Today My Mom and I went into the Folsom Store to purchase a Battery and windshield wipers. Our Sales Associate Joseph was extremely helpful and very kind as my Mom is 90yrs old and still drives. Sometimes at her age things can be a challenge, So Joseph was refreshing with his approach and Mannerism. Thank You Joseph 😊

Put an online order in waited about a half hour then took an hour drive to Folsom for my 2 part order. Seemed to surprise the 2 guys when I came in and took a little long to grab an order thats been in for almost 2 hours. I goto the back to get an oil funnel. I was looking for a large funnel and the worker explained without knowing what I was doing that I didnt want that one. Good thing because in that moment I remembered an old one I had at home so no sale there. When I had left the store and got to the car I then got my order confirmation email.

Nice place for automotive. Car parts .good customerservice.Beside that .check engine light.and Battery Charger is free.

They charged my car battery free of charge almost everyday for a week with zero complaints, never turned down or asked to pay one time. They were always friendly and charged it with the half hour Everytime. Thank you guys very much your a life saver.

Terrible customer service... I dropped a battery off to be charged and they said they would call me in an hour. Two hours later I called them and asked about my battery, he said it was still charging. I asked if he was sure since he never left the phone to look. He confirmed (without leaving the phone) that the battery was charging. I returned the following day to inquire about my battery, a female assistant manager began to berate me for not having my claim ticket. I explained to her that I had dropped it off the day before and never received a call and that the ticket was in my other shirt. She was condescending and short with me the entire exchange. Apparently my battery was bad which means I was lied to the day before. I asked to buy a battery and she acted as if I was wasting her time tossing things and just having an attitude. I left my empty Sprite bottle in their store and stalked off... she exited the store and threw the bottle into the parking lot while yelling at me... great manners there! I realized there is an OReillys 2 doors down so I bought a new battery there and rather than face that person again I gave up my $18 core charge. I will never return to any Autozone ever again. I have been in the automotive business most of my life owning my own shop for over 10 years. This is unacceptable behavior. I am NOT an inconvenience I am a customer, learn that simple lesson.

Today I walked in to get a part for my car, and the employee there was extremely arrogant and indirectly disprefeftul towards me, I wanted to ask him a few questions regarding this new part and this guy by the name of Jan working at around 5pm had nothing but negativity to express. I seriously recommend you let this employee go, or he will be blowing more of your customers away and losing you business. I will personally not shop here anymore.

They deceive about prices. It may say on sale but in small print you have to purchase some sort of gift or credit card to actually receive that price although says on sale in large print with a price.Staff didnt notify me of this despite my informing them I liked the sale price and instead charged me almost 3x the price an almost 200% markup on what it said which was even 50% more than regular price due to a core fore a can?! Wasnt very happy got a refund. Staff was very accommodating at getting me refund fast dont think they understood situation. Autozone needs to advertise better.

I cannot speak high enough of JAN!! He went waay above & beyond to assist with my car troubles -And has been running beautifully ever since!Jan was Extremely knowledgeable, patient, polite, professional. Love this store. Auto Zone is real lucky to have an employee as Awesome as him!!!

On Christmas Eve, I blew a flat and had to pull into a target parking lot. When I realized I had no tools to put on my spare (new car) I ran across the street to this AutoZone to get the necessary tools. I had the good fortune to be assisted by Jan Aarts and Roger Foster. I bought a hydraulic car jack and a four pronged lug wrench. I ended up having to run back across the street to exchange them both as the hydraulic wouldn’t fit under my car and they ended up informing me that I had tamper-proof lugs. All of this happened at six, an hour before they closed, they even stayed behind after work to make sure I managed to switch my tires! These are exemplary employees. Kind, knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, overall a fine asset to this company. They are the reason I still had a merry Christmas this year.

Horrible experience especially Dan the manager he was rude wouldnt return the item I bought yesterday from another location I went back to the other location and returned it just fine no questions asked Dan had said it was opened but it never was opened

I’m usually a regular customer at this particular autozone, but I left feeling not only empty handed but completely and utterly disrespected by this male employee, pretty sure his name was Jan something, he didn’t want to follow through the conversation and just wanted to get the current task at hand done as fast as possible with complete disregard to the customers needs, I would give his service a 0 star if I could, do not recommend

Probably rank thus number 3 in quality after Napa and OReillys in the area, but Napa is across the river and OReillys is always having problems with their orders in Folsom.

Just some really nice and really good workers up there, really made my experience, I was a bit lost and they really helped me out. Come to this AutoZone!

Came in on a super busy and hectic day while the guys were having their own of problems needing a battery. My van had a big bar over the battery, along with the fuse box and was bolted down so all in all it was a lot more difficult than it should have been for just changing the battery. They offered to change it for me which was music to my ears since I had just gotten off work and I was dreading in trying to figure it out on my own.The charisma, great attitude and patience that I was help with was phenomenal. I stupidly did not think to ask for a name of the gentleman that was helping me as I was eager to get home but he really made my day today and I will be going back so that store just because of him.

Great experience!! I love AutoZone and other auto parts stores! I found what I was looking for at a cheap price. Dont buy on Amazon from Chinese sellers! Buy from the experts here!!

I came here with a question about my car battery and the sales associate tested my battery and talked to me at length about options. Turns out my battery wasn’t fully charged so he gave me some options on how to fix that. Anyway, he was SO nice, didn’t talk in a pedantic tone (as a lot of car guys do with women), he was so helpful and didn’t pressure me into buying anything. If I ever need anything for my car I’ll come here because of him. I wish I remembered his name!

The manager Cristopher was more than helpful, he took the time and was patient and tolerant enough to help me with my issues, these is the kind of people that make your day better!!

Have only been to this Auto Zone twice. The first time I was injured and on crutches so when am employee offered help I told him I needed to quarts of 10-30 oil. He went and got some range them up and didnt mention the total and I was in enough pain I didnt pay attention... Big mistake... He must have grabbed the most expensive because I discovered when checking my bank account later that it was over $15 including taxes for those two quarts of oil. The second time my check engine light came on nearby so I stopped and the employee was very helpful in checking what the code was... But didnt bother telling me that my car has a pair of the malfunctioning parts when I purchased just one. I may just need one, but it would have been helpful to know I may need two before I drove the hour back home.

Most employees are fairly knowledgeable. For most people who arent very mechanically inclined they are able to provide a fair amount of information and advice. The only problem I have is that Ive been a mechanic most of my life and occasionally the folks that work there will try to talk to me like I dont know what Im talking about at all. Other than that, its a good establishment with employees that seem to want to help to the best of their ability.

Christopher and Dan were so incredibly helpful!! I had a very difficult battery replacement, and they took the time and care to replace my battery for me. They did an excellent job, and got me back to work on time! Very very happy with their service 😄

They didnt have the universal fuel pump i needed and had to go to a competitor that had it in stock.

At about 7:30/8pm I went in here to grab a pair of pliers and fuses so I could get back on the road (Tail lights went out). Upon entering no one greeted or asked to help me. When I asked the sales associate to help me find a pair of pliers he looked at me as if he has never heard of them before. He instantly said I have to wait for his co worker... WOW! I went and found them my self and educated the employee on what pliers are and what isle they carry them in. Time to get some employees that care

They always have what i need and the staff is friendly and helpful. Would give 5 stars, but the prices are on average 20 to 30% more than what i can buy things online for. But if your in a hurry this is the place to go.

Havent had a bad experience yet. I am usually an OReillys guy but in folsom I think autozone has better customer service and pricing. They also helped me more with their tool rental. Great place and its not hard to get to.

Bought 2 bulbs for a brake light for a 2000 Jag Convert and it did not fit - the 2 points should have been even but one was higher - its not worth $7.45 to return the 2 bulbs.

Much less expensive than going to auto dealers. Service people just look up the parts on computer and come up with what is needed for your car. Mechanic recommended getting parts here, so that if a part was not needed, it could be returned easily, instead of mailing online.

Best place to get autoparts. Very supportive staff. Thank you!

I had to change the battery in my A3 and it was a pain finding the right battery. The battery in the system was not the correct size, etc. The employees there were very helpful and friendly to get me out of there with the correct battery.

Ive shopped here a couple of times to get a few miscellaneous parts for maintenance I do myself (air filters, wiper blades, etc.) and they are always quick to help me and they always have what I need. In and out experience, which is just what I wanted!
