Extremely rude service. Forgot to wear a facemask and the manager at the store refused to provide me with one when I asked her politely for a mask so I could comply with the mandate. No other businesses in the area are enforcing the mandate including CSU. Cookies were okay but not worth going back for.

The staff has always been very nice. The cookies however never seem to be fully cooked which isnt always very appetizing. Ive also been probably 5 times and the chocolate chip deluxe cookie has never been in stock. Also the tiny box they stuff HOT cookies in on top of each other so they just end up melting into one chunk. A parchment paper piece in-between cookie layers would be very helpful for this issue and not cost hardly anything.

Ordered cookies at 10:25pm. after waiting a hour with no update called Insomnia. After being on hold for 5 minutes someone answered then hung up on me. So I called back and waited on hold for another 8 minutes for someone in a call center to answer the phone and tell me the fort collins location closed early but still allowed me to order for tonight anyway. I feel very scammed and wont be ordering from insomnia again.

Wish i could give 0 stars. Extremely rude service last night. Snickerdoodle cookies barely baked. Have had issues with getting raw cookies before, but this was the worst yet. Heading to Crumbl next time!!!!

First off whoever the guy is with long hair behind the front counter is awesome. He was very funny while we waited for fresh cookies. He does little tricks which are exciting. Those cookies were hot as heck and o so good. He lets you know all the warnings beforehand. He is very nice and the cookies taste great. Cookies are great. They are military friendly which is awesome. I had no issues and would recommend them again.

LOVE Insomnia in other locations, but not this one. Every time we have ordered here it took >2 hours to come in for a 30-45 minute order. Cookies also frequently come either very over- or under-cooked. Really wish I could rate better, its my fav cookie place in other cities, but definitely not this one.

It was nice that it was open late but I expected more with all the hype. The cookies and the ice cream were just okay. Service was bare minimum and somewhat hostile.

The only reason its not a 5 start is because the dining area is small.Its never been crowded when Ive gone in but its risky, especially in the summer.Delicious cookies and ice cream and the ability to combine them.I recommend this place very much.

Ordered cookies at 10:50pm and it is now 12:42am and they still haven’t arrived. Last week they forgot 2 of the cookies we ordered and a couple of weeks before that they forgot our ice cream. Won’t be ordering from here again.Update: I tried calling 2 times to cancel my order and nobody answered. I woke up this morning to find them on my porch with melted ice cream. We ordered 3 scoops of vanilla and got one scoop of strawberry and one scoop of mint chocolate chip. I had a text at 2:04am that they had just been delivered so over 3 hours. Thats ridiculous and there’s no excuse for that. If you’re running behind you should call the customer and let them know. Horrible experience.

The employees just dont seem to care, half the time they are out of fresh cookies while advertising fresh cookies, then they badger you about its gonna be 15 minutes is that ok? *I shrug* I said is that gonna be ok?You know what no no its not ok you have 1 job, have fresh cookies, and you cant even do that. Man your cookies taste good but I gotta tell you the experience of ordering them is getting worse and worse.

Cookies were great and the staff was friendly. If you sell food and drink though, you need to have public restrooms, at least for paying customers. I understand why you have the bathrooms for employees only on a Friday night, but then people who buy things should be able to use them.

If I could give this place a 6/5 I would, the worker that helped me (tall, shoulder length hair, bridge piercing) was soo sweet, I was clearly a little nervous and they were so helpful and kind.I only got one chocolate chip cookie because Im broke but I so wish I got more. What finally made me try this place out is that my roommate said she got a cookie from here and it was still soft after the hour and 15 minute drive home and it intrigued me. And she was not lying, when I finally got back into Laramie my cookie was still soft. The chocolate was so rich too 😍(you will need milk with these bad boyes).All in all, will come again, vibes were great gonna have lots of cookie thoughts until I visit Fort Collins again 💓

Insomia cookies in Fort Collins is the best. The customer service is so personal, professional, and helpful. I ordered on line for a delivery, and input the wrong cell number, so I called, and they promptly changed the number, and assured me the delivery would soon be on its way. Their the best!

Amazing service! We ordered the cookiewitch, but our ice cream had not been delivered. I contacted insomnia to let them know, hoping I could pick up the ice cream. However, the man I spoke with sent a driver out right away, gave us FOUR extra cookies and EXTRA ice cream. Great customer service and delicious cookies. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Ordered from you guys several times and was not disappointed, I have to say you guys are better the crumbl cause your cookies are just the right size. Had a little snafu with what door but honestly it was my mistake Luke was willing to come out again, who does that?! Luke does that!!! Working with the pubic sucks sometimes but damn guys good job

The cookies here werent anything special, however, I had incredible customer service.I had stopped in on a Monday around noon and almost everything was sold out, the gal taking my order was super apologetic and patient while I decided what to order.

They deliver cookies late at night and haven’t yet made a mistake on any of my orders, and I have ordered from here quite a bit.

Not professional at all. The staff just sits around talking all day and the store is gross and rarely is the manager there doing anything about it. The milk I got was expired and the cookie tasted like it had been out for hours.

Glorious cookies and awesome staff ALWAYS💕💕💕💗 - only reason for 4 instead of 5 is that there is only one vegan cookie option, no dairy-free milk in the cooler and no dairy-free cookie sandwiches😭🙃🤔. Otherwise an AWESOME spot for all the above options (if you dont have dairy ingredient intolerances or allergies).

I think this is false advertisement I thought there were edibles because of the name I was really disappointed there should be something that says they are not edibles I will never eat here again
