Mark and Rex went above and beyond to get my extra vehicle safe and looking nice again. Mark was very kind to my young granddaughter who had wrecked it. We are so happy with the work as well as the kindness!

This is a family business. Brothers Mark and Rex are hospitable souls with a Midwestern drawl, and have been fixing cars since the seventies. Lately I have received great counsel, warnings, and even encouragement regarding possible work on an insurance claim. Years back I brought them a Nissan pickup that needed front end work. As it happened the estimate had an error. (The headlight was not an older style, sealed glass lamp). They charged me as estimated. At the time I was paying out of pocket. This was a great kindness and I have not forgotten.

For personalized work, this is the place to go. Its a small shop, so you usually have to schedule an appointment ahead of time for an estimate instead of dropping in, but thats a good thing. I needed to patch some bad rust on the fenders and rocker panels of my Jetta -- unlike 3 other body shops that took one look at the damage and quoted me factory-new repairs more expensive than the car itself, I had two long 1-on-1 discussions with Mark about the pros and cons of different approaches. Once we made a decision, I wasnt charged one penny more than the original, reasonable estimate, despite the job taking more work than anticipated. And it looks damn good. These guys deserve a much better rating.

I needed my car to be fixed and I understood the gentleman was busy so I waited 3 days for an estimate. He finally told me he was just so busy, he couldnt give me an estimated time for when just my estimate would be given, and that I might as well just come pick up my car. I was polite and patient but after that I couldnt be ok with such disrespect. On top of that he extremely over estimated my damage and if wouldve stayed and waited he wouldve charged me several thousand of dollars for a job not worth that amount. I do NOT recommend this place.

This is one of those places that doesnt look like much from the outside, but dont be fooled. These guys know what quality work is. If you are a little reluctant because its not a huge place or because its not the most inviting, dont be. Trust me that you will be happy with any type of body work that you get done here.

8/27/14I called Choice City about paint-less hail damage repair because I had seen a banner on the front of their store advertising this service. The individual who answered the phone gave me the impression that I was bothering him by calling and indicated that they could possibly do hail damage repair depending on their technicians schedule. He told me they would need my insurance information and the insurance estimate before they would do anything. I let him know that I simply wanted an independent estimate and he said that they would not do that. The reason I want an estimate apart from what my insurance company has already estimated is to get multiple independent estimates. The point of the estimate is that it is independent, as in not based on a previous estimate. The fact that this shop will not do an estimate without the insurance companys estimate as a starting point discredits the integrity of their estimate process. The individual on the phone was pretty impolite on top of it all. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

The work done on my truck was poor at best.The work done was over priced. The work that wasnt done to my truck that was supposed to be done when I brought it up the guy acted like he didnt care. I wouldnt take your automobile to this place.

We have been working with Choice City Auto Body for years, they do an awesome job, they are up front and HONEST. They always get my business.
