We just went here for the first time and the chocolate cookie I got was the best cookie Ive ever had in my whole life! No joke. You can tell right away that its high quality chocolate in their cookies. They were amazing! The iced sugar cookie my daughter got was also delicious with a hint of almond. Anytime Im in the area I will definitely be going back.
This place is Amazing! Every cookie I have tried has been fresh and delicious! The variety is outstanding. They keep you coming back week after week looking for your favorite while getting you to try new cookies that turn into your new favorite! Heck I don’t even have a Crumbl Cookie in my town, I have to drive 30 minutes south just to get them! Now that’s a great cookie!! P.S. if you see the Cornbread cookie listed Get It, Get SIX!
We’ve been eating Crumbl for years across different states now and they never disappoint. Great for get together a too or to freeze for later!
I would have given no stars if that were an option. I never post reviews but felt what happened should be shared.I came in with my niece to buy 3 individual cookies at one of the kiosks in the Fort Collins location. I watched her carefully select the cookies and we checked out. On my part, I didn’t pay attention to the total cost that was charged to my card.We waited and then when our order was brought out, it was the 3 cookies plus a 6 pack. I told them we only ordered the 3 cookies. The manager came over and said because “her staff already prepared the cookies, they couldn’t refund my card.” I told her that there was a mistake but we didn’t order the pack. She asked if I wanted them and I said no. She then said “either I take them or they will just have to throw them away…and I will still be charged either way”. She was very rude. I hadn’t even touched the box at that point and it was sealed shut.There were quite a few people in there and what must have happened was one of the customers ahead of us started their order at that kiosk and then ended up just going to the front cash register instead to order when called forward. My niece mentioned seeing that later after we had time to process what happened. So we must have been charged their $20 order.I was sorely disappointed in their poor customer service for something that was obviously a mistake and she had absolutely no interest. I’ve been there many times but can’t find myself to ever go back.
This cookie shop is so unique and creative! It’s fun to check the weekly flavors and hope to see some favorites along the way. So yummy!
Cookies are delicious, but every time we order through the app, they pretend to let you select the time you want them delivered, but then deliver them whenever they want. Kind of annoying when you live far away from any location but want to gift people with cookies, and they sit outside on a porch all day.
I didn’t think cookies could get any more delicious.
I am an old baker from way back and I know a good sweet...... This place has got it going on for a good cookie and I mean good..... I love the classic sugar cookie because it has an almond icing on top and it is truly a classic..... I seriously cannot pick out one cookie that is the best I promise you will find one you like.....

Amazing, decently large cookies. About as large around as a donut, priced similarly if you were to get nice bakery donuts.
Weekly cookies are hit or miss, but staff being friendly and quick gives a good reason to keep coming back.
Their Coconut Caramel Fudge was one of the best cookies Ive ever had! The hunk of coconut on top mixed well with the caramel and chocolate, and the sweetness isnt overwhelming. About 2/3rds through the cookie, the butter and sugar made it a bit heavy for me since I dont eat desserts much, but it was so good. Id recommend splitting it with someone possibly.

Extremely pleasant staff. The line moved quick. You were able to watch the chefs cracking eggs and mixing butter for the cookies while waiting in line. The person ensured my order was correct when it was given to me. The place was very clean and you can see the entire process.But most important, the cookies were AMAZING! Very fresh and moist. They put the toppings on right there in front of me. And the cookies are HUGE. I thought $4 for a cookie was a bit much but then I had one. Its enough to make a lunch out of it.I highly recommend crumble cookies. I also recommend every one of the 6 choices. They are all excellent!
Awesome cookies super friendly and easy to order. My order got mixed up with the person in front of me unfortunately.. I called them when I got back home, not only did THEY apologize they told me to keep the cookies I got and if I wanted to come in my order was available with my 4 pack! Will definitely be back!
Super fast service today with the free chocolate chip cookies event. Almost every customer ordered extra cookies on top of their free ones and it took at most 20 minutes from start to finish. That included waiting in a line of 30 and receiving what we ordered immediately.These cookies are massive so if you are a cookie monster, this is for you. The price is a little high and youll save more if you buy the packs of four and 12 but that means youll spend more than you may anticipate.Overall Im not a huge fan of pink but I actually found the theme and overall style of the building to be really nice and sleek!Give it a try if you can because there isnt another store very close!
I got 2 frosted cookies. I got so sick. They have to be using strange preservatives in either the cookie dough or frosting. I was out of commision for 6+ hours. Terrible headache and stomach problems.

I bought a 4 pack. The strawberry cheese cake one was either under done or soaked through, we had to use a spoon to eat it.The other 3 were awesome.

I would really appreciate the team to care a little bit more about preparing the cookies correctly. There have been numerous times where the topping was sloppy, or wrong, and the cookie itself was way undercooked. But Crumbl Cookies in general, well as a fellow Cookie Monster, I’d have to say I am sucked in! I wait for the flavors to come out each week and the cookies I’ve tasted have exploded my tastebuds!
First time experience was pretty good! Came here for the grand opening free cookie day. The only option for free cookies was Chocolate chip. But the chocolate chip cookies were served warm and gooey. Also the chocolate chip wasn’t too sweet which we really liked! For being free cookie day the line was moving super quick.Ordered 4 cookies to try some other flavors. The box is huge but still doesn’t accommodate 4 cookies so unfortunately my salted caramel cookie frosting was all smushed on the package of the sugar cookie. Little weird they have a “chilled” sugar cookie. Why would anyone want a cold cookie? Maybe the frosting? Not sure. I’ll update my review once I taste it and give my thoughts.Customer service was great! lots of people working to make hot chocolate chip cookies fresh.Asked about the rotating cookie schedule- The chocolate chip and chilled sugar cookie are their staple cookies then every week the other 4 Cookies rotate through flavors.

Delicious cookies that are fresh and warm! If you want the chilled sugar cookie, they have that as well. These cookies are fun and really great for any occasion. They change up the flavors weekly and the options are great. They always have the chilled sugar and chocolate chip and the new offerings hit every Monday.
Crumble Cookies never disappoints!!! The warm cookies are warm, soft and delicious every time.The chilled sugar cookies and red velvet cream cheese are my favorites. Well also, you cant go wrong with the milk chocolate chip either, they are my husbands favourite!!

If you’re looking for a quick treat, this is the place to go! The cookies are BIG and they have warm or chilled options. Our family of 6 struggles to finish a box of 4 cookies. They are conveniently located in the middle of town and the wait is never very long- if we have to wait at all. It’s worth it every time!

I love Crumbl! The different flavors are fun to try and really delicious! However the last time I was at this location, the music was so loud, I could barely hear the employee when I had a question. One of my kids had to leave, it was much too loud for her. Please turn down the music!

The cookies rate 4 stars. Cream cheese frosting is MUCH sweeter than other crumble cookie stores we have been. The cookies themselves were cooked well and as always huge. Only 2 stars for the service. We asked for cream cheese icing to be put on the pumpkin cookies we ordered.This isnt a problem at other locations. We wouldve paid extra for it.My husband was told they wouldnt put it on the cookie or even let us have some to put on ourselves. Said we would have to order extra cookies that came with icing and scrape it off and put it on the pumpkin cookies ourselves.That seems pretty ridiculous.

These are the most delicious cookies ever. I dont recommend ordering delivery because they use 3rd party delivery services. Doordash ruined my first delivery order. The cookie topping was all over the place. This location replaced my order via curbside pickup. I now use curbside exclusively.

Delicious cookies. Very rich and definitely large enough to soothe any sugar craving. Sadly they tend to get rather busy and as everything is made to order in terms of decoration and frosting, it can be more of a wait than other similar stores.
