I moved from Oregon to Fort Collins and I was so happy that there is a frozen yogurt shop near me. I tried coffee, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and cake batter and all the flavors tasted the same! So disappointed.

Awesome place! Lots of rotating flavors here, you pay by cup size so make sure to fill it up. This particular place is great because they always have dairy free chocolate and vanilla so if you are dairy allergic or want a little healthier option its there. Staff is very nice but it gets crowded.

Update: TCBY returned to the pay by ounce model again. And they only provide a large bowl. So coming here with my kiddos has turned me into the froyo nazi as I have to tell my kids to fill their bowl only half full (still $30 for 6 of us). The froyo was good and the toppings great. The majority of flavors were fruit flavors, i would have preferred a better variety of choice. Also, they seemed to be short staffed as the counter was in dire need of being wiped down and the floor had fruit toppings and was sticking ro my boots.As I was leaving, the employee had wiped down the counter and was cleaning the floor.This is a nice, casual spot for a quite dessert.

The two girls working tonight were fantastic. Very friendly, very clear speaking. I was extremely impressed with the level of efficiency they demonstrated as they worked like a well-oiled machine to deliver my frozen yogurt promptly and happily. Whoever in the hiring manager for this TCBY really knows how to do their job. 10/10 would recommend.

Im giving 5 stars because the worker was super friendly. However, social distancing and masks need to be reinforced. 3 people came in behind us. Walked right up on the back of us. Cut all around us to get their yogurt all the while with no masks on.

They just switched back to weight-based pricing. So now instead of being a good guy because Im taking the kids out for TCBY, Im the bad guy because Im policing them to keep them from getting $10 cups, half of which goes in the trash. Tonight they only had the giant cups out (32oz?), and the kids couldnt honestly understand that they had a lot of froyo, because the cup was so huge. I always hated the battle before they changed to cup-based pricing, and tonight reminded me. I guess they changed it because the owner also owns the Greeley store and theyve always done weight-based pricing there. Id encourage them to switch back to cup-based, because I just dont enjoy going with weight based pricing.

Great local spot! Products are good with lots of variety. There are board games sitting out which is very inviting. Happy to sit, enjoy our desert and play a while. Nice when a lot of places make it feel like you need to get in and out quickly!

The employees were incredibly kind and there was a large variety of both flavors and toppings! Its not just frozen yogurt, theres also sorbets and ice cream flavors available, along with dairy free options. Everything we got tasted amazing and it was ultimately a fun time, however, it was quite expensive.

I love TCBY and this location was great. I prefer the open topping bar as opposed to asking for toppings. And a large variety of choices for yogurt, though I normally get the same one. The gal working the situation was super friendly. If I had to point out one flaw, v it was the gal working was swamped and could have used since help.

Nice workers and nice setup to the store! Loved all of the games! They also have wonderful popping bobas, but sadly no fruity pebbles :(. My friends were also delighted that they have dairy free yogurt!

The frozen yogurt and toppings are always delicious but the prices and service are less than great. The young, dark-haired girl who helped us was not pleasant (to say the least). We waited at the counter in plain sight while she continued on with her regular tasks and apparently never thought to acknowledge us until several moments later. After we had our desserts mostly assembled and made our way back to the front she stood at the counter very impatiently waiting for us to finish up. We spent a lot of money at TCBY this evening and the least we expected was to be given decent customer service; the employee there during this experience hardly provided customer service at all. The food products seem to be of good quality but they are definitely over-priced.

Great place to get healthy frozen confections. My son doesnt even notice that this isnt ice cream 😉During my last visit, it looks like they actually offer birthday parties with all you can eat fruit. Definitely something to consider when looking for low-cost birthday party ideas for kids.

I like that TCBY switched to a self-serve model and I especially like the cup size pricing. They had an excellent selection of toppings, including my favorites: pecans, graham crackers, Oreo pieces, and hot fudge. The flavors arent as delicious as my local independent yogurt shop, but they were quite good for a chain. The staff were friendly too. And THANKS for providing vegan options!

Nice staff. I like that you pay for the cup instead of by weight, I think it probably ends up to be cheaper. The yogurt is really good and they have a decent fruit selection, but theres definitely more candy options. My favorite is the grapefruit froyo with fruit slices in it. I also really like their shake/smoothie options. You can add protein etc to it.

My wife and I like this place as a fun date spot. The self service frozen yogurt machines are well maintained and the toppings are delicious and varied. Lots of fresh fruit, bobos, and candy. This is also very popular spot for childrens parties.

Staff is friendly, to which is always nice, but I wish they could decide on a pricing structure and stick to it. The store, however, is always clean and there are plenty of flavor and topping choices. We will be back.

They got rid of the small containers so it looks disappointing when you fill it to the appropriate amount for a small child. They added dividers but they are too small and our Froyo mixed anyway. But the staff was nice and the shop was clean. Also, I like that they gave dairy free options.

If I could give no stars I would! The pricing structure has changed and paid $16+ for two servings! I had a cone and my son had half of the smaller sized cup. Astronomical amount of money for two servings and will not be going there again! Server was rude when I queried the prices. I was told “the scales don’t lie” - wow! You’ve lost a customer TCBY.

The floors were filthy, not clean. The topping bar was empty, not full. Toppings were dropped into other toppings containers. The fruit was clearly aged, not fresh! The topping bar was very dirty, not clean. The lighting was dark, not bright and inviting. Yes, you do pay before you serve the fro-yo. In the end, I feel you receive the same value. We have visited many TCBYs, this was by far the worst. It DID have the classic good tastes.

New pricing model is not friendly to families of young children. This was our go to spot for individual “dates” with the kids, and the occasional whole family outing. I don’t mind paying for what I get, but it is nice knowing what you will be spending before hand. What is a larger problem for me then pay by weight, is the fact that they only have the jumbo size cups available. Try explaining to a three-year-old that they actually have a lot of Froyo, when their bowl is only part way full. Not worth the fight.

The new pricing structure is 53 cents per ounce instead of by the cup size. You have no idea before getting weighted at the register how over valued it is. The 10 flavors where not very good either.

Man, I wish they didn’t switch to pay by weight, even if it is understandable. When I asked the cashier why, they explained that people had been getting the small cups and filling way past the top, and because of this, they were losing money. Although it makes sense, it’s disappointing that people just couldn’t leave a good thing the way it was. Even though it cost 30 dollars for 3 of us, it still tasted amazing.

Weve tried this place a couple of times and every time weve been disappointed. Now theyve changed their pricing model to make sure that they can gouge you for every dime. The yogurt has become more and more flavorless, the best part about it is the toppings bar. And now that theyve changed the pricing model its not worth it at all.

The froyo is marked with which ones are gluten free, and if not, the friendly servers are happy to go check! Fun dessert place.

I love the lights and the self serve! The girls working dont provide any customer service. They stand behind the counter gossiping and sitting on the counters; to me thats incredibly unprofessional. Id like friendly service anywhere I go. Theyre shouting how terrible some flavors are and I actually have one in my cup thats delicious. Pretty sure your employees should be encouraging customers to try things. very unimpressed.

Drove up from Loveland for my wifes birthday dessert. Checked on Google before making the drive, hours said they are open until 10pm. Arrived at 9:02 Open sign still on. Walked in and was informed they are closed. Im so confused. I cant rate based on the quality of the froyo however I have been in the service industry for most of my working career and if the door is unlocked, open sign still on I would always take care of that customer. Can I get some clarification please.

The new pricing system makes getting frozen yogurt much less of a hassle. The store is clean, the staff could be friendlier, but the product makes up for it.

I dont like the new format where you make your own. I much preferred getting a Shiver through the drive thru, but hey...it still tastes good.

You get one of two cup sizes- 16 or 25 ounce. Doesnt matter which because all of the product is charged by the ounce at .56/oz. The pricing structure changed in the summer of 2018 when they business came under new management and hasnt changed since.You can easily tell how much your dessert will cost by checking the weight of your cup at one of the two readily available scales and multiplying the weight shown by the cost.Additionally, there are always deals and coupons floating around. For holidays, there are a variety of discount opportunities. On the Hooked app, there is a discount for each week day, and if you go in M-W, the store offers various discounts.The complaints about pricing come from people who are upset that they can no longer take advantage of single cup pricing which allowed customers to overflow their cups, or from parents who dont want to be the bad guy and monitor the amount of product their kids are putting in their cups. Furthermore, complaints about changing prices come from customers who havent visited in nearly a year.If you are looking for a place to get froyo that is well-kept and you are able to pay for what you get- no more, no less- then TCBY is it.We work very hard to ensure each customer is satisfied, and we even try to accomodate special diets. Im currently working on a binder that will help employees and customers have easy access to dietary information about our toppings since diet and nutrition isnt something everyone is well-read on. It will include allergens and identify whether a topoing is vegan friendly, keto friendly, etc.Take complaints with a grain of salt. The people complaining dont see what goes into keeping this place going and dont see how much it has improved in the last year.I work here and we try very hard to make sure everyone is happy coming in and leaving, and it wears us down as humans when we have people consistently complaining to us about pricing which has been the same for 9 months and is beyond our control.My non-dairy friends- We keep 3-4 non-dairy flavors at a time, and several of our toppings are non-dairy including Oreos, chocolate syrup, and of course fruits and nuts. We also always have almond milk if youd like a dairy free shake or smoothie instead. Our fruit smoothies are P R E T T Y GOOD. :)Low-sugar friends- we try to keep 2 no sugar added flavors at a time. These are sweetened with sucralose, and they have about 6g of sugar per serving which is the naturally occuring sugar in the milk. We also have a sugar free caramal and chocolate syrup, as well as sugar free chocolate bits, and other no sugar added/low sugar options. :)If you have allergens, please let a staff member know and we can assist with providing toppings that havent been exposed to other toppings with freshly washed utensils. While we cant guarantee safety because toppings on our topping bar occasionally get mixed, we can work to help provide fresh toppings per request and provide information about the ingredients and processing to the best of our knowledge. :)I hope this review helps potential customers better understand our pricing system and the effort put into providing an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Such a rip off. Yeah the froyo is good but not worth the $. Plus the place is filthy. Sticky stuff all over the walls. Residue on tables. And the working staff appeared to be 4 high school girls who did not make eye contact, say hello or say thanks. Just kept on with their personal conversation with their backs to the customers and lobby. I think the time of froyo is coming to an end......
