Took car in for problem with the transaxle. Drove home with the same problem.
Purchased Nissan LEAF battery from Fort Collins Nissan through Nissans website (parts.nissanusa.com). This was a Black Friday sale. Dealership cancelled the sale, and told me this is a restricted item. I bought it already through the website. Paid in full. It was a significant discount. They refunded my card, but now Im just out of my discount. It was an $2124.99 discount (very expensive part). I was told it was a mistake that this item was posted for sale on the website. I missed out on all other black Friday sales, as I had allocated all of my available funds to this sale. Ruined my holidays. I could have realized many other sales and attained equal savings. Now I have to wait another year for black Friday sales.
Service Technicians know (via caller id) me by name. They are always very helpful and pleasant to work with. They always remember little things about my family, car, as well as myself.
The service department treated me with the utmost respect. Perform Diagnostic in a timely manner. Communicated with me what needed to be done and was transparent on the prices. I would highly recommend having your vehicle service here

Our first visit was not smooth, because of change of personal. But I am glad to say that they have worked it out and the new team they have now is on top of it. So give them another chance if you had a rocky visit before . And let them make up for it.

I bought my Nissan in 2015. This is my 2nd one. I love it?! Sales people were great. Since then I have gone to the service dept for everything. They are a absolutely awesome. They tell you when and what you need . They never ever try to get you to do any fixes to your car unless it needs done. They may say we think maybe next service out you may want to consider gettting coolant done etc.... I am trying to get my son to trade his car in for a new Nissan especially because of the service people here in this shop! Well done guys!Rosemary McArthur
