Steve and Tim are not your typical sharks.I am a serious buyer and when I knew what car I wanted I called every Kia within 50 miles of my home to have rude salesman push me out further from where I live. Steve was the first person that was welcoming. He took the time to ask me questions to narrow it down to what I was looking for. When a car I had an interest for was sold he called me immediately and helped me find other interests.Very nice to be able to not feel pressured. To get exactly what you’re looking for without having to compromise.

Did the bare minimum on a recall service for my car, just enough to not get sued I suppose. Car broke down while driving, went completely black with no warning, no lights, power steering or power brakes .. recall was for electrical fuse box.. had a fuse that was blown and even told them about it and still they did not replace.. they returned my car to me with the headlights and windows not working.. wish their service was way better considering with all the recalls Im basically driving a death trap

This was my last time going there! The place is crowded and no parking available most of the time. Parts department provided poor customer service both over the phone and in person! While one person was nice and helpful the other man was rude and unprofessional! I own two Kias however will take my business elsewhere!

RC quoted us a price for a brand new 2021 Sportage over the phone and when we got there that is exactly the price we paid. No surprises or hidden fees like Elk Grove Kia tried to pull over on us!! It was a mistake to ever bring my car to Folsom Lake Kia. After having had electrical failure in my car of some kind, FLKia has had my car for 6 working days without even registering it in the system that they have and and now tell me that it is going to be a few days before they will even look at it. They REFUSE to provide me any means of interim vehicle putting my job in jeopardy and they have called me three times to repeat the same useless information they have given me. They are so uncoordinated that one employee that calls me isnt even aware that Ive already been called with that information twice before and then when I ask him what the purpose of the call is threatens to refuse me business. I cant speak for other Kia dealerships but Folsom Lake Kia is by FAR the worst service I have ever received and I will very likely sell my car after this just so I never have to do business with Kia ever again. NO to Kia, NOT RECOMMENDED.

Put half down on a 2022 Kia Stinger Scorpion addition. Its been 99 days exactly since I drove off the lot and have had both front door handles broken (theyre ordering parts) paint has chipped in numerous of places and over spray is on the car, screen has shut off while driving and what we paid extra for with the rear mats are coming apart. I use my key start and walking up to this brand new car already sounds like its having motor problems! Only one sales person has been in contact with my husband and I, weve asked to talk to a manager for over a month and were totally getting ghosted. Called in today to tell them about the driver side door handle just breaking and RC forwarded me to the receptionist Katelyn and she hung up after I was waiting on hold to speak with the manager...called back, they picked up and hung up. Called again and talked to RC and he was rude and forwarded me back to Katelyn where she never picked up. Now they say they record the calls so hopefully this is true because I wasnt rude actually I was rather nice considering theyre rudeness. I hope these issues can be resolved.

DO NOT BUY KIA!!!ITS NOT WORTH IT!!3 months ago on 4/1/2021, Folsom Lake kia received my new 2020 Kia Sorento for repairs from the result of a collision (WHICH I HAD JUST BROUGHT SIX MONTHS AGO). They sent my vehicle to Toyota Collision center (right next door) which according to Toyota Collision center would take 1 month to be completed/repaired. However, they notified me that they werent responsible for ordering/shipping of the necessary parts needed to repair my vehicle, that Kia Roseville was responsible. Toyota Collision was ONLY responsible for receiving the parts to repair the damaged car.For the first 30 days, my insurance covered my rental. but come to find out my repairs were going to take longer, due to a part being sent from kia damaged and received damaged by Toyota collision center. Toyota Collision also informed us the remaining parts were on back order due to covid, so you would think they would try to compensate their loyal customers in any way they could.That negligence put my car s repair status back a whole month. So I went to speak with Folsom Lake Toyota collision center to compensate me, since the part was going to have to be reordered because of it arriving damaged. Toyota collision center said its not their job to assists us with a rental, that Folsom lake kia should since theyre the ones working with our insurance and ordering/shipping the parts needed to repair my vehicle.So I took the advice of many people working on site, and I spoke with Folsom Lake Kias head supervisor (Doug I believe his name was) to get my issue handled at the lowest level possible. My wife and I, inquired about a rental or loaner vehicle, until my vehicle was completed/repaired.He informed us that it doesnt work that way and that we would have to contact Kia Motors of America to receive assistance. So we did.....And since then Kia Motors of America along with: Kia Motors Finance, Kia Consumer Affairs, Kia Assistance Team, Kia Collections Department have ALL avoided assisting us with solving our problem, (due to their initial negligence)Theyve ALL hung up on my wife and I, kept us on hold for hours on end, kept transferring my wife and I to different departments to avoid us speaking with their supervisors, been rude and said disrespectful things, tried to get us to sign falsified documents.So 3 (almost 4 months later) of rude, careless, and negligent departments, customer service associates, and supervisors (JILLIAN in collections department being the worst!) Im FED UP, with the horrible service ive had to endure over the 3 months, which has caused tremendous stress on my wife and I, especially since we have 3 kids one of which is a new born!So since its virtually impossible to reach the head of these departments ( cause they keep you on hold) So Ive had to leave a review here! To warn others of the horrible service, THAT COMES WITH PURCHASING A KIALong story short, DO NOT BUY FROM KIA! They dont solve issues at the lowest level possible and DEFINITELY DONT solve issues at the higher levels possible! Even in the midsts of a pandemic we cant receive any genuine help from ANYONE!& if you dont believe me read some reviews from Kia Motor finance!!They do not care about helping you!Money is everything! Overall, vehicle purchasing experience was quick and smooth because I already knew which vehicle I wanted to purchase.There was a mandatory purchase of Recovr device (Theft device) with my purchase. I wanted to remove from the purchase but I was told its part of the vehicle so I had to pay $795. I called Recovr directly to find out that the fee Id be expected to pay was $100.Two things I did not understand were why this was a mandatory purchase and why I had to pay beyond what Recovr company would charge.If you are purchasing a vehicle from Kia Folsom, remember to add extra $795 in your budget for this mandatory purchase because its not written on the MSRP.

The only reason why I gave lower rating is because of the person who attended me. He didnt seem very keen to entertain me to begin with. I was just there to start my research on the Kia cars and perhaps I wasnt well entertained because he knew i wasnt going to buy anything that day. He did the bare minimum to help me educate myself. Sales is a though job, I get it. Perhaps I am a bit harsh on my review, but that is what I expect from a sales person. I was the only client there, so I didnt understand the rush.

That was until today I went in to another auto shop for a quick pre-trip inspection and they let me know that the cap that covers the fluid was open and the oil stick wasn’t even closed and had been sticking way out.. not okay. I shouldn’t have to worry about checking those things after, especially since I’m taking my car to someone who should know what they’re doing and I’m paying that price.

Guy rubbed his face, eyes, mouth and then touched gear shift, doors, steering wheel, etc.Very irresponsible behavior.I learned about if from interior video that was accidentally saved on my dash cam.
