It took a little finagling to get the price I wanted online (I’m an hour away from the dealer), but our sales rep Nazar was friendly, courteous and efficient every step of the way. Even when I kept harassing him for a couple weeks for a better price, he was awesome. Upon arrival, the transaction was the easiest car purchase I have ever done. No games, no silly charges, and nothing but good fun including the sales manager and finance dude.I’m broke, but it was a great purchase experience!

This dealer is making up their vehicles up to $40k. Buyer beware! They are trying to take advance of every customer they can by stuffing their pockets for no reason. Thats a unreasonable market for any dealer. Business that do this, people need to be aware to stay away from. Now and even in the future. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere at other honorable and transparent dealers. Shame on you guys for doing this.

Britta Swanson is amazing!!! I was in a car accident the beginning of this month and had to get into a new vehicle ASAP. Due to time constraints I didnt have time to make an appointment. Walked in and Britta immediately offered assistance. Gave her some general specs of what I was looking for and she immediately helped me find all the cars on the lot that fit my needs. Took her time to thoroughly answer all of my questions; as well as point out added safety features since I have a baby on the way. She then helped me through the whole purchasing process. This woman is phenomenal and I highly recommend you seek her out if you are looking to buy a new car! She was patient, kind, and was even able to get my daughter who is normally very shy to talk and laugh. I want to commend Jojo and Kentucky for their assistance today. I had a problem with my battery and by the time I could make it out there the service department was closed. I was worried because my radio would not turn off and without help I knew it would run my battery down over night (it had happened before). Even though Jojo and Kentucky were sales people, they took the time to fix my problem and showed me how to fix it myself in the future. DO NOT SELL THEM YOUR VEHICLE. They will not pay you for weeks. They will pay the bank, take your vehicle and then not pay you the equity. They will say it is because they are waiting for the title to arrive. Meanwhile, the vehicle you sold them will be listed for sale. They don’t have a problem selling a vehicle without a title but refuse to pay the person they got the vehicle from without it. Shady business.

I am very impressed with everyone, especially Kentucky, at Folsom Lake Ford. They respected my time and gave me an incredible deal. I would, without a doubt, buy my next Ford here. There were none of the typical dealership games here. We agreed upon a very fair price without any silly back and forth games. They gave me thousands more on my trade than I expected. I’ve had good experiences at other dealerships but there was always something about the transaction that bugged me. None of that was the case here. I brought my 2013 Cmaxx in for a door latch recall (03/22/2021) and after the service the rear door still would not open from the inside. I was given paper work that said my car had passed safety inspection on all door latches. When I asked Ford Folsom Service about this upon picking up my vehicle they said that was not part of the door latch recall and I would have to pay $250 dollars to be able to open door from inside, or I could contact corporate and maybe they would pay for it but that could take months

Weird place. I bought my new vehicle from Roseville Ford in the Roseville Automall. Folsom, well they lied to me, they tried to push off a used vehicle on me when I told them I’m shopping new only, that was Ben. They refused to accept a reserve to hold the vehicle I wanted, they refused to negotiate on the price and they refused to send/trade the vehicle I wanted to Roseville so I could purchase it there. That’s Joe Romiez and his boss, Scott. Once they found out I was buying from Roseville Ford, Folsom Ford was now ready to negotiate. Oh, and be careful. The used car salesman, Ben, might not tell you he’s a used car guy but he’ll try to steer you in that direction. And yes, they wanted to know my credit score before anything else… weird.

Baught two vehicles from them. Sales is pretty good and would rate that four out of five. Service dept, not so great and giving two stars. Took my vehicle in for service. One of the issues was the serpentine belt. It was squeaking on my ford explorer (i know it was the belt or something of the sort lol because when lightly sprayed with a belt dressing it stopped). the gentleman at the front desk told me they replaced the spark plugs (one of the services being done) and the squeaking went away. Of course the squeaking is back. No big deal but hopefully you see the point.

Ive been saving for a Shelby GT500 for years, and Im almost there. There as in... being able to purchase the car in full, with cash. I know the prices, know the numbers, know the options.What I didnt know is that Folsom Lake Ford thinks that an $80,000 (yes, really) markup on a GT500 is an acceptable way to do business. Like, dude. Youre really gonna try to nearly double the price of a car (a very, very nice car, no doubt, but certainly no exotic) for a cash-paying customer due to rarity and also tell the guy We actually wont let you drive it until we agree on numbers in the same phone call?Well, I guess so. Had a friend go to test drive a vehicle with his 10 yr old son, set it all up via telephone prior to arriving. Upon arriving, suddenly everything discused had changed and he was not being allowed to test drive the vehicle even though he passed all criteria for purchasing the car. He was trying to spoil himself for his 45th birthday and the only reason it seems the manager at this dealership wouldnt allow him to do the test drive was due to his skin color. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusted upon hearing about this. DO NOT PURCHASE from this dealership!!!

Tommy has been helpful, but overall ths is the 2nd time Ive had to replace a clutch and wait for over 4 hours for a diagnostics check, and to be put in a rental car. There is a massive recall on my ford focus se and driving is risky because who knows if the part that gets fixed just doesnt go oit at any time while im driving... Wont ever go Ford again.

Will never buy a car from Folsom Lake Ford, again. My husband and I were approved for a car in February. We signed the paperwork with the finance department who sweet talked us into a fancy warranty plan that brought our loan up by a substantial amount. We drove off and a month later received a call that our loan was denied and needed to come back in to sign for the original loan amount without the warranty. Unfortunately, my husband works international and was unable to sign the paperwork at which point Ford wasn’t sure what to do. I didn’t have a POA and they assured me I could get my Jeep trade-in back. However, they sold my Jeep and because the loan was denied, no one paid off my Jeep loan and I was left with my original car loan, for a car I didn’t own. Though they attempted to resolve the issue by approving me for a different loan, it was no where near the current amount we were originally approved for. This new workable loan was far higher and I’ve never felt more pressured to sign paperwork! I just wanted the value of my trade-in to put towards a loan i still had to pay on for a car that was gone. They refused because there was still a negative balance that needed to be paid before the pink slip would be released to the new owner 🤦‍♀️. They were even willing to have me sign for my husband without appropriate paperwork.They are shady and will do anything to cover their mistakes except own up and fix that mistake.

In terms of their sales department, my new f150 did not have a bed liner and that was an issue. My sales associate said that I could combine my ford points with his employee discount to get spray liner done for the truck. I’ve contacted that salesperson on multiple occasions in the last two months about the liner with no response. Do not trust what they say, get it in writing. I’m happy with the truck, not the deceitful sales tactics.

The second time i was there and confirming that they don’t have a good specialist for Diesel trucks. They did a service on my truck, replacing engine oil. After i took it from them, the oil level was on minimum. I had to add around 3 liters to do the level. That’s crazy!! You can end up needing a engine after these guys.Good thing i was checking all the fluids before going on a long trip.

The buying of vehicle went great, even though the sales men could not remember basics (truck type, down payment, etc. Basic decency). The problem is after the sale, no one cares!! Call with a concern after they get their money and they wont reply. Greedy clowns.
