Under staffed, under trained, and under paid. Out of three cars they messed up all our orders, double charged one order and were incredibly slow. I dont think staff is to blame. Available flavors werent listed on the menu and management never addressed this. Theyre spread too thin. Were never going back to Baskin Robbins again. Oct 3, 2021 7pm

Friendly staff, good flavor selection with new flavors added frequently, good atmosphere, good cakes and other bakery style stuff, all in all a great Baskin robbins

The lady taking orders was rude. They didn’t have any donuts available and they barely had a few ice cream choices. I ordered a kids mermaid cup and it was just a scoop in a cup. I asked if they ran out of the mermaid stuff and the guy said yes is that a problem. Well when add more money for the mermaid yes it’s a problem. I do not recommend this new location for service or product.

Stated they couldnt take coupon from app or email. Plus they had like 10 flavors. Why they call this baskin robins Ill never know.

I heard it was National Ice Cream day. Ill use any excuse to eat ice cream! The cotton candy ice cream was beautiful and sweet, but didnt actually taste like cotton candy.

The staff is always kind and you can tell they are having fun when they work. Its apparent that they enjoy their job! It is a combo store so they dont have as big of a selection but you can get coffee and ice cream! Cant go wrong!

The food was decent by far not the best Ive ever had but the waitstaff was superb. Our waitress Madison was funny, personable, and very engaging. I would go back just to have her as my waitress again.

Ordered from Door Dash on a whim. They were out of EVERY TOPPING we ordered. How can an ice cream place run out of nuts and sprinkles? Seriously? The scoops were tiny. The hot fudge was basically Hersheys syrup, but even more off-putting. The ice cream texture was awful and tasted like it was made with bad fake sugars. Worst ice cream Ive had in years.

The food, ice cream and drinks are great. The service is another story, I’ve tried going back a few times and the few different employees I encountered were very rude. They act as if you’re an inconvenience to them, I’d love to come back but unfortunately the employees have helped make my decision not to.

Stopped in on a monday i think. i had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. prices are fair. this place has many great reviews for a reason.

The food is consistent, but the service is not. Today there was a line at the drive-thru so we went in to order instead. They were so understaffed it took almost 10 minutes to be helped and we were the only customers at the counter.

The cakes are not priced correctly and there is an added charge at the counter. There is nobody there to write messages on the cakes something I find important in a cake store. The lady at the counter was rude.

Got a free bday scoop and a free medium coffee. Coffee is ok. Key lime pie ice cream is great! Even if it kinda reminded me more of lemon cookies.

I dont know if tonight was an off night but I had to remind my server multiple times of what I ordered and what should be included in that item. I was very disappointed hopefully next time will be better.

F this place. They are beyond rude. Not only did last time she not give me what i ordered then had a smug attitude about it, this time for no reason ordering for my kids, her tone of voice was just unprofessional. I did not purchase because of this alone and after two visits like this highly likely we wont be back. I dont watew my money on a holes like that. Cold Stone here we come! Where well be greeted with smiles and they wont argue when I order something a certain way.

Baskin-Robbins is back in Fort Collins. Unfortunately, the flavors they have are limited, so it’s not the 31 flavors we grew up with and loved. My wish is that they add their chocolate-peanut butter chunk ice cream to their available selection.

Too bad i cannot give half to no stars, terrible service. The employees were rude and pretended like no one was there. Literally- the first rude encounter ive had in colorado. No customer should have to stand there for more than three minutes and be ignored.

My friend and I stopped in for some ice cream and whats not to like with Baskin and Robbins! we had no complaints enjoyed it and well go back again.

We love Baskin Robbins, but every time sleep go to this one, theyre always out of chocolate chip. Its our favorite so it sucks to have to pick something else out
