By far the best experience I’ve had customer service wise and very professional. They handled my situation with integrity and did very professional work. They also gave me a loaner car to borrow. Kevin is a good man and makes you feel like family. I highly recommend them for anything they are capable of doing and will stick with them as long as I’m in Fort Collins.

I highly recommend Specialty Auto Body for anyone who is needing work done on their vehicle. Brian is incredible to work with. This is the 3rd time that I have used Specialty Auto Body for repairs - and I am mad at myself for not writing a review sooner! I came in needing nearly my entire car fixed, and Brian and his team not only got it done in an efficient amount of time, but they went above and beyond my expectations. The cost was within my budget, and the quality of work that they did was without a doubt - better than any other shop in Fort Collins. You would be hard-pressed to find someone like Brian anywhere else. Thank you Brian and your team at Specialty for always doing amazing work on my vehicles. You all are truly amazing!

Professionalism, precision, excellent communication from the staff to the owner it just doesnt get any better. Kept me informed throughout the process and even went to bat for me with the insurance adjuster. The car looks better than new and was delivered a day early. Doesnt get any better!!! Thanks to everyone there (and the dog too for the free therapy) who got me back on the road looking great again.

I had some hail damage fixed by Specialty Auto Body and they did a great job. Customer service was excellent, the repairs were finished earlier than expected and my truck was returned with a detailed wash inside and out. I highly recommend this place.

Outstanding Service - They were quick to get me in. They gave me regular updates with text, so I was able to know exactly what was going on with my cars repair. Just picked up the car, and it looks great. Wouldnt go anywhere else after this experience.

I called for a ballpark price to paint a tailgate. I have been calling around today, and have been quoted between $300 and $750. I wanted to see if they were competitive with other shops in the area. The lady that answered the phone told me that they would have to see the vehicle. Before I could explain that it wasnt attached to a vehicle, she restated that they wont do any estimates without seeing the vehicle. Ill shop elsewhere.

If I could I would give this spot a 0 rating. Dana was extremely rude to me and treated me like an idiot when I asked questions about the repairs, and repair costs. She would dodge questions and ignore phone calls. She refused to acknowledge I had found the replacement part somewhere else cheaper. Then to top it off, my credit card has been hacked. Im not saying it was her specifically, but it is really weird that it happened like that. At all costs avoid this place, you will end up saving yourself money and peace of mind in the end.

HORRIBLE customer service! My insurance company is NO LONGER USING THEIR SERVICE after reading this letter I sent them. Dana was TERRIBLE!Thank you for your email. I would like to write to you before we talk, because the reason that I filed a claim is kind of complicated. I spent this morning visiting the two auto body shops trying to clarify the issue.After I pulled up over a high curb and pulled the bumper loose from the fender cover I took my car to a body shop which I have used once before. They gave me an estimate of $1000. to repair the damage. Because of this I filed a claim with you.When I took it to Specialty Auto Body where you sent me they gave me an estimate of only $500. I wanted to find the reason for the difference in the two estimates.First I took back it to my shop who gave me the first estimates. I asked my questions. They looked at both bids and went outside and showed me the reasons they included $500 more work to their estimate. Gave me questions to ask. They were very helpful.Then I went back to Specialty to ask the same questions. Dana, who looked at my car the first time, but denied that this morning, was unbelievably rude to me.All I wanted was to ask about the difference in the two estimates. She would not listen to me when I tried to explain that. She accused the other shop and me of just trying to make money. Not true for me! Its $500 out of my pocket either way. Im just trying to compare estimates. I told her at least twice I was not asking her to change her price, after she accused me of doing so. She refused to look at the other estimate or help me in any way to clarify.She was very disrespectful. I was not trying to cheat anyone.I think I should drop the claim to Encompass involving the front bumper even though I may have to pay more. I do not want to deal with Specialty Auto or Dana again.I will also be asking my agent, John Jacks, to search for a new company to serve me. Customer Service is Everything! My first experience with Encompass has not been worth the little money I saved with Encompass. I will make sure my agent knows that. I have been with him since 1984 and this is the only bad customer service I have experienced. I will be sure to tell everyone who will listen about my bad experience.Sincerely,Patti Williams

My car was towed to Specialty Auto Body after a pretty bad accident. Id never been in a crash before and had no idea how to deal with insurance, repairs, rental cars, etc. Dana talked me through everything, answered all my naive questions, and made sure I was well taken care of. I never felt taken advantage of or made to feel stupid, and my car was all fixed up and ready to go just exactly when they said it would be. This is the first time Ive written an online review--I felt prompted to because they were so kind, timely, and trustworthy.

We have taken both of our vehicles to Specialty Auto Body over the past several years. Weve used one other body shop in Fort Collins in the past, but have found the quality of work and attention to detail provided by Brian and his team to be superior. They do a thorough estimate, provide craftsman-like quality, and deliver the vehicle when promised. The insurance adjuster indicated to us they were a consistently reputable shop when I checked with them on our last repair. I wish that body work wasnt needed on cars, but give that accidents happen-- Speciality is our top choice to get us back in great looking shape. The other amazing aspect of Speciality, is that they have a couple of loaner cars that you can borrow as long as you pay for the gas and keep the mileage down below 70 miles/day. This was a lifesaver for our household being down to one car for the week.-Steve and Connie, Fort Collins
