Excellent service. I had booked an appointment 5 days prior. Turns out they didnt have my tires in stock so they upgraded me at no additional charge (your milage may vary).They are always very friendly and polite. They do a great job explaining what your service call will look like. And the turn around time was fast.

This location is absolutely amazing!! Jeremy is a super chill dude!! Was in a super big rush and didnt have time to make it down, so he offered to come get my truck for me and told me an exact time they would have it done!! (They finished 10 minutes early) lent me a vehicle so I could get back to the shop and get my Truck!! Killer warranty on my tires!! Fast, honest, reliable!! Just had to get a trailer tire there and with their road Hazzard warranty only cost me the price of the new warranty and I had a brand new tire. Ended up with 2 flat tires in one day. Brought my car into Discount Tire, was greeted before I even entered the building, and they had my new tires installed and ready to go about 35 minutes later. Very exceptional service.

Great and fast service. Free rotation and flat repair. Place was packed today and I was still out of there within an hour. Came here for my tires a few months ago and wont be going anywhere else anymore.

Employees were really accommodating and decent, did the job pretty fast. I kinda feel I paid a bit much for just two sedan tires, but I understand that an 18low profile tire runs a bit more than others probably do, so I get it.It just is never a good time to get a flat, but especially bad timing this time around, so the fact they got us in and out quickly and were friendly as well was enough to give them the 5th star on this review 👍

Ive been taking a couple vehicles to the North College location for a few years now and its always been a pretty easy experience. The mechanics working in the shop area do a lot of hollering and loud singing, so the whole place stays pretty noisy. Its good to see enthusiastic workers, but its hard to tell how focused they are. I just found one of my lug nuts cross-threaded, which resulted in a stud being broken during a roadside tire change. Safe to say it was not carefully put on and hand-torqued. However, a couple of the sales/management guys up front made things right by sending me to BG Automotive with a voucher to have it fixed for free. Definitely doing the right thing, but its a little worrisome to see a stack of pre-printed vouchers for that exact problem. Ill continue to come back because of good prices, quick service, and good customer service, but I think Ill be checking all my lug nuts after service there from now on.

Discount tire is by far the best option for tires in town. They match prices as long as they can verify the price is legit on tires and they will rotate for free for the life of the tire. I highly recommend their tire insurance as it covers the tire for its mileage life and it covers all damages including tire replacement for unrepairable damages. To top it off their customer service is top notch 👌. I wont get tires anywhere else!

The only good thing about getting a flat tire was going to Discount Tire Michael helped us find the best deal for us on a very busy Saturday At one point we went outside to see if we could find a better deal at another store and he never lost patience If they have employee of the month I do think he would be a good choice Thank you Discount Tire!

Ordered and made an appointment online. Kinda booked out a couple days for the morning. They called me the night before and informed me they didnt have the tires I ordered, so they upgraded me for no extra charge (awesome). Got there right on time, taken care of right away. Took an hour for 4 tires! Nice options for seating. Great customer service. My car feels so much smoother!

Made an appointment for new snow tires. They had a rebate offer going on. Service was fast, and the man who helped me was efficient and helpful. Fortunately he didnt talk down to me about tires, since I am well educated about tires.

They were quick to make up excuses as to why they cant patch my tire. Low tread is no reason for not patching a tire....they are just want to sell a new set of tires. Sadly I guess I will buy my next set somewhere else.

Woke up with two flat front tires. I had been saving to get a new set and it ended up I needed them sooner than later. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get affordable, safe and reliable tires on my car. Thank you.

We have been purchasing tires for our two vehicles from Discount Tires for the past 10 years, and always been satisfied until this most recent visit. We bought a used travel van and wanted to check the tires for wear. The tech measured the tires and said one of them was at 4/32s and the other 3 at 5/32 so he recommended replacing them right away and i scheduled an appt for the next day. Because I was also looking for wheels I stopped at another store. Then measured the tires at 6/32 and 7/32s explaining that I had plenty of wear left before they needed replaced. These later safe measurements were confirmed by another shop. I am very disappointed to no longer feel confident in trading at Discount Tire, so will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been a Discount Tire customer for over 30 years. My customer experience with the manager, Jeremy, was the worst I’ve ever received at any location. Business gets busy (aren’t they fortunate in today’s financial climate), but customer service is a valuable asset for continuing to stay busy.I am no longer a loyal Discount Tire customer, and if I do wander back I will never go to this location!

Website for making appointment is clunky and didn’t record my appointment. Expect minimum 2 hour wait. Doesn’t seem to make any difference in length of time whether or not you have an appointment.

I needed my tires balanced and rotated so I called and asked for a quote, they said even though they only put two of my tires on they would do it at no cost, while there I had them also put two other tires on and I was in and out In 35 minutes! Big thanks to Michael!

These guys were great, I accidentally scheduled an appointment at the wrong store, I notified the correct store (this store) and they said no problem and got me in. Blake at the front counter helped out and was super helpful in guiding me through the process, told me my car would be ready in a hour, it was ready way before hand. I was traveling alone when I had a low tire pressure warning on my vehicle... I googled a tire company close to my location and Discount Tire came up... I called and the kind man who answered the phone gave me wonderful directions... when I arrived, they took care of the tire in a timely manner, even though they were very busy. When my vehicle was finished, another kind man brought me my keys and much to my surprise, said there was no charge to me. If I could give this location zero stars I would. I originally go to the colorado springs location meanwhile I moved to Fort Collins about 6 months ago. In the month of May I went in and was told no discount could be applied to my tire purchase due to me not being the card holder of the brakes plus card. I paid full price for my tires no problem what ever. I was then told by the colorado springs location that at least a 5% discount should have been applied due to it being memorial weekend.On oct 24, 2020 i had an appointment i was early and understood I would probably have to wait 45 minutes to an hour. I over heard from another representatives talking to a walk in customer that it would take about and hour and 30 minutes. I then asked the representative assisting me am I looking at about that same wait time? He stated yes, this is and it will remain the busiest time of year until about February. I said I understand hence forth why I scheduled an appointment. Two other representatives got involved and verified my appointment and corrected the rep assiting me. The manager stating it should be under and hour. I said thank you handed them my keys and went to the king soopers right next door. I received a text 30 to 40 minutes later stating my car was ready I paid for my groceries and walked back over. The discount tires representatives Michael provided me both sets of keys and I kindly thanked him. Then went out to the discount tires parking lot looking for my car. After walking around the parking lot for about 3 minutes two arms full of groceries I finally pressed the panic button on my car to find my car in the kings soopers parking lot. I am not sure if they did not notify me because of my statement or other reason.This customer service is AWFUL!!

Had a flat tire that was beyond repair. Scheduled an appointment. They were on time, and it took less than an hour to get 2 new tires and a rotation. Employees took proper COVID-19 precautions and pushed for good social distancing. I have had nothing but good experience with this discount tire store. Its my preferred tire shop.

I would highly recommend this place. I came in without an appointment on a Friday morning last month to get my tires changed and they had me in and out within 45 minutes. The representative who worked with me was very knowledgeable and great at communication.

I brought my 1968 Shasta camper to Discount Tire to have the tires replaced and it turned out to be more difficult than expected. It is hard to fit newer tires on old campers and Bryce had to get creative and do some research to find the best tire to fit my old camper. The staff originally struggled to communicate the problem with me or find a solution that didnt require me to deflate and inflate the tire after installation, but instead to find a smaller tire with a higher load bearing capability. I really appreciate Bryce educating his staff on better communication to customers in the future and on troubleshooting difficult situations. Bryce exceeded my expectations and took care of me, and I am very pleased with how everything turned out. I recommend Discount Tire for both their pricing and their customer service.
