Ordered more than a week in advance for my anniversary. The seasonal arrangement and the seasonal red velvet cupcakes and only got half my order. No cupcakes and no way to easily report the missing items.Not the best experience for a first time customer.
Im embarrassed to admit I waited until the last minute to get my dads his most favorite treat. I was so disappointed when I called their number just to double check their hours. To my surprise Theresa called me right back. To tell me shed wait and unlock the door for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH THERESA!!! People like you are very rare these days. I cant thank you enough Theresa!!!! And the fruit was absolutely perfect!

I placed my first order with this company exactly one week ago. I had hoped to have treats and flowers delivered on my best friends birthday, which is today May 5th. Wanted to send her something special this year because I no longer live in the same area and was unable to celebrate with her this year.Edible Arrangements charged me $97.99 for a Birthday special that included flowers and fruit. I also added a bag of chocolate caramel popcorn, which was $6.99. With an additional charge of $37.98 delivery charge and $11.08 sales tax my total came out to $154.04. I received a confirmation that everything would be delivered on May 5th like I requested. The confirmation email provided a “Track your order” but that gave no helpful information and I was only able to find out that the full order had not been delivered because my friend contacted me and by that time your store was conveniently closed. Thank you Edible Arrangements Fort Collins for taking my $150 just to deliver a $7 bag of popcorn to my friend on her birthday!!! Maybe remove the “we got everything from here” message from the confirmation email you send to your customers since you cannot deliver on your promise.
I ordered my sister a birthday arrangement that never showed up to work for her. I specified that she works for a school. I called them and the phone call went straight to voicemail I left a voicemail and nobody ever got back to me. I sent them a message online. Still didn’t hear from them and still waiting on getting a refund. I even ordered this arrangement two days before her birthday. If I could I would give them zero stars. I will never order from them ever again.
Very, very, very disappointed in what I received. It was my wife and my 39th anniversary and I wanted to get her something different. For 60.00 you would think at least the fruit would be ripe and delicious. But Nooooo. It plain old SUCKED. Never again will they get any of my, my family or friends business. Rating more like 1/2 star.
I bought a gift certificate at a non-profit fundraiser in November of 2019. I have been trying to use this gift certificate since March of 2020. It says I must call ahead to use any value. I have called maybe a total of 30 times— to no avail. No one ever answers the phone. Even called corporate to see if they could get through on the phone line. It is now February of 2021 and still no response after leaving countless messages. Would not recommend.
Terrible terrible. If I could do zero stars I would not only is it pricey but they never answer!!!! I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for over 4 days left voicemail and no call back. My order tracker was never updated and was not delivered!!!!! I tried calling and of course no answer customer service loops you back to their office why have a phone or business if your not responsive, special occasion ruined..... I will never order here again was just robbed basically $60+ order and no refund processed.. I am furious!!! I can’t believe I didn’t read all these reviews, I would have never placed an order here!
I ordered a my birthday gift of free strawberries along with an arrangement. I specifically put that it was a business address. I ordered it 3 days earlier than I normally do. And it showed up on a Friday at 5:20pm when the business closes at 5pm. The gal who delivered it was very rude to my co-worker. I got my arrangement when I arrived at work Monday morning and there was mold already growing on the strawberries. I have been a repeat customer but I will never order from this location again.
Just out of curiosity.. what is the point in having a phone number if you guys never answer. My refund was due days ago and Ive seen nothing and havent gotten anything via email or a call back. This is NOT okay.
These guys came through in a pinch! I forgot to order a delivery for a special occasion until the night before, but they offer next day delivery and had it there within 24 hours. Phew! Even with Covid restrictions in place they still followed through on their promise to deliver quality products in quick time. Their mobile website was easy to use and made ordering very easy. Incredible customer service stacked on with good prices has me as a customer for life.

Got my mother a simple cheesecake box with dipped fruit hoping it would be similar to the picture. It is completely different and you place the toppings on. I would NOT recommend spending money on this from them! Luckily she is enjoying it anyway!
Not sure how this place is still in business. I ordered a nice arrangement and dozen cookies to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. I asked her all day the day of her birthday did she receive a delivery. NOTHING. I called multiple times and tried to email via EAs website with no response. I will now have to contact my credit card company to reject the charge because there is NO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS COMPANY! I will never order again from them.
Horrible horrible horrible experience. We have used Edible Arrangements for years, we love how fresh the fruit is and have never had an issue. Until I made the mistake of ordering from them for my anniversary. I ordered in the morning and was happy to see they were offering same day delivery. I paid the extra fee for same day delivery and placed my order. A few hours later I checked the status and it said it was out for delivery. I was expecting a call from my husband and when I still had not received one a few hours later, I checked the status again and now it said arranging your order now. I attempted to call the store but they did not answer, their recording said because of Coronavirus they were short staffed and were not answering calls but I could leave a message. As it was still semi-early in the day I decided I would wait as maybe they were just running behind. The next morning, when my order still had not arrived, I called the store again and this time left a message. I attempted to call their corporate customer service line hoping they could get through to the store, but they just route me to my local store... who, you guessed it, is STILL not answering their phone. So disappointed with this. If same day delivery was not available, or my order was going to be delayed, I would have appreciated a phone call. Some sort of communication would have made a world of difference. Edible Arrangements, your mission statement is To WOW You! And you did not. Not even close.**EDIT** I did, finally, receive a refund for my order. However I have yet to be contacted by anyone at the store, or the Corporate Office with an apology. Its so unfortunate how they made me feel like my business does not matter to them.

The arrangement possibilities are endless. The arrangements are very yummy and very beautiful to the eye. The delivery people are very kind very polite. The chocolate milks in your mouth and the party trays in the cookie trays are so good.
I have ordered online, over the phone and in person every time it is delivered on time and immaculate. The fruit tastes amazing and the chocolate is as sweet as the staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I was even given a sample of their new cake flavor chocolate. Amazing is the only thing I can say!
The bundle didn’t come with the balloon I ordered for Mother’s Day. Pretty disappointing as their stuff is not cheap.
Ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my parents’ anniversary. It didn’t arrive — no updates from the company, no apologies. I called every day for four days following only to receive a pre-recorded message that explained they weren’t able to answer their phone due to COVID but that they check their messages “every morning”. Then, after the beep, a different pre-recorded voice told me that the voicemail box was full and then the call disconnected. This happened four days in a row, with no other means of contacting the company, until I was finally able to get through and leave a message. Never got a call back, the arrangement never got delivered, but they did refund my money at least - A week after my parents anniversary. All I can say is wow, I will be never using the Fort Collins franchise of edible arrangements ever again.
Ive tried going to this location twice now, in hopes to just purchase some chocolate covered strawberries. Both times I went.. Google said they were supposed to be open still for another few hours, and each time upon arriving..they were already closed. Try calling, and never any answer. Im sorry but am I missing something? Not gonna pay a ton of money for delivery, so I give up. Will find some elsewhere.

I hired them for my sons wedding. Guess what???? They did not show up, you heard me correct, they were a no show. Manager said she had me down for the next weekend even though all her emails had the correct date. NO EXCUSE. I will NEVER use them for anything EVER.
Today I got my Edible arrangement and like the past time. The fruit was past due. Strawberry was old and moldy, the grapes looks like Raisins, and the pineapple was old and didn’t taste good at all. The only thing was good and edible was the granny green apples. Don’t order from this place they don’t care what they Deliver!!! And if this app would let me post the pictures I took and what I received I would.
It was supposed to be a birthday surprise and it was delivered a week early. Kind of a disappointment.
Horrible customer service!!! Placed an order on the 20th of August 2020. Order was never delivered, they took my money. Can’t get anyone to answer my calls. They haven’t even refunded my money yet. I am livid.
Ordered 2 arrangements and website stated this would be delivered on Morthers Day. No delivery was ever attempeted, when I called the store several times no answer just a full voicemail! They dont have a probrem charging your credit card though!! Sad that a local business would operate this way.
Very friendly & helpful staff. I stopped by one day looking for a small pre-made arrangement on the way to visit a friend. It is a small store front, and I didnt see exactly what I wanted in the cooler. The woman working there offered to help & made the perfect arrangement while I waited (about 5 minutes). It was the price I wanted (under $20), and the worker was so nice.

I ordered a same day delivery arrangement for my accountant and her team on Tax Day. Their office was closing at 3 pm and the delivery was scheduled to go out shortly after that time. I spoke with Jenny from Edible Arrangements on the phone and she was so accommodating!! She offered to deliver it herself to Loveland. I was so appreciative that she went out of her way to help! A+++ customer service! Thank you!
I ordered on april 7 for a delivery on April 8th. We still not have received it and it is saturday now. They should have given a call and said it was going to be late. Very poor customer service.
I placed an order for Valentines day to receive 24 chocolate dipped strawberries. On Valentines day I received 12 of the 24 of the strawberries. This was a tough day for me because I had surgery in the morning. I called the store and explained the situation, but they were already aware of the issue and was going to fix the situation. Its the customer service that defines a business. Mistakes happen, but its how they responded is key. They quickly fixed the issue and have us not just another 12 strawberries, but 24 more. Plus, I told them that I had surgery on Valentines day and was moving slow when they deliver. When they delivered my strawberries they added a get well arrangements to the delivery with a hand written note. I appreciate the customer service and the well wishes. Very professional and customer focused.
07FEB2020I had a disappointing experience with delivery. I ordered a box of chocolate covered fruit and a balloon on Friday at 230 P.M. online and it said it would be same day delivered before 7 P.M. I got a call that evening saying it couldnt be delivered and would be delivered the following day. That next day I recieved another call that my order couldnt be delivered that day either. (I paid extra money to find something to be delivered quickly to a toddler with a head injury). They said they would throw in extra chocolates for her and deliver it Monday. So, I reluctantly agreed because I already paid for it and 2 days had passed since her accident. Turns out they delivered it today afterall... Okay, but with a frowning face balloon (Not at all what I chose and paid for online or wanted as a pick-me-up to give to a hurting child) and no extra chocolates as promised for the messy delivery issues. Just a bummer. I could have saved money and gotten a better experience elsewhere. I wont be ordering from here again. Just very unorganized. I dont recommend this location.
A friend ordered a huge bouquet for my sons first bday party. Card said, “happy first bday”. Was told they’d be delivered around 2pm when she ordered online. The delivery driver showed up at 7:40pm. Woke up my two kids and was super rude when I asked why she was at my door so late. I could have handled it better, but who needs a bouquet of fruit we 8 o’clock at night????
Nothing compares to that first taste of fantastically sweet juicy strawberries contrasted with th slightly bitter taste of really dark chocolate! I have given many gifts ot Edible Arrangements double boxes of the chocolate covered strawberries, and the amazement and gratitude of the recipients was always the same: overwhelming! Location has made no difference, as I have sent them all over the United States! Always excellent flavor, ripeness and service! The 2 times Ive had to try a different though well known brand, the quality never was as good!Keep it up EA!
We had an arrangement delivered for my daughters tea party, the delivery was on time and the driver was very polite and even asked where we would like him to put the arrangement? The arrangement was a Disney Princess one where the crown comes off and she can wear it later on, the girls loved the look and the fruit was fresh and delicious! Thank you so much and we will be ordering from them in the future!

Ordered an arrangement for Valentines day, it was delivered a day late after clearly sitting or since the previous day. After multiple phone calls with no one ever answering, and no responses to the voicemails, Ive been in three times and have been unable to get in contact with anyone. Absolutely ridiculous way to run a business, I would never order from them after this incident. Awful awful service.

Update: I talked to the owner of the shop (I called them, they never called me back when I put in a customer service request) and apparently, the box was delivered on time but the driver didnt update the system. And, I have to say, the follow up was very slow.---------------------------------------------------I ordered a box on Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday. No email or call to say they couldnt deliver it. When I checked on line on Friday, it said Delivery Unsuccessful with no explanation. I called the 800 number, entered my order number and had silence on the phone. No message, no hold music, nothing. I called again and tried to get out of automated and couldnt. Again got silence when I asked for some real help. I called the store directly and left a message. No call back yet. I put in an online complaint -- nothing back yet.I have no idea what the issue is / was and I cant get a hold of a real person.
I had a great experience with edible arrangements. The staff took care of me and delivered my arrangement on time as promised. I will use them again. Ignore the bad reviews on here - theyre all over 5 years old when Im assuming they had a different owner.
I ordered an arrangement 3 weeks before my sons birthday. I called because it was late and said that their delivery people have left for the day. I got a complete refund and the next day they delivered it free of charge. That was very nice of them. Thank you.

I spent $240 to order an arrangement for my wife for our anniversary from our local store in Fort Collins, CO. It arrived a day late, the fruit was actually hot - most of the chocolate was melted (as if the whole thing had been sitting in a hot car all day), and much of fruit was falling off the arrangement. It looks so gross that my kids, who will eat anything, won’t even touch it. Very disappointed.
Used to have alot better service. My mother in law ordered an arrangement for my family for Valentines day. At first they said they could deliver it and then later said they couldnt and wouldnt call us either way. We both called, during posted business hours and got a recording, and no call back. Went the next day to pick up and they didnt have my name on any arrangement so just gave me one they thought was for me. The fruit wasnt bear as good quality as Im accustomed to from EA. Will probably still use them in other towns, just not the Fort Collins, CO location.

Ordered a 12pc just thinking of you arrangement, and what got delivered was a 6 pc, happy birthday mom arrangement. I called the ft collins store to see why they messed up, the employee said she would contact her manager and call me back. Its been 24 hrs and Ive yet to hear from them! #rude
