipping of documents. The staff at this UPS store is the most pleasant, helpful, and efficient group I have ever encountered in my 76 years. Off the chart! Just yesterday, I asked them to verify my identity (as does a notary for documents) in a very unique phone hearing allowed by a Texas judge in a probate proceeding. All three of the ladies on staff went out of their way to be flexible, helpful, and efficient. The employee directly involved, Carlee, was cheerfully willing to get on the phone with a judge to verify my identity and then to prepare a short document confirming that process. This is the kind of service I have strived to provide my clients in a 46-year legal career. They rock!

This location has the FRIENDLIEST people ever! After having to deal with the completely rude staff in the Estes Park store for almost 2 years, we now live in Fort Collins and enjoy dealing with the Harmony UPS store.. Krista, the manager, is fabulous - always helpful, very knowledgeable and apparently knows how to hire and train good people. The entire staff is hard working and always with a smile on their face.LOVE it!

Think a prepaid label means you wont need to pay to ship a package, such as a return to Amazon? THINK AGAIN!!! All UPS Store locations are NOT created equal! This location charges a $3 data access charge to accept an email from you, plus $1 to print the label!!! This location has the meanest, nastiest, rudest, most unprofessional ladys owning and working there. Their attitudes are just plain HORRIBLE and they dont care the least bit about customer service. Additionally they have inconsistent policies and inconsistent communication. One day theyll charge you $1 for a small piece of tape and $3.10 to print a label, then the next time they wont. Avoid Danielle Phillips at all costs unless you want to deal with her vitriol. My suggestion is avoid buying from online stores that require returns through UPS. Unlike FedEx where you can print a label for $.10 from email or a USB drive, they will try to charge you $3.10 at this UPS store, and dont give you an option to print yourself for less. Theyll try to tell you their fees to print off a UPS label are for their time, materials and equipment used to complete your request ($3.00 access fee, and $.10 print fee), but ironically other shipping companies and locations dont feel the need to charge the same ridiculous fees, and cover their expense just fine with a very reasonable $.10 If they actually cared about customer service and best practices, they would at least allow you to print for $.10 without involving their staff like FedEx does. Youve been warned!!!UPDATE: You can now add LIARS to my review. They were not polite in any way at any time, and additionally I have dashcam video showing exactly where I parked that day, and it was certainly NOT in any kind of handicap spot. If the owners would like to put their money where their lying mouths are, I will gladly have a third party be the judge for $1000 going to charity to the one that proves exactly where I parked. Shows how pathetic this location is that they will resort to lies and falsely trying to discredit an honest review to change their public perception. Maybe if you changed your attitudes and policies you wouldnt have to resort to lying and people would give natural glowing reviews. All the one star reviewers cant be wrong. What a difference calling this store versus one just down the road. When I called for tracking at the first store I was asked politely for my phone number and the process was started helping me look up my package.When I called this location I was asked rudely Did you ship your package here? Then you should have received a receipt with tracking. Well, yes, I have that receipt and for some reason it appears the package has been shipped USPS not UPS so thats why I am calling because I thought I had the incorrect tracking information.Not only was I not told that this international package would be shipping through the United States Postal Service, which was the ENTIRE reason I went to the UPS store, rather than the post office, there was no acknowledgement of the error or apology. Horrible customer service every single time I have been in this location and apparently on the phone as well.I will never ship here again. Seems based on these reviews that a lot of other people have had similar negative experiences.

Negative 5 stars! After a poor experience, disagreement, and leaving a review I was confronted by the manager who marched up to me with a totally insincere apology and she proceeded to verbally attack me and said I took the easy way out with a social media review and then threatened me with, I will remember this because youre a business owner too. Later the owner called me so mad that he would not even listen to me and he said I am closing your box effective today and hung up. I recently renewed my box and I get no refund. I started out as the victim of a bad policy on their part and it ended with them stealing my money. I have reported this to the UPS Franchise headquarters.

I have had a po box with these guys over 2 years. Everytime I pick my mail or pkgs up Im always greeted by my name and with a smile. They have my pkgs ready to hand over before I can even sign my slip. They are fast, friendly and efficient. These guys make a great team and work well together. USPS could learn alot from this team and their organization. During holidays their lines can be long and intimidating at first but you will quickly realize how crazy fast it moves. I was at the end of a long busy line at the door and got to them within 2 minutes. Nothing like any other carrier company. I love my po box location and never had a mix up with mail or pkgs. I love the instant email and text notifications. In many cases you are notified before the carrier actually is done dropping off all the pkgs. Now that is fast and efficient. I love this location and wont go anywhere where else even though I now live far north ftc. Keep up the great work guys!

I never knew a piece of tape could mean so much to a shipping business. I too faced an upheaval in the store over a piece of tape. Due to the poor communication and customer service over a piece of tape, I will not be returning to this store. There are many other shipping options in FC that will happily provide tape and/or ways to assist and resolve issues.

Last Friday I tried to ship a package from this location. As stated in another review, the lady (short-dark hair-50s) tried to charge me for a piece of tape for my small box. Her attitude and high all mighty communication towards me over a piece of tape was disturbing. In an effort to just get the box returned to Amazon, I said I would pay the $1-that is when the situation became completely absurd. She was so willing to charge for a piece of tape, but she was not willing to charge my credit card for a $1. She told me she was only allowed to charge credit cards for $2 or more. She then refused to charge my credit card $2-since I was only buying a $1 piece of tape.Instead of being helpful in any way or providing any type of customer service, she refused to work with me or take my credit card. If a business is going to be so petty over a $1 charge, then the business should happily accept credit cards for their charges. This lady needs customer service training. The manner in which she communicated was so demeaning and unprofessional. Working in the industry over 20 years, I have never been treated so poorly over a $1. There are many ways this situation could have been handled-yet she happily chose to handle it in her power-trip rude manner. I will never go to this store again!!! I will share how they treat people with others. I hope losing future business was worth the $1 to this lady and to the owners of this business who allow her to treat their customers so poorly.GO TO THE UPS STORE ON LEMAY AND DRAKE!! The two men working there could not believe my experience at this store and stated they would never send a customer away over a $1. I needed one piece of tape - get charged 2.50 go next door to Ace hardware told asked by manager of ups not to give piece of tape - they really go the extra mile to not give good service - go back to ups another customer has tape gives me one to tape my box -thanks man ! - the ups has it so wrong as most customers have boxes taped shut I didnt aw shame on me - wow me with service not nickle n dime me will go a long way for return business.

Went to ship a return item and got charged $3.10 for them to print a return label (sticker) because I dont have a printer at home. Staff was not helpful and quite rude. Not very empathetic. Receipt states $3.00 charge for digital file open NR and $0.09 for 8.5 x 11 Copies which I didnt receive anything of an 8.5 x 11 size. Think they just wanted to charge me something. From what I was told by company I purchased item from, they simply couldve scanned the bar code and printed at no charge. Wow!

Great service, very knowledgable, and from the moment I walked in, they treated me very well. Explained that there were three different size boxes to rent, and didnt try to upsell me on any of their services.Multiple employees engaged me in conversation while there, which was comforting. I would recommend the UPS store for just about anyone looking for a mailbox, or other business services!

I brought a sporting goods item that is shipped daily by UPS and UPS Stoes all around the country and the manager (Krista) at this location refused to send it although Daniel Defense was shipping a repair order back with a pre purchased label. She was rude and extremely unhelpful and wouldn’t even bother to look at the rules and guidelines that they have to comply that I was looking at. An FFL IS NOT NEEDED FOR A REPAIR ORDER. UPS is used every day by Daniel Defense. A complaint has been filed with UPS after the corporate headquarters confirmed this manager and location was not in compliance with there franchise guidelines. The atturney general of Colorado has also been contacted and complaint filed. I suggest using another UPS store, they where very helpful at the other location and sent it with no problem.

Go to FedEX instead, I am Disgusted Completely! I went to this UPS Store to send a personal Item back and send a Campus Ship for work. I travel throughout the state and I forgot my labels at home. NORMALLY the UPS store allows you to email the labels to them but not this GREEDY store. This girl was RUDE and said well you have to get a credit card and login to the computed (at least $3) and print it ( another $1+) So I had to take this 40 lbs box back to my car.. they didnt even try to help with the door. I now understand why my company is moving from UPS to FedEX ! This is completely unacceptable. I got the UPS labels printed at a FedEX store for FREE! I offered to pay but they said we always print labels for free even if they arent ours - NOW that is good customer service! Take a guess who gets my business from now on
